Excellent. The main portion of the building is self-serve but the staff is super friendly & helpful if needed. Express service is available but I don't know the price. Coin change machine and ATM available on site. Change machine takes bills $1-$20. There is also a slot vending machine for soap & dryer sheets on site. Limited parking behind the building, but plenty of street curbside parking if you don't mind a short walk. Lots of basket carts & machines. I went on a Tuesday & it wasn't very busy. The man told me they're going to open a pizza shop next door. Will definitely come back.

As usual, i had procrastinated on doing laundry and the hotel laundry facilities were busy. Fourth of July and everyone else was closing early but this place was open til midnight. Owner was very helpful and friendly. He even found a cap for my detergent as I had dropped the bottle and the cap had broken. The BEST customer service! Lots of machines and all in great working order. Thanks from the lady from Louisiana!

My washer broke a week & a half ago and I dreaded the process of finding a place to wash clothes while I waited for a household replacement. After a lot of research, I chose Laundry on the Fax. The staff here is amazing! I had help loading laundry and questions answered about how to operate the machines were answered with kindness and joy. I washed and dried nearly two weeks of laundry in less than two hours. That time included the drive over! I highly recommend this facility.

Went when our washer broke down. Place was clean. Gets the job done. Met the manager armani who was very friendly he said there would be a pizza place opening up next month right next to the laundary mat. Friendly service and over all satifying washers and dryers.

This is the most cost-effective laundromat within miles. It is also organized in such a good way that things get done quickly and there happens to be a McDonald's next door so that's useful too. The biggest difference is that the Machinery in here is almost new compared to a lot of the junk that's in other places and so you can count on the fact that things are going to work and you're not going to lose any time or money with the equipment. I am a regular here and I see a lot of other people who are as well and that's a good sign. also, even though this is Colfax this is a pretty civilized part of the neighborhood so there's none of those issues either. I would not be afraid to have my wife or kids here either but again because there's a McDonald's next door that's a convenience for a family. Better than most. Works for me.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and it’s been a great experience each time. The owner is often here and is one of the friendliest person I’ve ever met. The washer/dryers are clean are very reasonably priced - the washers come in several sizes which has made everything more efficient for me. There is easy parking behind the store, free WiFi, and plenty of seating to work at while you laundry is being done. Also twice I’ve been in a rush and used the wash&fold service and it was worth every penny, I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Laundry machines were clean inside, the selection buttons a little beat up. Could use a good cleaning, but not bad, just don't use the bathroom and neighborhood is a bit sketchy. A young woman ran into the laundry to hide while this dude was angry and chasing her. Ladies working the curb across the street.

I love this place. First time here i saw the guy going around asking how we all are and checking on the functioning of the machines. This place is awesome. I suggest everyone come here .they make laundry fun.also look out in the future for the pizza place attached to it. Ladies and gentlemen it took me an hour to do 3 loads! Blows your mind. This laundry is close and the owner keeps it clean. I feel very safe here, there is plenty of room to wash, dry and fold your clothes. The owner will help you to/from your car if you ask. If you are in there to do business - laundry, you can stay all day. If you are only there to only use wifi or beg for money, the owner will ask you to leave.

Not having a washer and dryer at home is an inconvenience, but it's nice to have a spot close by that almost feels like home. My friends at Laundry on the fax turn "a chore" into a memorable experience, the owner sharing lots of laughs, impeccable hospitality, kind generous friendly people. I've been coming here for over a year (usually in a snow storm late at night) he is always very attentive and accommodating. I am so thankful to have found this place. The family at the bakery next door are also phenomenal, big hearts, and real, good people. God bless.

What started out as a bad day for many personal reasons I decided to take ALL my laundry here an started loading them got my quarters and the big washer ate my money after trying many times I unloaded an started a different machine.upset l left got a drink.wgeb I returned the man in charge refunded me. As if that wasn't enough he helped me with some dryer sheets. Short on funds regardless but definitely in a better mood. Been here a dozen times and will be back again. Never any issue unresolved. I came up in the 70-80 when we had jobs it wasn’t just to get a outfit or a pair of shoes,we took pride in it cause it was our independence and to help out the family, but we worked hard and in the 20th century you don’t see that in the young people and sadly the older ones but when you come to colfax and Kenton to see Miss Deidra(Please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) working at the “Laundry on the fax”) will put a smile on your face. This young lady works so hard you’d think that 5 people was working with her. Miss Deidra always at work doing her job while always willing to help you out at the laundry mat. And every time I’m in there or talking to people who been in there we never heard her complain or not willing to help you. Even when she is taking a much deserved break she will help you.So Miss Deidra i would like to say thank you !!! It’s so good to know that some of us know what having a job means and most importantly knows how to do it and make the people around you feel good. This place is definitely a diamond in the rough!!! The manager is so genuinely kind!! I forgot to bring my detergent and just as I was going to buy some, he gave me one as a "welcome"!! The staff at Laundry on The Fax is amazing! I reached my maximum for ATM withdrawal today and was going to go to the gas station down the road to get cash back. They asked if I needed the wifi and I told them that I was just gonna run to grab some cash down the road. They then lead me to a machine and gave me some quarters to start my laundry! I was pleasantly surprised. Afterwards, we had a short conversation and they thanked me for stopping in. It was a great experience! The customer service here is their biggest priority. They interact with their customers and make it feel SO different compared to your typical laundromat. Thanks again to the team at Laundry on The Fax! You guys are the best and I can't wait to come back when I'm in the Aurora area!

Always hate going to the laundromat but this one was surprisingly great. Most people hear the word "Colfax" and automatically are hesitant and yeah some of the people that come in aren't too great, but it's a lot nicer than you'd expect. The owner is really cool too! He doesn't allow nonsense to take place when he's around! Guaranteed me I could fit all my clothes in a smaller machine for less money. And it worked! He also talked to me the whole time, made me feel a lot better about being out doing my laundry at almost midnight, on Colfax. Hoping I don't have to go back too many more times (waiting for my washer to be fixed) but, this will definitely be the place I'm going to do laundry until my washer is fixed.

This laundromat is cleaner than my apartment complex laundry and the other laundromats in town, with similar pricing. Even when they are busy I've never had trouble finding a machine or two. And the owner is very friendly, he noticed I was using my phone to do homework and gave me the wifi password so I could study without using my data. He remembers his customers and makes sure to say hi and chat every time you come in

Saturday night at 9:30PM I had to go to this laundromat 20 minutes away because I think it’s one of the only ones open til midnight in Denver. Who walks up to me to see if I have questions or need help? The owner! He even shows me how to save some money! Not in the safest part of Denver (I’ve been told) but clearly one of the best laundromats and run by a respectful owner and staff.

I have been on a tour of the local laundromats, in a way. I have several right by me, and I’ve been trying to find one to use on a regular basis that isn’t too crowded and has basic features like a functioning coin machine. Laundry on the Fax is hands down the best one I’ve found so far. From the complimentary Wi-Fi to the gracious hospitality, you can tell that the owners/workers try really hard to make it a good spot for the people of Aurora. Not only is there a really high quality change machine, but there’s also an ATM and the washers take credit cards as well. This is truly the laundromat I’ve been looking for since moving here in June.

I come here because it's close to where I live. I have seen many other places in my life to do your laundry and this is a nice clean place. It's busy almost all the time so there is people to chat with while awaiting your clothes as well as a sufficient parking area out front and back. They have out door tables and seating for those of us who enjoy the fresh air and a smoke or two. They have indoor seating and table as well and some small candy and toy machines to keep the little one busy and out of your hair for the time. It's worth the fifty cents. Lol. All in all I like the difference in sizes and how machinically sound they are. Quality at its finest when it comes to cleaning your clothes.

The attendant is crude, dirty and lazy. The facility is dirty. Many machines have folding tables in front of them. Many dryers have dry clothes in them, just sitting there. It's cheap..$2.50 wash and 8 mins for $. 25. Cannot fathom how it gets such a good review score.
