We have been working with Auto-Chlor for more than 20 years. We have had nothing but fast, friendly and efficient service. Each tech has been attentive to our needs and we have built long time relationships with many of them. In emergency situations, they have been quick to send a technician to fix the problem day or night. The cleaning products are very high quality. When we moved to a new locations the planning team was instrumental in improving our dish washing systems and in designing our dish station. We will continue to do business with Auto-Chlor not only because of the equipment and the products but because of the excellent service we receive.

The star you see is not one, it is minus one. The worst kind of customer service ever, ever. We are NOT cash on delivery, we lease their dishwashing machine and our last month's bill was due, which is perfectly fine, as we are not cash on delivery. Nevertheless, I have asked them to text me the day before their tech arrives each month so that I can pay them for the current month and not have bills adding up. No text message from them, but when their tech arrives, it is between lunch and dinner (when we close the restaurant and I am on break). He gets into the premises through the back door, which is open, because my dish washer is around and lets him in, gets REALLY mad and removes parts of the machine and takes them away because our last month's bill is due. On a Friday night we have this guy stealing parts of my dishwasher and leaving us in the situation for 3 hours. Can you imagine how mad I was?? I called someone at their end and threatened to take them to court for doing that. No apology. Then, a few days later, I called their area manager or someone to that effect, and all he said was that he would investigate and call back. Again, no call, no apology. So, the rule of jungle applies to them. I am working on replacing them and my advice to you is BEWARE OF THEM!

Unreliable people I do not understand how they could have five stars unless they have everyone from the company putting in reviews. Lack of communication, always late, so many promises of getting to it done but nothing. Really I would avoid this company with a ten foot pole. If someone offers you the same price or even a little more so would go with some other company, cause genuinely these guys just want to screw you and take your money. Please be warned. It's not the regular workers they have messing everything up it's the peopeo in charge and how much they truly don't care about the customers and there hard workers.

I start working with Auto-Chlor before I open my cleaning company E&G Quality Cleaning Services; the first person I spoke was Travis a sales representative who assisted me with all my questions and doubts about Auto Chlor products, also he provide samples to try and training how to use. THEY USEEEE REFURBISHED PARTS For “new” installs .. beware of this company more expence just to wash a simple dish. I was not happy with the actual product because it did not come with equipment which was odd to me, but Mike made sure I got what I needed . Been a loyal customer of Auto Chlor since 2011. Service has been ok. Products have become ridiculously pricey. We recently looked into a different company and ended up buying out of the contract. We’ve paid over $31,000 for service and products in the past 8 years with Auto Chlor. We were not aware of any contract renewal and decided to cancel Auto Chlor. The transition was a complete nightmare . The manager was rude and forced us to pay the lump sum of over $8500 and insisted once we leave, we will be back because he proudly stutters that Auto Chlor is the best company out there. Well, I’m sure they are a big company who uses filthy tactics to force their customers into long term contracts. We don’t even recall signing a 5 year contract last year and never even received a copy of the contract. They snuck a signature in during a service run and calls that a contract. We plan on opening more businesses and will never ever consider Auto Chlor in the future. Such a deceiving company.
