Our clothes always come back in excellent condition and my shirts are pressed perfectly and my wife's dress was cleaned/pressed correctly. I use the pre-pay/lockers at the Traders Point location - easy drop off with the laundry bag (during and after hours) and pickup is very quick and easy with the lockers. When I do stop by during normal store hours, the staff always say "Hello" and/or "Thank you" even though I am just picking up from the lockers. A+ cleaners for us

I actually live just west of Cincinnati and quality dry cleaning down here is virtually non-existent. Folks at the local Nordstrom referred me and I'm quite pleased with the job Classic did on two of my suits. I've never had pants look so crisp and neat! I plan on bringing all of my stuff here from now on. It's a long drive, but well worth it for the quality and the friendly staff.

While we use Classic Cleaners just a few times a year, we are so impressed with their pick-up and delivery service. The comforter and pillow covers we have on our bed during the winter are cleaned every Spring and they are returned in wonderful packaging that provides a great way to store them during the warm months. I inquired with classic cleaners as a first time customer through email on a Tuesday. One of the route managers Tom Mitrani promptly replied back with some coupon offers I inquired about and set me up for a pickup. On Wednesday I was supplied a bag right away and the pick up was done Thursday. I called to make sure my coupons were applied and talked to Kim who informed me that I had the option to pick up my clothes at a store close to me before my drop off on the following Monday. This was very helpful because I wanted my clothes before Monday. On Saturday I went to a store close to my residence and was serviced by Sue. She told me about the 24 hours drop off box and showed the very cool automated system to pick up laundered clothes. My laundered items looked fantastic and the customer service has been outstanding. So far, they've won my business over other cleaners that i had previously tried.

Been dealing with them for a couple years. On multiple occasions they have quoted me one price only to charge me more the next time. It seems like they make prices up off the top of their head. Their craftmanship is substandard. On several occasions I have asked them to patch a hole of only they can make it unnoticeable, but they gave me my clothing back with a noticable patch job. The owner once ripped fabric off of one part of a jacket, then used Elmer's glue to glue it on another part, and I was charged $5.00. I was appalled when he did that and I could have done it myself for free if I wanted to. I once had a suit dry cleaned, and a spot which wasn't on it before was visible when it was returned. If it weren't for a stain stick, it would have been ruined. Their turnaround time is extremely slow.

Everyone was polite and courteous. I had to have some alterations done on a dress so I had to go in for a fitting before they could be done. When I went to pick the dress up after the alterations were done the seamstress did not even ask me to try it on. They were just going to give the dress to me without knowing if it fit properly after the alterations or not. I asked to try it on there. Even though I didn't have a lot of time before I had to go on my trip with the dress I thought if it didn't fit maybe it could be fixed quickly. I tried the dress on there but it still did not fit quite right. It may have been all they could do to get it to fit. I went on my trip and wore the dress but I had to pin the top part of the dress to make it more comfortable for me. I was going to take my dress to them that I was going to be married in but am thinking twice right now about it. All in all, an ok experience.

People that give this place 5 stars obviously don't have expensive clothes lol. They tailored a 500 dollar Robert Graham shirt and it was laughable! An obvious 2 inches wide on one side. Than I asked them to dry clean and stretch the bottoms my nice short sleeve shirts... I'm wondering if they even dry cleaned them because they now fit tight and are as short if not shorter on the bottoms... Just so happens those we're all my favorite shirts as well. This is a medeoker cleaner made for the average person but 100 percent won't stand if your looking for a great place for nice clothes. I will only go back to get my refund!!!!

What was once a reliable establishment is no more. I generally take 5 or so pairs of slacks in every couple weeks. I had to have Classic clean my slacks not once, not twice, but three times and they still were not clean. They washed up just fine in my washing machine, meaning, there's no excuse for this. I encourage the use of other cleaners in the area.
