So. Some of the washing machines will take 2-3 times longer than they should. And there's not much space to get around, so it gets a little tough if there are other people there. That said, your clothes get clean. There are washers and dryers for any size load, and the price is reasonable (a bit pricey in general, but show me where isn't in New Haven). The place is clean and the staff is always helpful. Once you learn which machines to avoid, a fine place to do your laundry.

Your clothes come out smelling like gasoline unless you give them a ton of oxyclean and your own detergent to use. positives - It is really convenient (has its own parking lot) and the staff is really nice.

I just spent $40 to do a huge load of laundry. ALL of my clothes and towels and linens smell like chemicals, and it's been giving me a headache for two days. They were obviously cleaning the washers before I got there. I have to go to a different laundromat and re-wash EVERYTHING. Never going here again.

Machines take coins. Has free parking and wifi. One load of laundry will cost you approx $3. Regular dryers are $0.25 for 6 minutes

this is the worst laundry mat I have ever gone to I paid $100 to have my clothes washed and my sons blankets he’s only four months and they brought them back smelling like wet dog not only that but when I called to let them know what was happening the woman assured me that when you wash clothes sometimes you can’t get the smell out you can’t get baby vomit smell out baby formula are you kidding me that is the weakest excuse I ever heard the problem is is you didn’t clean them right I will never waste money there again and if you’re smart you won’t either especially if they’re trying to tell you that it’s your fault that the blankets are washed or that the smell never completely comes out of any clothes or any blankes What kind of laundry mat says that $100 for nothing and then when I was told that they would re-wash and wash them at their load out that they said I had to bring it there and pick it up after they knew that they pick up and bring it back to me because I’m a busy mom of four so tell me how bad that is
