Very professional crew came out to install my Christmas lights. What questions I had were answered in a positive manner. I had asked to do a couple of extra things while they were on the ladders and there was never hesitation. Also one of the owners, Carl came out to check Up on the job. It was a Saturday and I’m sure there were lots of other things he could have been attending too.. He was a very nice guy, we chatted for a while It is extremely difficult to find services nowadays where you are 100% satisfied but I can sincerely say that I was 100% satisfied.

American Safe Wash did an outstanding job with cleaning parts of our home's roof that had ugly black mildew/mold stains on its northern side. We had placed our home for sale and realized that the black stains really were an eye sore when looking at the house from the street. ASF offered a great price and completed the job very quickly. We bought our home 3 years ago. Did research on roof cleaning, the concerns of not having it done properly. After contacting a few companies, we chose American Safe Wash for two reasons. One, were the reviews on line. Two, the forthrightness on our first call to them. After that, the work they did was excellent. You wouldn't even know they had come except to look at our roof that looked brand new. There was no water mess or signs of the work on the ground. The folks that came called ahead of time, gave their names, told us when to expect them. We were really impressed by their whole process. Not sure why you would use anyone else.

I just had heating ductwork cleaned by the American Safe Wash, they did a great job. The estimate was done a while ago, scheduling the work was easy. I got notice from email few days before the actual service day. The representative called me half hour ahead of the appointment. The cleaning work was thorough. I had American Safe Wash clean my heating ducts. They had not been cleaned in 15 years, and WOW there was a LOT of dust and dirt in them! The tech from American Safe Wash was polite and took his time to do a thorough job. He vacuumed up the debris on the floors after he cleaned the vents. I am very allergic to dust and wasn't sure how the removal of dust and dirt from the vents would affect me because I thought that there would be dust in the air. However, I had NO allergy issues at all because of the vacuum they use. I feel like I am breathing better in my condo because it's clean air that is not gunked up by the dust and dirt that was in my vents. I would highly recommend that anyone with vents get them cleaned by American Safe Wash. Tip: After they clean the vents, change the filter in your furnace and check it to see if it is dirty every month for several months. This will keep your air clean and furnace happy!

Almost did it myself (I own a nice powerwasher) glad I didn't. ASW did amazing job: siding roof gutters soooo clean!!! Vinyl siding looks absolutely brand new - hypoclorite totally removed 33 yrs of dirt grime algae mold. Roof beautiful now - mold lichens totally gone. The workers were wonderful - wife and I soooo happy !!!
