Love this service. I've been using laundry services for many years and this is by far the best. Everyone I have had contact with has been professional and extremely helpfull. Clothes are expertly washed and folded. So glad they are in my neighborhood!

Best laundromat I’ve been to. They pick up and drop off my cloths every week. Everyone there is professional and so friendly. They have brand new machines and the place is always kept clean. They do an amazing job cleaning and folding our clothes. Would definitely recommend using this laundromat. They deserve more than 5 stars!

This is in response to the last review with the person that spoke of the instructions not being followed. I was there when she dropped off her bags. It was 5 huge bags. The attendant, after hearing your request, the attendant did ask you if you have the clothes separated and your response was "I never do that." She did mention to you that you needed to bring the clothing separated if that"s how you wanted them back. You mentioned going back and forth from room to room to put the clothing away. If each of your children have their own room, then why don"t they have their own laundry bin? I believe you got the service you paid for. They did wash, dry and folded your clothes no? Otherwise you would have made a remark stating the clothing was not washed properly. That would have been more of a concern than not following tedious instructions. Don"t blame the attendants there, they work really hard and I"ve seen how they perform their duties. They do a excellent job doing the customers laundry.

I feel very comfortable going to this laundry, the best attention and nice place. I always recommend this laundry. If you have the opportunity to visit this laundry, you will not regret it!

Customer Service

I ask for all the baby clothes and kids clothes to be separated. They agreed and accepted my clothes to be washed. When I got my clothes back all the clothes were mixed together. They did whatever they wanted instead of what I requested and took my money. They won't tell you before you pay that they can not fulfill your request, you only find out after you get the clothes home. After the fact, when I complained they stated that is not a service they provide. Than why agree to it than???? They should have stated from the door that they can not do that and I would have went to another laundry mat where they can do it. They took my money and didn't provide the service I requested. If I have to spend hours sorting through clothes piece by piece putting a pants in one draw in one room then taking a shirt to another room and putting it in a draw I could have done the laundry myself. I pay for convenience and organization which I have not gotten but they got my money. Extremely Unhappy!!!! Never going here again!!!!
