My mother and I had the worst experience at a laundry mat ever today. This employee needs to be fired. Noone should be treated like she treated my mother. We came to wash our laundry today we arrived around 220pm on Sunday October 6th. Washed our things with no issues. But once we were ready to dry things went horribly south. The may attendant was using a row of machines to dry. My mother waiting patiently for one to open up and place our cart in front of the machine so we could use it next. A few mins go by we come back to the an notice that the attendee pished our cart out of the way an called over one of her friends to use the dryer. A second machine open up an the lady that was called over seen my mother was in front of her an she didn't put her things so we could. He attendee then come about her friends items in the drier herself. My mother than proceeded to ask her since we are both customers why can't I use that machine. My mother is told she has to wait. So she did. Another machine opened up my mother proceeded to fill it with her items. The attendee then went an turn the machine off so my mother could not start it. My mother tryin to not cause any conflict went to another machine. Once filled th machine was also turned off. After that my mother asked the attendee why she turned them off an she told my mother I'm not speaking with you your gonna wait for the police an talk with them. No explanation or any form of violence occurred but she felt that she needed to call the cops on my mother. She felt extremely embarrassed because my mother is a church going lady. An is the church mother. She is the last one to start any conflict. But this extremely rude horrible an unprofessional person felt is was a necessity to call the police on my mother. On e the arrived they spoke to the woman then to my mother they asked what happen an saw there was no reason for them to be called but had to ask my mother to leave because the employee said she had to. So she she got her things together and had to go dry else where. That is not the way to deal with a customer. That attendee need some sexy people skill training before allowing her to represent a company like that. Please know that noone in my family will ever step foot into any of your establishment any more. I hope that your company will learn when picking an employee to worker with your customers you will take a lil bit more time so things like this won't happen again

I was a new customer going in because I was referred to by a family and a friend, and they also left a flyer in my mailbox. I got there I had two big loads in their biggest washers they have and I waited for 45 minutes for an attendant to come out and help me, no one ever came out we knocked on all the employee doors. After the 45 minutes of waiting one of the customers that were there let me know that a girl said she had to go and her shift is over so this part is closed down.I took my clothes out of the washer and left I also needed to Soap from behind the counter it was 11 o’clock At night. So earlier today I called to speak to a manager the girl that answered the phone asked what my name was but she had an attitude I would not tell her my name because of her attitude, She stayed on the phone quiet for a good 20 seconds I was thinking she was getting the manager. She then said well what is your complain about with an attitude I let her know about the situation about last night also let her know that there was another customer they’re looking to pick up the clothes which they left, and also let her know somebody was behind the counter looking through all the stuff when they found out no one was there to help. She then copped an attitude with me telling me people have lives the girl that was there had an emergency with her kid and she had to lock up the store. She also let me know that the girl knew hour and a half before hand that she was going to have to go at that time.I said to her it’s not hard just to leave a little note saying sorry for the inconvenience no one is here right now this part is closed down. She copped an attitude with me again and told me there is no note to leave and she didn’t have time to leave a note. This is completely absurd, I reached out to New Haven store the lady there which was helpful gave me the managers email I contacted him I haven’t heard anything back but I’m giving him time, I wrote a complaint on the website, and I just wrote a complaint to another email that I found here to the reviews. But Wait that’s not all!!! THIS GIRL WHO CLAIMED To be the “MANAGER” Not only argue with me, but told me to stop speaking proper she knows I’m from the hood, and also said that I can come down basically two fight. I’m not stopping until someone contacts me this is unacceptable and for someone that is a manager or maybe she’s not a manager but she claims to be a manager that’s on a unacceptable tell customer that you want to fight them for complaining. Then she hung up on me, I called back she picked up and hung up again. I really think it was maybe her or her friend that was the person that wasn’t there and was supposed to be there. I wish I didn’t have to give any stars but this is the only option the place is clean and the staff sucks.

One star is stretching it. It's 10:30 pm there is no attendant in the building and have been waiting for over 45 minutes along with other people. Called the new haven store just to be hung up on and sent to voicemail when i tried to call back. What kind of business does this?. The store when it opened was very clean but as the months pass i see it quickly going down hill. Thankfully it wasn't my clothes that needed washing tonight but my friend who was a new customer that you now lost. GET IT TOGETHER!!!

Best Laundry Mat ive ever been to hands- down! The place is state of the art washers and dryers of 3 different sizes.They have a laundry card that you put your money on so no fumbling around with coins. You load the card with cash, credit or debit..its real easy. Great prices and also if you wash there you dry for free. They have plenty of space and folding tables and also some tables in the back to sit and read or do work while you wait for your laundry. They also offer wash and dry services that they will do for you if you really hate doing laundry. I hate doing laundry but i really dont mind anymore because of the cleanliness and ease of this laundry mat. And last but not least most importantly my clothes have never been cleaner. This is my new laundry mat!

This place is so awesome. Pay for wash and drying is free. Big place. Well maintained and customer service is great. Big screen tv's and you can watch old t.v. programs. The best.

Great place to go do clothes and lots of Room.. I wish the TVs were not all on the same channel and free drying..... Oh yeah don't buy anything from the vending machines because if you lose your money you won't get it back from the Vender....

I would give this zero star stars but it forces you to at least choose one. Never again will I go here. We typically go to city bubbles in east providence to have our clothes done for us with our busy life styles. We decided to give this place a try because we needed a large amount of clothes back the same day. Upon dropping them off we requested that one of the loads be done separate as we did not want to mix the laundry. It wasn’t. We went to pick it up and the woman was miserable. Horrible customer service. The plastic bags were overstuffed with clothes that should have been hung up on a hanger. Instead they hung up bathrobes and sweatshirts. Overall disappointed and will never ever ever go back to this dump again.

Its always clean, quiet, and not very crowded whenever I come in. New laundry cards cost 5 dollars and the machine puts $3 on it. Big washer is 6.99 before extra rinse or wash, small washer is 2.99 before extra rinse or wash. Free dry. Very cheap and is worth the extra couple minute drive compared to the one closer to my house

This is really a very neat and clean laundry I have ever been. Staff is really helpful and they have all different loads of machines available form small, medium. Giant, jumbo giant and so on. Price starts from $2.99 and above and drying is FREE!!! Machines and dryers are so good and clean and I dried medium size laundry in just 20min. That was really impressive. They do have few games for kids and also work tables so you can take your kids Along to finish up their assignments

The place is fairly new. There are plenty washers and dryers so evwn on busy days there is always space to work with. If you wash your clothes there the drying is feee yes free. They have awesome hours and the staff is incredible. I love going there for all my laundry needs.

Staff were amazing and so helpful Barbara was the most kindest women ive met in public in a long time. Carried my friends laundry bag and thanked him for his service for being a veteran. It was clean and the machines are awesome. They take all cards including ebt on there cash machines. They definitely have the game bought. Really good job.

I wish I could leave less than one star. I used to be a regular client. Probably once per week I used to drop off my clothes. Even the manager said that I was the second person who started dropping off since they opened. A month ago I dropped my clothes off. I went twice to picked it up and I didn’t find anyone at the store. then the third time finally someone was there but more than half of my clothes were missing. I had work uniforms, school uniforms and other stuff. Since then after tons of phone calls just one manager from mass contacted me, but didn’t solve anything. None found my clothes. Apparently bc none was at the store, customers grabbed their own stuff and left. How is it possible ??? How a company like this can treat their loyal customers like this ? Saying “ yeah we will contact you in 20 min” never did “ we are going to do something “ nothing done. They lost my stuff even tho I paid in full when I dropped it off. After a month I feel like I’m begging them to pay for their own fault. People pick this kind of big companies because they thing they would be more responsible and trustful, but looks like not like a small laundromat would take better care of their customers.
