Sam and her colleagues at Laundry works are simply the best. Sam always makes sure that every washer is always rinsed out and ready to go for the next person. I truly believe that laundry works is the best card operated laundty Mat facility in Harlem. It's worth the money!!!

This is not kool it's 9am and the laundry works not open . Bad customer service!!! When u open at 7:30 . This my second time coming by here this morning 12/10/16 it's now 9:01am

The washing machines in this place are amazing. There are at least five laundromats closer to my house but I by pass them all and walk 4 blocks out to this place. And when their machines go out of service they don’t stay that way for long. My only critiques are there is no restroom and the place is a little to small.

This place is great to go in and wash your clothes, but I don’t recommend their delivery service. Very unprofessional, they make appointments and don’t stick to them. I scheduled a pickup for 8am, I called that morning to confirm 8am and was assured that someone was on the way to pick up my items. However, by 8:50am no one had come.

Blessing!!!!! I waited too long to do laundry before having company come over... Didn't have quarters and the bank was closed, needed to do 4+ loads. Found this place on Yelp bc they do laundry cards (but you DO need cash to buy one). Awesome perk: you can "program" your laundry card to match your phone number, so if you leave and can't make it back for the dry cycle, they'll just call you and do it for you! Machines are $7.25/60 lbs, $5.00/30lbs, $3.00/18lbs plus $0.60 extra for soaking/extra rinse cycle. Dryers are 8 min for $0.50-$0.70 (large/xl). It's new so nobody comes here yet and only 3 other people in here on a Saturday (!!!!) means I got 4 washers all at once. Sam, the employee working, was SO NICE and helpful, even said they can do same day wash & fold and gave me a coupon for next time. Honestly, I took a $12 cab 23 blocks up here bc of how desperate I was and it was totally, completely worth it. If you're new to NYC and think laundry is overwhelming, this place will ease your mind.

I've been going to Laundry Works now for about 3yrs. They are not on time opening at 7:30am, for example it's now 8:40 and I'm waiting in the cold/snow. Their prices went up for the 2nd time in two years without notice to their customers.

Good place to wash clothes, clean, and usually not too busy. Only issue is the fact that the one person who works there leaves in the middle of the day to drop-off’s, leaving people waiting outside for 30+ minutes. That’s ridiculous, and there should be multiple people working if that’s the case. Especially if it’s going to be done on a Saturday, the time when most people do their laundry. Super unprofessional and ridiculous.
