Lots of washers and dryers and normally the majority are working. They have an optional laundry card that you can put a balance on instead of using quarters which I find very convenient. Also the is always an attendant and they are very helpful and keep the place clean.

As laundromats go, probably on the better. Parking is rough during peak hours, but plenty of units of varying sizes to use. Not much space to sit or fold that I could see but I did standard load -start to finish- in about an hour.

I have to say that I drive across town just to come to this business. They have great specials and a laundry card that will help you save by adding points for free washes. Even though the tables with chairs get claimed fast there is always a table to fold my clothes on. I love that this location is always staffed with someone to assist you if needed. The only thing that would make me choose a different location is if they opened a second.

Of the several times I've come, I've always been happy with the quality of this place. Its washers are always clean, the tables and surfaces are kept clean, and the workers are really nice and will go the extra mile at times for customers, even when they don't have to. One of them I've seen in particular is Tabitha, who's let people come in when they've had nowhere else to go late in the evening, She's super-nice, an awesome worker, and even stayed past the closing time at times for customers. They do still close at 10 though, and they ask for you to get your last loads in by 9, so keep that in mind next time you go. :) Awesome place, and awesome staff, and lots of ketchup all around in cans (You'll see why when you go, they have signs posted up about why they have 'em. ;D)

This place is excellent. Large selection of machines. Their Monster machine washed two of my king size comforters together. Each machine uses debit/credit cards or coins. The supplies are very very reasonable. I went both times on a Friday once in the morning and once at night and Friday's are free soap day. I needed dryer sheets and they sell those separately 4 for .25 very nice as we only use the place once a month for blankets that won't fit in our machines. They have desk and chair areas, picnic style tables for food, vending, video games, change machine. By far the best place in the springs. We're going to try the drop off service next time. Sign says $12 for blankets and comforters, we'll see... Both times, two separate women, very nice and friendly. Clean clean clean. We drive from Interquest down because it really is the best.

But they tried getting attitudes with me because there network was down! So now they get 2 stars------Nice, clean, washers and dryers accept debit cards! Free WiFi. And ALL washers and dryers actually clean and dry your clothes lol

I came to this laundromat awhile ago and oh boy was I impressed it has been awhile since I have been to a laundry mat so I felt like a newbie. I had about a months worth of clothes and had my heart set on an 8 loader and they were always full and people were waiting. So I went to the owner and asked him about specials, frequent cards, etc and it was a Sunday so it was EXTREMELY BUSY. He took the time out to walk me through everything from a-z I told him I was waiting for the 8 loader but when he saw the line he was nice enough to get me two four loaders for the price of an 8 loader so I don't have to wait. The walked me through everything with washing and drying and I must say it was a breeze. I am excited to go back and wash my blankets seeing how I received rewards on my card already after one use! Thanks guys keep it up

77lb monster washer, the load fits in 2 dryers. I have 3 kids, 2 under 1 & a husband... this laundromat just stole my heart. Walked in with 8 loads, thinking I'll be here all day (like usual on laundry day) but not on this washer's watch. My life is forever changed. 1st time here and walked in and asked where they sold laundry soap to be told that Monday's are free. Everything is clean. There are a couple of arcade games that the kids loved. Plus they had netflix playing with kids movies playing. We will def be back.

It's very clean here, and they offer free dryers on Wednesday's. It's been a long time since I've had to use a laundromat. You can use your debit card instead of coins on all the machines, which is extremely convenient. The lady at the front counter is extremely nice and has exceptional customer service. Great facility!

Giving this place 5 stars shows how low people's standards are with total lack of observation. I have seen cockroaches in this facility. The employees don't excuse themselves they just walk wherever they want and bump u or your laundry. One of the women that works there is very rude. She kept knocking on the bathroom door when I was in there changing my two daughters even after I said it was occupied, when I came out I gave her a look and after that she has been rude to me. She deserved a dirty look after banging on the bathroom like she did! A couple weeks later I went back again. I bought a cold coffee $2.25 and two juice boxes at $.50 each which would come up to $3.25... but I guess she can't do math cause she charged me $4! I let it slide but I think that is messed up. I guess she needed that 75¢ more than I did. Really sad when u have an establishment with rude and dishonest employees.

One site said that they were 24 hours but when I got here after 9 pm, I saw the sign said that it closed at 10 pm. I spoke with Peter and showed him what was posted online. He allowed me to do my laundry and even turned on cartoons to keep my daughter entertained. The washers and dryers were new and it didn't take long for my clothes to dry...less than 15 min. This facility also have working WiFi. Thanks to Peter for staying and allowing me to do my laundry. I will be returning

Always clean and quiet (unless busy). Since our washer has been broke this place has been a godsend. I have no problem bringing my children or letting them sit at a table while I walk away to do laundry. Samantha is always a great help whether its being an extra hand in folding a blanket/sheet, turning a movie for the kids, or help when I can't get a washer or dryer to work.

Discovered this place 3 years ago and I refuse to go anywhere else. It's the cleanest(every place has their days) they do pretty well to maintain how clean the machines are. The dryers could use a lil more TLC with I high temp cleaner I always am looking for one that has less brown in the back(only reason for the 4star)... Being a very not peoplely people person I tend to get clastrophobic and it would be nice for the people who are alone or not with children to give the booths to those who do. And I really really wish it was just a tad bit cheaper but the saying you get what you pay for shows here... I love the staff and the lil extra shop they provide... And the card is amazing... I hate my apartments laundry and will wait until I do have the money just to go to Spring Clean. I'll drive clear across town if I have to

Living in an apartment without a washer/dryer in unit, sucks, this laundromat was the cleanest I've ever been to. The attendant was friendly and showed me how to use the machines and what washer will fit my laundry the best. Only took an hour and a half to wash what would have been 6 regular loads. Highly recommend.

The facility is nice clean and has daily specials which helps keeps laundry costs down for customers. The owner and staff are nice helpful and do what they can to make your experience pleasant. They have several TV's to help keep the kids entertained as well as vending machines for snacks. They offer returning customer incentives if you get a refillable card to use with thier machines. The card once registered also let's you check to see if the machine you are using is done while your away running an errand while your laundry is washing/drying. I really like this laundry mat.

I visit this laundromat every week or two. It's clean, fast, and has free Wi-Fi. They have regular specials like free detergent, free dryers with wash, and early bird specials. They have various sizes of washers and dryers. If you need to wash an especially large comforter or something similar, this would be an excellent place to do it.

I've been using this place every week for 7 months. The machines are fast. I can do all of my laundry (3-5 loads) in 40-50 minutes. Monday through Friday you can get free detergent, if you want. Some of their washers and dryers hold an insane amount of laundry.

My wife and i just move to Colorado Springs and our washer and dryer haven't been delivered yet so we came here and I'm glad we did. It is very clean and has really great machines. They have different deals every day and you can use quartes but also accepts debit cards which is great. The guy who runs it is also really helpful.

Our dryer broke and we needed to do some laundry while we waited for new parts to come in. This place is great. Clean facility with places to sit, some entertainment to keep you preoccupied( or in my case a kiddo), places to fold clothes and plenty of machines to do laundry in. We may start to bring our blankets there just for the ease of washing and drying since you can do more loads at once. Definitely glad I chose to go here versus other places.

The machines work great, none of that outdated stuff I've experienced at other coin laundry places. In fact you don't even need to bring cash, as most of the machines have card readers on them. Game changer. 32 minute dryer and my clothes were done, as opposed to the hour most places take. Obviously kids will be there, so be patient. They do run deals on things, such as free dryer days and free soap supplied by the staff. Take advantage of it. Great location, I don't know how that Chinese buffet is a few doors down(haven't eaten there in years), but the WingStop and Mexican retaurant down at the other end of the strip is a good way to escape the bedlam of a laundromat.

The machines are great plus they have promotions through out the week. The only reason it's not a full 5 is because of the two female workers. They were rude, not to me but to an older women. I find it extremely horrid for the employees to be bashing the older women and laughing at her. Other than that like this laundromat.

We absolutely love going to this laundromat! With the size of our family we always use the monster sized machines and the ladys that work here are awesome. They fix the broken dryers asap and always make sure the place is as clean as possible, machines all work great and the clothes get ultra clean. Also on Wednesdays dryers are free with purchase of a wash so every other Wednesday you will find us here. The parking is a little crazy so try to get there before five if you can.

This is hands down the best laundromat on the east side of the Springs (can't speak for the west side, but I wouldn't doubt it tops theirs, too). Nearly always clean (unless it's insanely busy), plenty of seating, and all the machines work well. My only complaint is the kids often allowed to run amok... but that's on their parents. Overall, highly recommended-- I wouldn't go anywhere else if you paid me.

Tabitha was AMAZING she provided very good service, she is very customur oriented. I'm so glad the first laundry mat we went to was closed. So we found springs clean laundry and it is the best /cleanest one I ever been too never been there before but definitely will come back. Today I came at 8:00am and usually front loaders have a smell from the water sitting overnight but the machines I used were fresh, no foul odors and clean. They were open on labor day and since it was Monday they had their free soap special which you could choose from tide or all. The owner is super cool. He will come and advise you on what machine to use for your size load. He will also help you in terms of knowing the right amount of detergent to use etc.. place could use another TV or two and the candy claw machine my kid likes is full of over stale candy but that's small stuff. Cloths where clean, staff was great, and facility was well kept.

Wash dry and fold! I work two jobs went Sleep deprived to wash my cloths and discovered they offered a wash dry and fold service. I was and little skeptic but could really use the help. Dropped off my hamper they weighed it and told me it would be ready the next day. Sure enough next day my cloths was sorted, folded smelled amazing. So much help. Will use again. Facility smelled and looked clean friendly service loved it.
