At least once a week one of the washers will stop working, and they are never properly fixed. They are temporarily fixed and then usually stop working again a week later. I wouldn't even rate one star if that was possible.

I know nothing about this location for this company or the customer service, but I have Jetz "service" in my current apartment complex, which is an utter nightmare. These are absolutely the worst washer and dryers I've ever used. From over charging my debit card, to taking up to 30 minutes of swiping for the machine to even acknowledge my card to start, to the dryers barely drying (while on high). I'd much rather go out of my way to a laundry mat that I know will work with ease. I'll be sure the next apartment I choose will not be in business with Jetz.

I would give zero stars if I could, countless problems with there machines... the latest hassle is there are 5 washers in my building & only TWO work. The card took my money & never washed my clothes. So I had to pay even MORE and wait for 1 of 2 washers. Literally the worst company ever. Complete scam.

They are better than they used to be. The tech guys are really nice. I am ONLY giving 2 stars because the tech guys always do a stellar job. It's not their fault the company sucks sooooo bad! I can never do laundry without at least something going wrong.

Do not fix equipment. Blames users for problems. Called 800 number when washer malfunctioned operator told me it wasn't her problem.

Awful place of business, my apartment complex uses them and their machines constantly steal money and don't dry. They lady who answers the phone is completely useless and always pushes you off on someone else cause she literally can't do anything. Classy jetz, real classy.

I see that some may have had a bad experience with this company, I however can't say the same. I called about an hour ago and was greeted nicely on the phone and explained the issue. I figured with the snow and slick roads they may be here tomorrow. Not even remotely the case. They were here within an hour. Two gentlemen showed up, were extremely friendly and professional. They determined the board had gone bad. They fixed it, then restarted the 60 minutes for me so my clothes could dry. Outstanding prompt, and friendly service. What more can you ask for!

Well I will just start by saying I lived at my apartment complex for 11 and a 1/2 years. And I don't know the laundry business so I imagine it's just like any other business I imagine has its issues. Most of the time I would say the machines are OK. However, here lately it has been a big issue with me because either the washer's do not ring out the clothes or the dryers don't dry properly. I do not overload the machines. I don't use to much.But when I have a load of laundry don't dry in a 100 minutes That's just absurd. Did not get my money returned the last time I called. They have usually returned my money. Now that I'm about a 160 minutes into this drying cycle I'm a little upset.And the only unfortunate thing is it's 11:00 p.m. at night and I have to go to work in mourning. It just seems to be a bigger issue these days and I don't know why that their machines are not working as well as they might have been in the past It's 1 of 2 things the machines or the workers? But it starts with management! Please repair the machines properly because most of us do have to get up and have other things to do whatever time we do our laundry I do not believe I would recommend them for a business or a property. I normally do not give reviews unless I am thoroughly just Disgusted with the service . From speaking with a lot of my neighbors they are now using the laundry mat instead of on site laundry facilities because of these Reoccurring issues that have seen to be more prevalent. And I do believe I will start using laundry mat facilities instead of Jetz machines.. I am trying to be fair but you guys are not making it very easy! Sincerely yours! Upset

Terrible business sense - I would definitely recommend going with someone else. Stuck in a 5 year contract where both this company and I are not making any money, as the prices are too high for my tenants. They refuse to bring the prices down, so now we're both screwed for the new 5 years.

They do what they are best at, scamming people and trapping them into contract. You'll need to lawyer up if you sign a contract with Jetz.

Dear god where do I start..the first washer/dryer set we had in the building I live in was probably from the 80’s but the lady that answered the phone kept insisting they were high efficiency and we were using the wrong soap and that’s why they weren’t washing all the suds out (no we didn’t use too much either)..really? The reason I started calling was mostly because the dryer wasn’t getting my clothes dry. They were damp at best (I’m talking toddler outifts and baby onesies here) so you can imagine my towels were still sopping wet at the end of a 60 minute cycle. However every time a tech came out they insisted the machine was reaching temperature so I asked why it wasn’t drying then and of course they didn’t know but “their test cycle ran fine”. Finally we call enough to where the company agrees to send new machines. The price when I moved in was $1.25 to wash and $1.50 to dry and they soon raised that to $1.50 for both. Okay..well the new machines arrive and now they’re charging $1.75 to wash!!! Keep in mind WE pay for the water and electric here so there is literally NO operating cost to the company therefore no reason to raise the prices yet again. I called because more than 2 of us called and told them we did not want new machines if they were going to cost more because we’re all pretty poor as it is and they pretty much said oh well deal with it. The new machines have given us nothing but issues of course. The dryer is a little better thankfully but the washer was bouncing all over the laundry room and it sounded like it was going to come through my ceiling. The tech said it was the floor not the machine...the last machine didn’t do that at all. So we call about 3 separate times to get that taken care of. As for tonight, I just had to help my neighbor wring out her clothes so she can dry them because the washer was stuck on 19 minutes for about 45 minutes and the water kept running and draining continuously. Of course it’s Friday night and since it’s not flooding or on fire (yet) they don’t have a non emergency weekend number so we’ll have to wait until Monday. There isn’t a laundromat very close to us so it’s not only an inconvenience with a toddler and an infant but it’s irritating that we pay for everything and we can’t even get properly functioning machines.
