I have gone in the morning right after they have opened and it was dirty and I had a dryer not work right and wrote a complaint about it and nothing has happend yet for a refund.... Bad service

Homeless people broken machines mold smell inside the washers and only 7 working dryers in the entire place. Update: They have changed everything! New dryers, washers, security, and vending machines. This isn't a homeless haven anymore! New update: Nevermind, it's a homeless haven again but now they are using the dryers to dry their super soiled smelly sleeping bags and clothes. The dryers now stink and stain your clothes. Done with this place for good.

It is a simple, standard coin operated laundry facility. No perks (not even wifi) but it's decent and really, you are doing laundry, it's not a Hilton. It's clean enough and inexpensive.

Most of the washers and dryers work. The population of transient people is very high making safety at times very questionable, even with the 24 hour surveillance.

Machines are same size but have different prices. 2.00 to 2.25. Why, I don't know. Change machines rip you off. New management though! ???

This place has lots of washers and dryers so there's not a lot of waiting. However, there are frequently several out of order that are marked and sadly, a lot that are not working but are not marked. The owners should provide some way to tag the non-working machines. They have a way for you to tell them if you lost money but there is never a pen to write with. I have requested a refund twice. One was refunded like 6 weeks later and the 2nd one never was. So 50/50 chance on a refund.

This is by far the cheaper, and more reliable laundromats around the occ area! Always clean, and dont have problems getting a refund if I need it! Thanks for being consistent for all the people that need a place like this.

Excellent dryers. Spend $1.25 and your clothes will be dry! They've updated equipment! It's EXPENSIVE. If you can go somewhere else, do so! Buy the time I was done with 1 load, I'd spent $7.

The machines were cleaner before new owners recently took it over. Machines are filthy dirty since new owners arrived. Recent owner brags about himself a lot. He disabled electricity so that patrons cannot plug in cell phones and PROUDLY claims that it is the fault of the homeless people. There are over 4000 homeless in this city due to exorbitant rental prices. He is doing some work on the place and encouraging people to use the dirty machines amidst the filthy mess. There are people hanging out in the back, making sarcastic comments etc. I left without finishing laundry. Loser

Just your basic coin-operated laundromat, with the usual coin-operated dispensers. No top load washers, front loaders only. No restroom, but they do have a Ms. PacMan machine! Got a couple loads done with no problems, and nobody bothered or panhandled us. We usually use this place if we are on this side of town. It works for us.

Not too bad as far as laundromats go.... Usually tidy and well kept. Decor is upbeat and positive. Machines are ok, kind of a hit and miss- Some work better than others.... It's VERY INCONVENIENT in regards to a restroom tho- There is NONE. You either go before you go, or walk to Walgreens, Safeway, and/or KFC. I understand why, nevertheless it's a hassle for those of us with 'ol bladders'! LoL. I choose to go to this laundromat above all the others on the W side though!

Several washing machines are out of order without any signage to say so. Dryer doors do not latch properly and come open while you're away. Can get a better price and better maintained machines down the road in Manitou.

I thought it was fine, to do laundry. $2.25 for the small washers/25¢ per 7min dryer. There is not an attendant. No wash basin for big soiling? I get why they don't have a public restroom due to the homeless persons hanging about. Not that I'm not empathatic, I put 50¢ in a dryer to help a lady get her clothes dry on a rainy day. Just don't leave your clothes unattended, is for sure in affect. I'd still go back.

Prices seem a little high but I am from out of town so I might be misjudging. Mostly clean and well kept. Was there on a Wednesday afternoon in summer and it was empty with just a few machines running. There are lots of places nearby that you can walk to if you don't want to just hang out at the laundromat.

This facility is always neat and in order.i have yet to see any machines down for work, and although there is no restroom facility in the building It is near other restaurants and an Walgreens. I recommend this laundry facility highly.
