Horrible customer service! Picked up our blankets in July 2019. No one ever called to say they were ready! We called multiple times only to get a voicemail message from June!! We left messages and emails. To no avail! Finally got them to answer the phone and they told us we could pick up our blankets!! They are supposed to call every customer with a price and let us know when they DELIVER!! Our barn will NEVER use them again!!
