Not sure where the disconnect is but there are 2 tv's that are off/broken. The soda machine is still broken from the last time, over a week ago. The cashier didn't have any money so I could get more quarters to finish drying clothing so I had to leave and go home and get more change. Suggestions, get a chance machine that takes credit/debit cards or update the machines to take the card or a refillable card for frequent customers.

Clean, lots of washers (of various sizes) and dryers. During the week , Mon-Thurs, the dryers are free. Staff is always on site. Several tvs to watch and tables for folding. The will do laundry for you. Free wifi. During the week, parking is easy (sorry - I don't go on weekends. Did I mention it is clean?

The lady was really nice and explained which machines take card as well as the machine sizes. I definitely didn't expect such good service. For such a large load it was really quick. On the flip side management seems terrible. Someone who I suppose is higher up in the chain was picking a battle with her which, even if warranted, was unprofessional in front of customers. I would have given it a 5 if it wasn't for that.

This place is too expensive. They raise the price during the week to make you think you are getting free dryers. If you put in alot of detergent in the machines it does not use it all on your clothes. So you clothes come out half washed.

I have been getting my clothes washed here lately. They have a great wash, dry and fold service ,but my towels have been coming up missing after each visit. It's a nice place but I'll just stick to washing my stuff on my own, because the service is questionable.

Hot inside with not a lot of air conditioning. Friendly staff but detergent dispensers are out and not refilled. Free drying Monday-Thursday, which is very nice, but took me 3 dry cycles per load.

PROS: Pretty good place!! Very clean, staff is nice and pretty helpful. Very large and LOTS of washers and dryers which is fantastic, where as most places are smaller, and there is usually one person taking up 6 washers at a time, making it very hard and frustrating to do laundry! But not here!!! CONS: The only problem I had was that the website made it sound like ALL the machines took debit/credit cards (This is the ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars) only the larger washers do, I don't think the dryers do at all if I remember correctly. The good thing though is the staff member let us use the card at the register to take out cash so we could get quarters. Overall, a good place to go!

A lot of the washers had out of order signs on them,the drink machine was also out of order,the floor needed to be sweeped and mopped, the staff was not friendly but they can sure walk around with their cell phone up side their head as if this was not a job.But at least the AC worked !! this was my first vist.

Like this place a lot, its quick easy service with vending machines. The people in there are quiet and machines aren't constantly having issues. Most importantly: it's not spotless in there, but it's NOT dirty and that I like. It's tidy; the air conditioner works good. No issues here.

I've been frequenting the location for over a year and I've never had a bad experience until today. I loaded my clothes into a dryer and started the machine. The owner comes in(to empty the coins from the machines and stock the vending machines) and he told me there was another dryer that I could use for my clothes to dry them faster. I thanked him told him that I was okay using the dryer I had being that I had already loaded it and started it. He proceeds to tell me that the machine I was using was built to dry 40 lbs worth of clothes and I had only loaded about 8 lbs so I "had" to move my clothes. 3pm on a Tuesday I feel if I want to put one sock in a dryer I should be able to do so. In the hundreds of times I've been here I've never had a staff member tell me that I had to move my clothes from one place to another simply because they said so. He should be a little more friendly and also more concerned about the machines that aren't working versus what machines people choose to use.

This has been my default laundry solution for almost six months. The place is clean, the staff helpful, and free dryers from M-Th make this so much more cost-efficient than purchasing a washer and dryer. I also really like that some of the dryers take not only cards but tap to pay, which means I can just use Google Pay and not worry about having cash or quarters. I usually go in the evenings after work and can split the load of wet laundry between two or three dryers so it dries faster. The location is very convenient - on Newton between Six Forks and Falls of Neuse - and nearby there's a public library, a convenience store, and a Wendy's. If you plan on just waiting there for your laundry to finish you'll find several vending machines, some arcade games, tables and chairs, and the usual TVs.

I love the laundromat because of the cleanliness. But the young lady they used to work here that has left I can truly say I miss her and her customer service. I don't know what they got working in the mornings now. But if you want to have a pleasant experience without all the ghetto gossip and behavior, wait for the second shift person to come in. It may be a little bit busy, but she is approachable.

Decent deals for large washable items. We washed some large comforters at reasonable prices. Location was relatively clean and had all necessary cleaning compounds available at convenience pricing. Parking is somewhat limited during peak periods.

So, I've only been here once but really love the place (my washer was broken). I can honestly say I have never experienced a high-end laundromat, but now that I have, I won't go back to anything else if I need one! It was clean, safe and there was even a play area for my cute little nieces to enjoy! Needless to say, this place was worth the price. They have 3 different sizes and if you forget your washing detergent they sell it there. Oh, and can't forget FREE wifi!!

Only good thing about this place is the snacks and the free drying during the week. Their employees are lazy and rude. I was looking at laundry detergent and saw that the person who was supposed to be behind the counter working was sitting in the chairs talking on her cell phone. And instead of hanging up and assisting me, she continued to be on her cell phone while assisting me and have her conversation on her phone at the same time. I was here for about an hour and 15 min and she was on her phone the entire time. I understand there isn’t much to do around here but anything is better than standing on your phone while with a customer. I come at night vs the day now because during the day the employees watch reality tv with the volume WAY up and are the loudest and most obnoxious talkers I’ve ever met in my life. Please teach your employees about etiquette.

This laundromat is nice and clean. There are plenty of machines and washers of all different sizes. The dryers get HOT and work pretty fast. There is always an attendant on duty and helpful if needed. It's never been to crowded to get the laundry done that I needed.

I went here when my washer aas down and after putting clothes in washer i asked where restroom was so i could wash my hands and the manager proceeds to tell me its out of order and that it had been out of order. So my next question was obviously where do you go when u need to use the restroom. She was initially caught off guard by the question so I walked off to ease the awkwardness of her lies. What laundry mat doesnt allow payi g customers to use the facilities?

I came on a Monday around noon time and there were about maybe 5 people doing their laundry. I have never been during a busy time so I am not sure how crazy it gets. But from this place you get what you normally would expect from a laundromat. Nothing fancy, pretty clean, and they machines offer a good variation of credit card payment or coins. There is an onsite bill exhanger and coin dispenser. I had a $20 bill and the bill-to-bill exchanger gave me 4 $5. And then i put in the $5 into the coin dispenser. The dryers ARE FREE M-TH only. With 10 minute intervals, but i had to us are them 2x for a total of 20 minutes. I think i will be coming back if i cannot find one closet to home. P.S. as for the price on the laundry machines, i paid a total of $15.50 for 2 loads. But i had alooot of clothes. I washed 2 weeks worth of clothes for 2 people, towels, sheets and a thick comforter so $15.50 doesnt seem too bad.

This is the worst laundromat in the area. Machines are old and in desperate need of upgrade. Dryers have tons of gunk in the drum. It used to decent, but now it's kinda trashy. There's a newer laundromat a few blocks north of this location that's a better option.

Many of their washer and dryers did not work. Some of the machines had out of order signs however some did not. It is very annoying to load your clothes into a machine, add detergent and softener only to find out the machine is broken because staff failed to properly notify patrons.

Very positive experience. I only needed a king size down comforter and a double size sleeping bag cleaned since I couldn't clean them myself. Bringing them somewhere would have been a hassle and probably would have been much more expensive. Laundry Express picked them up from outside my house and returned them clean in just a couple days for much less than I expected to spend for a service like that. I'll definitely use them again next time I need something cleaned that won't fit in my washer :)
