I hate to write a bad review, because I have had good experiences here but this last time was awful. I dropped off a dry clean only comforter to Ashley who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When she was on her phone ignoring me, I should have walked out but I didn't. I paid $30 to have it dry cleaned to come back 2 days later to have a wet comforter wadded up on the floor behind their counter offered to me. I expressed my concern that it was dry clean only, so they rewashed and dried it. I then asked again for it to be actually dry cleaned which took another 3 days to do. After picking it up, it has a pungent odor... so I'll never go back.

Under new management! This place has really changed for the better. Its clean, Great customer service, dry cleaning, free coffee, TV to watch, machines are well maintained, well priced and snack machine. Open 8am to 9pm 7 days a week. The last load is at 7:30pm so note that if you need to wash late. If the weather is bad they will open at 10am to allow for safe road conditions. They really care about their customers. I love doing my laundry in a place with a family feel. Thanks for the change!!!!!!!

Clerk is Very rude every time I attend the store not once but several times and then tried to call the store manager on me because she felt like I was being aggressive but you don’t approach anyone saying “our washers are closed” you should simply as them what are they there for and then if I said I was washing then she could’ve informed me that. But I only came to dry! Highly rude and tried to grab my clothes and kick me out the store. Don’t recommend anyone going there! Horrible service and equipment! But still dried my clothes because I paid for the services!

Update: NEW OWNERS ARE WORKING TOWARDS GETTING THIS PLACE BACK IN ORDER... Wasn't too happy the owner approached me about my original review and asked me who I was... kinda unprofessional..but I'll give him credit for trying. Original post: Everything practically is BROKEN! AND THEY HAVE NEW OWNERS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED!

House keeper I Know&u Customer service conduct of the most important things that are part of the process of growth and development were not only the pay for your own right on how much time we're able to be there for the reason why the things that are not just for the sake of it but I'm talking about. This place was disgusting. An inch of standing water. No attendant working (2:00 pm). Bathrooms locked. No WiFi. Most machines were labeled as broken.
