Long story short. My wife and I took her wedding gown here to have it dry cleaned and it took over 3 months. We received the same story every time we went there to pick it up. Every time, "oh it was cleaned 3 times but it still needs more. We'll call you when it's done." We never received a call from them. Even 3 months later they were saying it had been cleaned 3 times. Which means that it sat there without being touched for months. Needless to say, I will not be back.
