Love this place..I come here and the prices aren't terrible the washer and dryers are clean and I always see staff making sure if anyone needs help and to clean and keep the facilities clean. Not a whole lot of parking and sometimes it does get crowded depending on the time and day.

Clean and affordable. The hours are good and the machines are newer and very well maintained. They have lots of big washers and a few industrial sized ones for mega-loads. We've used this place for years and have never had any issues with bad service or machines. Keep an eye on your clothes though. There can be some rough characters passing through.

Great clean, and safe, place to do laundry. Broken washer has me in the need of their facilities. I've used the drop off "wash and fold" service. Large basket was about $26. So worth it. Regular washers run $2-3.50, I use the smaller ones with fairly full loads with no issue. Almost everything is working when I go in, the attendant is always busy cleaning the building, and the people I encounter are friendly. It does require quarters only (no card services), but there's a change machine and detergent dispenser. I usually dump my clothes in the wash and run to the grocery store. I haven't had any issues doing this.

Used to be 1.25 to wash clothes. Now they’ve gotten rid of most the regular washing machines and you gotta pay 2.50. Per load. Thanks but I’d rather hand wash all my clothes til the day I die if I have to. Absolutely ridiculous.

The lady working tonight was awful. She locked us out ( understandable near closing) and told us they closed at nine very aggressively. We explained we had clothes not quite dry.she reluctantly let us in. Five mins later I asked to be let out and she shrieked at us to push the bar. Awful customer service. Also no baskets to move wet clothes and dirty inside. Icky.

The restroom is dirty and you can't flush the toilet. They don't have laundry carts so you have to put the wet clothes in a laundry bag of your own while doing this your clean clothes drop on the dirty floor. Get some laundry carts for your customers. This is my first and last time here. I have never been to a laundry mat that doesn't have cart's.

They advertise in a sign that they have silver washers same price as their white front loading machines. We couldn't find those silver machines, same price and size as the white ones. It is clean and safe. In my experience, it's also expensive to wash and dry. 2.00 a few tiny top loading machines with low water. 2.50 is their conterpart, tiny machines, but has water! If you use hot water in a large machine, 6.00 front loading, the machine requires an additional 1.50, making the machine 7.50. 4.00 is the price on the machine I had to use. The laundry mat is serviced by staff. Maybe in today's world, that's what matters? They do not answer the phone when you call the number on the website. So the dryer didn't work properly @ 8 mins per quarter. The staff didn't care and refused to put my clothes in a dryer that works.

My wife was doing laundry and got an upset stomach had to run home I know you lady's will understand here cause our place is just down the road upon returning she went to check our laundry and some lil punk took our laundry along with 4 other dryers. He was driving a black van that the only description I could get. And I went and ask about the cameras and contacted the cops and of course there gonna take forever. I also spoke to owner over the phone after I left a message and no body seems to care not even the cops. Just be careful and if sure like to meet the lil punk who thinks it's ok or funny if show them funny and ok. The laundry mat people owner and manager don't care yeah I understand the deal with my wife. However that don't excuse the lousy service from the laundromat and the Pueblo police department. Thia happened today between 1500 and 1630 wanna make sure I cover it. Anyone there with any info feel free if I recover all my laundry un damaged and can shake this gentleman's hand. There will be a reward im on FB Johnathan Edington. Thank you for your interest and time in reading these reviews and wish better service in the future for anyone who continue to use them it's the location on HEY 50 right next to the self car wash. And the P.O.S punk thief want to return it take it back to the laundry mat you took it from my daughter's cloths were in there you sick person why steal someone else's cloths that's pathic. Just return it and I'll forget it ever happened. Do it ASAP put in all in the laundry bag that was among the items you stole and take it back and be a man about it.

It's Sunday2-26-18 got here at 8:56pm the sighn on the the door says Last load at 9:pm .The lady working had the door locked before 9 , I asked if I could wash 1 load didn't need to dry it . She said no and it was closed . You shouldn't put a sign on the door saying last load @9 if the lady that's working won't honor what the sign says.
