I had my hood cleaned by CSC and I found the guys to be very professional and friendly. They arrived right on time and didn't stop until the job was completed. They spoke with me about what they were going to do and were more then happy to answer all of my questions. By the time they were done they had my hood looking like almost new again. They cleaned up my floor of residual water and left my kitchen cleaner than before they got there. I would HIGHLY recommend CSC if you need your hood cleaned, you will be glad you did. They process was very easy to set up as well, one phone call and they were here the next day, you can't get any simpler than that. They will be the only service I will be using from now on.

I would highly recommend their services. Chris was super responsive and arranged a large team to come to our home on a Saturday. The crew did a great job (HVAC system cleaning, hood cleaning and dryer duct cleaning) and were careful to keep everything clean in the house. They also took the time to show us first-time homeowners how to change out the filters moving forward.

We had CSC Hood and Duct come out to clean our hood system. Gave them a call on a Friday and they were on site the following Monday. The hood didn’t seem to be pulling as much air as usual. They cleaned the hood, tightened the fan belt and good as new. I would definitely highly recommend CSC Hood and Duct.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! The sales manager, Chris Townsend, quoted the job over the phone and walked us through the whole cleaning process. The price quoted over the phone was the price we paid - no surprises! We had previously contacted another duct cleaning service company whose quote was more than double than CSC’s price for the same work. I can’t say enough about the crew that came out to do the cleaning - courteous, clean, professional and knowledgeable. Very happy we hired CSC.

In dealing with Chris the salesperson, who was helpful and professional through the entire process to Ray and Eliseo the technicians that were top notch we couldn’t have asked for more. They wore booties in my home to keep it clean and did a very thorough job using the best equipment ensuring that everything was taken care of. Even after they had come and done the job, I had questions about my vents and air circulation. Chris and the owner came BACK to my home to adjust and inform me more about how the system could be improved.. above and beyond the initial sale!
