First time going here and it’s super expensive. The Asian man is very rude, not personable at all. I took 3 coats over there which was about $75 worth, he should have been a little nicer. No customer service at all. Never going back.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Was being charged $120 for some suit tailoring that could be done for $40 and when i disputed the charges the owner became very rude, cursing in Korean. I told him i’d at least take the pants to be altered but nicely asked why it was double the price for the pants that my brother paid for the same exact type of pants. Before I could finish the sentence he took the pins out crumpled my pants and told me I’m very busy I don’t need your business thank you with a very rude expression. Meanwhile this was happening another client came in complaining that her shirt was still stained. Please steer clear if you like to keep your respect and your clothes clean!

Went in for a tricky leather glove repair & they were great, fast & better than reasonably priced. I've used them in the past for dry cleaning & they're good at everything they do! I highly recommend these lovely talented people for all of your dry cleaning & tailoring needs.

This place is not even worth one star. If it could receive negative stars, that's what I would give it. Dropped off my son's suit on Monday morning at 8:30am to be picked up Wednesday afternoon. When I arrived on Wed at 4:30pm to pick it up, they had apparently lost my son's suit jacket. The owner was extremely rude, and completely unhelpful. Brushed me off and told me they couldn't find it and to come back at 6pm or the next morning. He then continued to hang clothes and didn't even bother to attempt to find the jacket or address the situation with me. The worker, who unfortunately has to work for such a miserable, unprofessional person, was the one running around trying to find the jacket. After 25 minutes, and me having to describe the lining of the jacket, the worker finally found it thrown off to the side on the opposite end of the cleaners. His response was, well since it didn't have a tag, we put it off to the side. This is after I was told that if it was given to another customer accidentally, "they usually will return the item after a few days". That's it, thats the customer service I received. Very rude, no apology, no discount, NOT A DAMN THING. The owner just continued hanging dirty clothes on hangers and ignored the situation completely. The establishment is filthy and they just press and hang the clothes up without cleaning them and thenreturn them to the customers. HORRIBLE SERVICE and I WOULD NEVER give them any business EVER AGAIN!!!

Avoid this place. I gave them a dress shirt to launder. I got it back with several dark wash spots, which is common at places that don't focus on quality work, but volume. I didn't check my shirt when I took it home from the cleaner's. When I brought it back to show them the spots, their quick response was a denial. So much for customer service. The first reaction should have been more apologetic. The stains were obviously wash stains. I've seen them before. Albeit, begrudgingly, they finally took the shirt back to try to remedy the situation. A week later I pick up the shirt and not only were the spots still there, a milky film transparently covered the spots. Apparently they tried to remove them with some white-out? LOL. The shirt was yellow, by the way. I just took the shirt and considered it a loss. It was an expensive shirt from Saks that I only wore once for an outing. THE WORST ISSUE WITH THEM IS THEIR ATTITUDE. THEY'RE TRITE AND DON'T REALLY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT QUALITY OR TO LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS. If you care for you garments just avoid this place. Admittedly, cleaners aren't plentiful in this area, but go somewhere else and always photograph or video your clothes at the cleaners before you turn them in and always check when you pick up. BUT, if you do go there, please mention these reviews.
