I go there whenever laundry must be done. Very clean location, digital card for service. Machines fairly brand new (new location). Staff very helpful (will not let you use "big machines" if it's not necessary, saving you money).

I have in-building laundry but still come here for a quicker wash & dry when I have multiple loads & don't have the quarters. They have plenty of machines and they all work really well. Yes it is more expensive. Yes it does take time to get to. But the laundry gets clean & the dryers are efficient. The wash & fold service is great too, which I have used multiple times through the years that I have been visiting. One thing I would say was a big plus when they first opened was the pickup/delivery service - I never used it until my partner broke his leg and we needed the help. It was wonderful, but they stopped at some point a few years ago. It would be great if they could bring this back. He and I are well enough that we can go in person now if we need but I think the neighborhood would really benefit if this service still existed for the elderly & disabled.

Best Laundry in the area!!! Great space, super clean, organized, very friendly employees. I meet the owner the first time I went few months ago and I explained to him that I was giving them a try after many visit to other laundries, he told me that I was going to stay with them and he was right, he was super nice, white clothes are WHITE, great smell, they folded really nice and love rhe way they pack and separate the clothes. Today I dropped 3 huge bags and they are doing it express without any issues. Highly recommended!!!

Basing my review off of the machines. Machines work well but the hot water issssn't hot. More so lukewarm. Not sure how often the washing machines get cleaned but I feel like it needs to be done more often. The dryers....

This laundromat looks nice and new on the outside, but beware. Wash and fold bags with clean laundry are left on the ground right where the cashier is, so people waiting in line will step on your laundry bags. The woman at the cashier was unhelpful and it took her 15 minutes to find 1 package out of maybe 10 total. Really? I advise you schedule a redelivery instead of wasting your time here. I can’t comment on the laundry machines, but that was my experience at this establishment.

Pros: Clean, well maintained. Wifi. Brightly lit. Cons: Midnight does not mean midnight, or anything like it. I was sent away at 10:50, despite my protesting that I would wash-only (take my clothes wet) if time ran out. The lady told me that the last wash was at 10pm. I could not find any sign saying that. I saw lots of prominent signs saying "Open Until Midnight". The lady was cleaning the walls pretty vigorously-- at the same time as she was telling me that my laundry would interfere with her cleaning. I wonder if all of the machines were being used for drop-off customers...? Really annoying, but I'll probably go back next time my washing machine breaks down.

This went from being one of the good laundromats in the area to one with the worst staff recently. The new ladies, are very rude when you need change or check a machine. They answer in the most unprofessional way, I've been using this laundromat since they open and never have I ever had a problem until the new staff came in, today I was literally being kicked out when there 5 other people still folding, I don't know how my stuff affected the lady from cleaning, she literally wanted to mop people's feet too. She didn't ask nicely, to move my stuff she just said take your stuff to the front because I have to clean. This isn't the first time or second time, since they started its been something new every time. I remember the two other ladies who used to work there, were very nice and will ask politely when it was closing time, they were easier to approach and these new staff are all miserable to my opinion. Am just upset about today's experience.

Significantly cheaper than the Super Wash down the road at the Eagledale Shopping Center on Lafayette. Several machines out of order but that's to be expected.

Very rude staff!!!!!! Just went there to do laundry i asked for some water because the bathroom door was locked. A new lady who didn’t speak English well pointed to a bucket. Another lady came over and told me i had to do it in the bathroom. My hands are full now so i asked her if she can unlock the door for me. She goes No. i thought i didn’t hear her correctly i said i don’t have any free hands can you please turn the key in the door for me. She said No I’m busy and walks back over to the clothes which are right next to the bathroom. She said her name was Maria but who knows. So rude!!!

One of the better in the area. They use a card system so bring cash! You load your cash into an automated card. There sometimes can be a wait depending on when you come by the space is usually clean. I walk a few extra blocks because it seems a bit cleaner than the other options

I'm never one to complain but since I've been going here myself and my family have issues using yhe wash and fold service. They stuff tons of clothes in one machine which has your clothes come back smelling like your old perfume or outdoors! Deodorant stains remain on my mom's clothes for the 4th attempt so she decided to personal wash her clothes and unfortunately NOT TO HER SURPRISE there are my clothes being pulled out of a machine. Months worth of clothes after I separate colors, darks, whites and jeans from each other they are all coming out of the same washing machine! My mother decided to say something because she was upset at seeing someone's clothes being washed this way! Then she sees they are my clothes and my daughter. We have very sensitive skin and although they claim there is no big deal with how much soap is used well they must be worried about water consumption and electricity I'm sure because this is a 4th time for myself and complaining to the owner does zero good! I just sent my clothes $38 for color and $10 for whites separate...I'm sure I could complain for a refund like I HAD TO in the past after they saw video of my clothes being completely mistreated but now I don't even want a refund I just refuse to ever use the wash and fold service! Adding a dryer sheet to the folded clothes will not fool me. I know how my clean clothes should feel, look, and smell. I now am experiencing skin irritation EVERY TIME I let them handle my clothes and now realize it is their fault but thought I was maybe developing another allergy. AWFUL WASH AND FOLD SERVICE. WASH YOUR OWN AND DON'T BE FOOLED OR GO A FEW BLOCKS WHERE THEY WON'T MIX CLOTHES SHOES RUGS TOWEL AND THE LAUNDRY BAGS YOU DRAG IN ALL IN ONE WASHING MACHINE.

I have to say that with no doubt this is the best laundromat in the neighbourhood, very clean, spacey, well maintained, fair pricing and with brand new machines. Not to mention the fact that they have free WIFI which is cool :). The wash & fold service is one of the best, I am very picky with my clothing however they always make me feel happy, they fold everything so neatly, and they match my socks and my clothes smell so fresh. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I know they use original Tide and Downy and I appreciate that. I love this place!

This use to be a really great place to wash & dry. Not so much now. Clothes still really wet out of washer, spent $2.00 to dry a small white load and finally gave up because they just weren't getting dry and left. Dumb ass customer parked so close I couldn't get in drivers side. Great place if u like loud blabbering customers and super loud TVs. No I won't be back.

I've been going here since it opened up. It used to be really good, but it's really gone downhill over the last few years. The biggest problem is the staff - they can be downright nasty, and cold. About 2-3 years ago, I had some major spine issues, and couldn't bend from the waist. I used to borrow one of their folding chairs so I could sit in front of the machine when it came time to empty it. That method worked well for me. Well, eventually the staff wouldn't allow me to do that. When I tried to explain that I was disabled, and just needed the chair for like 5 minutes, they did not care one bit and told me 'no' in a very nasty way. I had to drag my own chair there, and when that got to be too much, I had to use a grabber stick to pull my laundry out. It was very uncomfortable for me compared to using the chair - all I needed was to borrow one for 5 minutes. I always brought it back. I could have called the Department of Justice, the Better Business Bureau, the Department of Consumer Affairs, and anyone else to report this, but decided not to. I had to save my energy for managing my disability, and trying to keep my job at the time. Cleanliness: The machines are usually clogged with the low-quality, nasty-smelling, free detergent they give out. Since I don't want my clothes to stink, I have to find a machine that doesn't have the disgusting soap sitting in the ports from the previous person who used it. They also let pets roam around, and they let kids stand on their feet in the wheeled baskets that are there for your clean laundry. Not sanitary. On the plus side (yes there is a plus side), there are a lot of machines, and it's open fairly late compared to some other places. However when it's busy, it's not easy to find open machines if you need more than one. I also like that you can choose the wash temperature - not every laundromat enables you to do that. Value: Their prices have also gone up quite a bit over the years. And now they have a new card system to operate the machines, and you have to pay a dollar for the initial card. You then load money on the card because the machines only take cards now. They could have just given us the card as a courtesy. We didn't ask for the new system. I usually only come here now when other places are not as convenient. If I could, I probably wouldn't come here at all.

The floors are very dirty and there is trash all over. Noisy kids have been constantly shaking the claw machine for the past 20 minutes. No staff anywhere that I see. The washers and dryers are fine. Overall, next time I need a laundromat I will go somewhere else.

I have been going to this laundry for wash and fold service for 8 months now and have found it clean and pleasant. The staff who do the wash and fold are nice and we've developed a good rapport. Until... Last week I dropped off a 40 lb. bag, which came back missing two new $80 bras, a top sheet and two pillow cases - that I've discovered so far. I get that socks go missing from time to time, and a bit of loss is unfortunately what I sign on for in wash and fold service. But losing this much is a huge issue and absolutely should have easily been noticed by simply weighing the bags out. I called the phone number given both online and on my receipt, but the number simply doesn't work - there's no connection and the call doesn't go through. When I went back to ask about it, they looked around for a minute, said a quick sorry and offered to write a note in case people brought my clothes back. This is an unacceptable response to losing at least $200 worth of clothes. They could easily at least contact everyone else who got clothes in those few days and change their ways of work to include a weigh in/weigh out process as many other laundries do and give me a check to replace the lost items. Anything would be better than a slight sorry and no help beyond that. In absence of a viable phone number, my only option is a bad Yelp review and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. But I'd much rather have my bras back.

I use the drop off service and my roommate uses the machines to wash & dry her own clothes. Pick up time for the wash & fold service is the next day at 8:00pm. My roommate has had good experiences using the machines. Their machines use a card that you load with money instead of coins. They are open early and close late seven days a week. Very convenient. No parking garage only street side parking. Very close to the A/C train and busses. There’s a Starbucks and plenty of good quick bites to eat if you want to go grab something while you’re waiting for your wash...

Wash and fold service is worth every single penny to this busy working mom. I have used the service twice and I ha e been happy with it. The people are incredibly nice, service is fast. My only feedback is the stacks of laundry aren’t grouped together so it takes a minute kore to sort through when putting away. Not that big of a deal, still saves me a ton of time.

I been coming since it first opened which has been more than 4yrs. The staff is always friendly and always helpful. I have read these past posts, why would they be rude. My answer is how you act is how you are perceived. If you are polite and acknowledge ppl they will return give you the same respect. I have had issues in the past with machines. The staff has always helped me. The place is always clean. There are plenty of machines to wash and dry. The new card system is awesome. It’s so much easier. There is free soap, you can either use it or bring your own. No one is forcing you to use their soap it’s entirely up to you.

I hate this place. There is an awful staff. I saw that they work until midnight. I came to them at 10, they talked me that they already close. They need time for cleaning. But on the door plate with schedule, and there are info that they close at midnight. Mexican staff were very rude.

I had been a customer for over year, every week I went to wash, dry +fold my clothes. literally got kicked out by some Mexican lady cuz her and another were cleaning up. It was 7pm when they had a sign that said they closed at 8pm for memorial day. she said I had no time to fold even tho I had a small amount. Staff is often rude. It should be posted that the last wash is at 10 thats its not actually midnight. Not enough large washers, and the machines don’t actually use hot water to wash when selected. Also wifi password is no where to be found. Had my laundry bag stolen from my cart and when using a trash bag as a replacement instead of being greeted or helped I was told that I better not have bed bugs in that plastic bag. Other than that its pretty basic wash and dry fairly clean and priced.

most washers where you put the detergent and softener in have mold or mildew. Some dryers don’t acthally dry or you have to put them in twice. No one was ever there to take your laundry to drop off or give you change for their machine & they closed their doors “til further notice” while my laundry card had $15 still on it. All in all -1 out of 5 stars if I could

One of the machines that transfers money into the laundromat card had taken my money. However it didn’t add the money to the card so I asked for assistance. I was told that the owner wasn’t there so I would have to wait for the matter to be thoroughly analyzed. In the meantime I was asked to write my name and phone number so that when the issue was resolved, I could go and get my money back. I was also told that I would be reimbursed that very day or the next. However I never received a call nor was I reimbursed! It was $5, but it could have been more which would just make things worse.

Ruined two suit jackets sent for dry cleaning. If you're picking up a suit from dry cleaning, check the right chest for a rough, wrinkled texture under the suit fabric and do it IN THE STORE. This happens when the machine is set on too high a temperature. That material can't be fixed, so you just lost a suit.
