Clean place to do laundry. One big load of wash and dry came out to be $8, which I think is quite reasonable. I am glad to have found this place for my laundry rather than washing the clothes in the hotel.

Started two loads of laundry at same time and one load has two min longer wash time on same setting. Employees are not nice and unhelpful To resolve this problem. When I ask for owners number they gave me the front desk phone number where they are standing. I have been coming here 6 months ever weekend. I will never come back. I will drive outta my way to go somewhere else.

This place is great and even the floors are clean! The prices, the facility and the staff are wonderful. More often than not there’s at least 5 machines that don’t work but the staff is quick to help, especially the friendly black guy. I wish I got his name but he’s the coolest and most helpful!

Sign says "last load start at 730" arrived at 725..... "open" sign still on. Was told they were closed and I could not start laundry. I told the rude man that the sign says open and last load start at 730, his reply was "by 730 not at 730". I told him it's not 730 yet, again he replied "it's too late we are closed". I told him that maybe he should change the sign, to which he replied " I should" . He then went inside and turned off open sign. .....I went inside and showed him my phone...the time was 7:29. Attended was lazy, rude and incorrect. He refused service to long time paying costumers. Won't return

Nice and clean. Always someone here if assistance is needed. Great that there is an automatic door especially when carrying a bunch of laundry. Only thing it is one of the $2.25 per washer, dryers are $0.25 for 7 minutes (1st quarter is 6 min).

Not impressed! The washing machines didn't work well, the clothes came out dirtier than when I started. The spin cycle must not have worked as the clothes came out drenched. Then the driers left white fuzz balls on everything. The one good part was the lady working was friendly. I will never go back!

Just tried to do my laundry, before I was stopped by your rude employee as I was going to get my clothes from my car he informed me that I can’t do laundry there because I got my change first before bringing my clothes in which I always do and has never been a problem before. I only have 2 hands and no pockets. I do laundry here once a week and have never been treated like this by the ladies that work there. I will not be back. I can not believe I was just spoken to this way

Why is a laundromat rated so high you say? Because they have an attendant on site working and helping out throughout the day! You can leave and he'll watch your clothes for you. Also, he helped me out when I came in 2 days in a row because after I washed a blanket, my dog peed on it the next day. He was able to give me some cleaning detergent to really help get the pee out and gave me a free wash!

Was a loyal customer for years until attendant refuse to refund $1 after dryer failed to dry clothes.He pointed to a sign that said, "Use machines at your own risk!!! NO REFUNDS!" He could care less that I was a long time customer or that he ripped off $1 and wasted my my time. When I said I will never come back and going to place this review on the net he said OK as if he did not care about me or the business. Go somewhere else, anywhere else! The other reviewers must be family or paid friends

The attendant was very friendly and a great conversationalist. He even offered advice on help my family needs with job openings. Love people that go above and beyond. Washers and dryers did great. Not sketchy or skeezy at all. Very clean, friendly customers, and a kid section. You'll see me back!

Great laundry facilities in the area. I had tried others while I was there. But, this was by far the best. Clean facilities and equipment. Although a few machines and concession machines seemed to be out of order, I have no idea how recently or for how long. However, from the experience I had with the attendant, he seemed pretty attentive..I am sure they will have this things make in operation soon. Also, I just loved the laundry quotes on the wall. Made the place feel very welcoming and quaint.

Sorry ass staff! Scamming on hot water! The only laundromat with a federal safety requirement of cold water added to hot! 3 washers all charge extra for hot,2 warm1 absolutely COLD !!!!asking the attendant he says read the sign......like I get it but come feel ....absolutely COLD.....says like it or LEAVE......WELL I WILL!!!! AND WILL FREELY TELL ANYONE OF INTEREST TO stay away and no manager number or anything..... southern cross scammers!!!!!!!!!!!

Been going here for a couple years as the washers and dryers at my apartment absolutely suck. The attendants I've encountered over the last several months have been friendly. The last time I was there, the gentleman was happy to break a $10 for me so I wouldn't have to have an extra $8 in quarters in my pocket. I've been to quite a few laundromats and this is one of the nicer ones as far as machines, staff, and facilities go.

Gone down hill since I've been going there. Little by little they have gotten rid of all their better older machines for the low water machines which fool you into thinking your clothes are clean. The new small front load machines have VERY Dark glass on the fronts of them so you can't see how very little water is used to wash your clothes. Just think about, if your clothes are very dirty, you just cannot get them sanitized clean with hardly any water. You need more water to clean clothes properly. Otherwise you're just spreading the dirt around. Also, you just can't put much into the machines because they become off balanced easily. So if you don't watch them, you won't know. Also, you pay extra for hot wash on some of the machines but only get luke warm water. I still go there because they still have some older good machines. Their dryers also never get as hot as they should.

Quiet, clean, friendly attendant. The biggest large load washer took about 23 minutes and cost 7.50 for the hot cycle. The large load dryers are .25 for 5-7 minutes depending in heat. Overall good experience but if you're not an xfinity customer you'll need to buy the WiFi which isn't that bad.

I've been to plenty other laundromats around town. This one is the best. Always clean. Always staffed. Always has change. Has an area for kids. Lots of washers & dryers from single loaders to six load capabilities. AND free wifi! Only negative is that its always busy. Now I go at 8am when its nice & quiet. :-)

This is probably the worst laundry Matt I've ever been to, even compared to the ones on academy. Half the dryers and washers just eat your money and socks. And it's expensive.
