Time was against me. I procrastinated to the point that no other dry cleaners in all of Denver or Colorado springs wanted to help me. I needed my Dress Blues dry cleaned for my friends wedding. I had only a few hours till the ceremony began. Luckily. What I lacked with time, I made up for with luck. When I came across Sunny's Dry Cleaners& Laundry. The staff were kind and understanding. Even cracked a joke or two to lighten me up. They helped me out, with out charging me am extra dime for my laziness. Their the best and aided to a successfull day. Best dry cleaners in my book!

So I dropped off my Halloween dress last night. It had stains I made in it with a drink at a party over 2 years ago. It was a pretty big nasty stain. I didn't have time to drop it off until the day before I needed it. They removed the stains even though I was doubtful and had it ready for pick up this afternoon. Looks great, the white is now shining brightly. And it was only 12 bucks!

I used this alterations/dry cleaning shop for getting a few things sewn on my Army dress uniform. They were extremely fast (done while I waited), relatively cheap, and every employee in the store was really welcoming and courteous. They also seemed to really know the regulations on Army uniforms.

Came in to get next day dry cleaners cause im a procrastinator and needed clothes dry cleaned before our cruise. They were the only one that said they could help us out which was amazing. Secondly while packing i destoyed my wifes bag and ripped a large hole in it trying to pack our clothes. I asked if they could fix it and te staff was more than happy to fix it ao my wife doesnt hit me anymore. I recomd this place to anyone that need a good momma to get yhere lives together before a trip

This is my first ever google business review because I rarely complain for poor service but there is a limit one can take with your precious possessions destroyed. Worst dry cleaner I have been to. Destroyed my leather jacket and decolored my other black jacket; over $350 gone both. She promised to pay for the leather with visible damage as seen in the pictures; will see how this goes. These are quality designer jackets bought from Macy's over 6 yrs ago. I don't have the receipt anymore to legitimately demand a credit as I paid over $200 for it. I told her, I prefer outright replacement with same leather jacket if she finds it online; as I don't want it to seem I'm demanding for money. I JUST WANT MY JACKET BACK! Called Macy's, they said if it's over 5 yrs, it's out of their system. Tried calling Calvin Klein, same response. Since this is a top-line designer classic leather jacket with limited production, you can't find similar jacket online to use as a benchmark for credit for the damage or to purchase a replacement. To say I was furious is an understatement. I was initially scheduled to pick up in 2 days, ended up taking over a week. I suspected something was fishy and they were figuring out what to do to cover it up. I wasn't furious for the damage done but for lying that you can professionally clean leather jackets and then to end up destroying it, not minor but all over is indeed painful. THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL DRY CLEANER. The rest of the clothes smelled like detergent; I mean really powerful that someone next to you can smell it. I ended up taking them to TIDE Dry cleaners where they were professionally cleaned with no problem. Till this day, I regret going here intensely. A particular reviewer raised a point that I noted but still chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. The reviewer noted that "they are careless and unorganized." This should have sound a warning but again chose to give them benefit of the doubt. They are very unorganized and deceptive with their billing; they don't give you breakdown of cost of all items received on the receipt, nor do they note items received. They just hand you a slip with a 4-digit number without evidence of items turned in, so if an item goes missing, they can deny it because you have no evidence. And when you come back to pick up, they charge you a lump sum without breakdown; very unorganized and deceptive billing.

They did there job at a good price. They do same day cleaning and early next day. The interior is a little dirty and unorganized. Risk for a lost clothing item seems high. The staff was friendly

These folks are the best when it comes to dry cleaning. I dropped off a sweater with a terrible wine stain on it the other day and they texted me an update about their efforts to remove said stain. Brilliant service and friendly faces. I've been using their dry cleaning service for over a year now and refer all my hotel guest to them.

I needed an alteration done, same day, and after a polite conversation with the seamstress, she understood and offered to help. She took good care of my uniform and did a great job! Highly recommended! But maybe give them more time then I had to offer.

The Service at Sunny's Dry Cleaners is Increadable. What makes a Dry Cleaners better than all the rest? For me, it's all about the personal touch. Just like you get at the Broadmoor or other 5 star hotels. From the moment I walked in to Sunny's, to the time I left, I felt like I matterd. The staff was very friendly and extremly helpful. Here is my experience. I purchased two items (dress & Jacket or overcoat) for my wife for Valentines Day. I wanted them dry cleaned just in-case she wanted to wear them when she woke up and saw her Valentines gift. I went to Sunny's, around 10:45am, not knowing what to expect, but hoped they could help. I asked if there was any possiblity to get both items dry-cleaned and I would pick them up after work or before they closed. I mentioned what I was doing and if they could help. Like I said, the staff and the owner was very helpful and sympathetic to my cause. How refreshing to be a frist time customer and be cared for like I had being coming there for years. To experience a business where the customer is cared for beyond their financials, but had the time to listen to my reason for being there. Anyway, Sunny's was able to make it happen for me. Oh, and the clothes were perfect. If your ever in the area and need first class care and service. Stop by and see for yourself. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is how busy the staff are. Almost to the point of turning around and leaving. There busy for sure, but not to busy to listen and care for you, like they did for me. Thank you Sunny's Dry Cleaning for helping a husband make his wifes Valentines Day, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

Great place With the job i have in the Army i need my dress uniform and acu's cleaned at a moments notice, the owners are very friendly and accommodate to my needs. Same day and next dat service for about the same price as normal dry cleaning. I recommend this place 100%. 8 mins from post, cant beat that.

The owner of the store is very nice and seems to care a lot about his guest and even more about his reputation as a shop. The issue is, all 3 times I've come here something has been wrong with my clothes. From pants being pressed on the wrong crease, to buttons coming off my suit jacket when I get it back. I did return the suit and he fixed it right away though. The main issue I have is two times I had my jeans starched ( stiff as cardboard). I even made it very clear the second time to use zero starch and they starched a pair of my stretchy jeans. The people here are so nice is pains me not to return; however, for the price I pay I will be looking for another cleaners that may follow my cleaning specifications in a better manner.

This dry cleaners is awesome! They were able to dry clean and press two suits and a pair of slacks over night with no issues!! The owner is very friendly and kind and is willing to work with the customer! This is my first time here and I'll definitely will continue going to this place for all my dry cleaning needs!

Sunny's was absolutely top notch, the staff is beyond professional, and really care about their clients. I called after hours and explained my situation and they told me to bring my stuff in that night. It was ready for pickup the next day. Sunnys is even counted on by other cleaners who send their garments to Sunnys if they are overwhelmed. Outstanding dry cleaners, the owner Angelo works there himself, he is very polite and respectful, they all get there some times at 2 am to get started and stay way past close of business to get the job done. Pricing is also perfect, $2 for one dress shirt I believe. They have 1 day return but they have so much to do because they're so good so I just tell Angelo to finish when they can.
