It's always nice to use a new, clean laundromat in NYC. This Clean Rite is bright, clean and has plenty of machines in differing sizes. There is also a small parking lot and ample street parking. Come here to avoid the dirty laundromats on 233rd. And also, they use a card system so no need for large amounts of quarters.

Tuesday 6/25/2019. IT'S @%#& HOT, HOT, HOT, HOT, HOT, HOT, IN THIS LAUNDRY MAT. NO A/C. BRUTAL. SWEATING ALL OVER CLEAN CLOTHING. CHOCOLATE CANDY FROM CANDY MACHINE IS MELTING. FANS ON BUT NOT ENOUGH. BLOWING HOT, HOT, HOT, HOT AIR. AFTER RECENTLY RAISING MACHINE PRICES - CUSTOMERS DESERVE COLD A/C. UNACCEPTABLE. LAST YEAR CLEAN RITE PULLED THE SAME ACTION. SEEMS TO BE TRYING TO MAKE BIG $$$$ ON CUSTOMER EXPENSE. GREEDY !

I paid for the launder service for three bags. I picked the clothes up and all of our socks, underwear, and baby's clothes were wet. NOT DAMP-WET! To top it all off, they lightly smelled of mildew. (Had I not been physically incapacitated, I'd have no problem washing them myself). Anyhow, I called the laundromat, and there were a whole bunch of finger pointing and blaming. The lady who actually washed them spoke up and said everything possible to make it someone else's fault (including our own fault), stuttering and all. Eventually, the manager told us to bring the clothes back for a rewash and dry. They'd be ready by Monday morning. That was a no go for us, as we are preparing to leave town for our Holy Convocation. "Well, then there's nothing we can do for you", they said as they hung up the phone. After calling them back to let them know that we're calling the corporate office, our clothes were in the washer, and are now ready for next day pick up.

It was super clean when I walked in and I was welcomed by amazing staff who helped me to get my laundry card with bonus on it. It was very peaceful being there and they have a great sense of television channel selection

Both bill breakers were out of order.. I had to walk to a gas station to get change I was pissed off...The attendants there didn't seem to care..The customer service is horrible..They didn't even have single dollar bills in the register...I won't be going back here don't care how clean it is...This was on a Saturday 5/26/18 around 11:45am.

CLEAN RITE CENTER BRONX BLVD. 237ST. The attendants are friendly but my laundry is never folded correctly. They are just rolled up and put in the bags. Many times there is little or no fabric softener. I pay for premium service. I feel like I am not even getting basic service. I spend a lot of money each month for a service that isn't good. Even speaking to management about my issues is like pulling teeth and still did not help. I am done❗

I do understand that there’s a heat wave but if you expect people to come and wash clothes you should have the AC working there should be no reason for people to walk in an wash clothes when it’s hotter inside then outside. And the worker say that the AC isn’t working and that the manager knows.. I’m not saying that the AC should be blasted but at least make it comfortable for people who wash clothes

This place is disgusting the workers are super ghetto and just talked with each other all the time I was there and didnt even sweep or clean the machines. First and last time I spend any of money or time there.

Today is Tuesday 07/16/2019 at 5:30 pm I witnessed a fight at Landry between 2 ladies one of them was really mean and looks like she’s using drugs and pull a knife on the other one,, what bothered me is the Landry attendant didn’t even bother to call the police,, and stood by the bad one side, the second lady ended up calling the police so when they came the attendant was telling the wrong version to the police and blame the other lady who was pregnant,, when the police asked for the camera she said there’s no camera

Went in there the first time last night. Was very pleased with the location on Bx Blvd. Attendant on duty was very friendly and helpful. LOTS of machines with sizes from large to HUGE; all I tried worked well, and I as out in about an hour and a half, laundry thoroughly dry. (A far cry from laundry on Mc Lean Avenue I'd previously used when I couldn't use my own washer.) Plenty of seats conveniently located close to banks of machines. Place was kept very clean and well lit at 5AM on Sunday morning. Parking lot very convenient. I'll definitely be back.

2nd time using this laundromat. First time, everything went great. Second time, crackhead was holding up the bathroom and got home to realize the machine charged me TWICE. If a bank error, I will change rating but BEWARE y'all, don't use your debit/credit card!!!! update: it was a bank error. i apologize.
