Reasonably priced and so so helpful! We were visiting from out of town and needed to do laundry, as we stayed longer than expected. We came in a few minutes after 8:30pm and the attendant let us do our wash even though he was supposed to be closed. He was such an amazing help!

I tried to use this service for almost two years before becoming totally frustrated.... it's the closest laundry to my business, and I like to keep it local. I have a small bed and breakfast and was using their pick up and drop off service. I had issues from day one, with an expensive quilt set missing. I tried and tried to get services as described, but to no avail. Mellisa is rude and incompetent and her mother is borderline mentally handicapped. Lots of stuff disappeared, laundry comes back still damp, continually recieving other people's laundry mixed in with mine.... no accountability, no communication, no responsibility. In two years of using the service never once did I see an itemized invoice... I don't know what I was billed for. The final straw though, they increased the per pound rate by 10% and started charging by the piece for comforters without notifying me. My rate almost doubled from $200 a week to $400 a week... changing your rates and auto billing the client is almost criminal. Probably a fine place to do your own laundry if you don't mind all the crack heads and drunks they let hang out and watch tv, but if you have a business and need RELIABLE AND COMPETENT laundry service, I would stay far away.

I’ve been going here for 6 yrs Since new owners a lot has changed a lot of machines are broken not a lot of quality service. Some of the PROBLEMS ARE THE HOMLESS ALWAYS FILL THAT PLACE ASKING FOR MONEY THAT BOTHERS ME . I just want to wash and go without someone asking for money. I do like Melissa & her Mom they are so helpful!!!!

People who work here are pretty rude. Run down washers and dryers. Half of them don't work. I brought my service dog here and the woman told me that my dog wasn't allowed inside whether a service dog or not.

Living right down the block from Jessica's, I was hoping to do my laundry and utilize the 'free wifi'. Well, it doesn't work on computers... just phones. If you are going and plan to use the wi-fi, think again. Otherwise, its an alright laundromat.

Nothing but problems and bad attitudes here. Avoid at all costs. I got chewed out because my laundry wasn't yet dry on medium for about 25 minutes, and i was trying to go to my car out front but got an earfull and cursing about leaving my clothes after 730pm! When i explained the situation the lady kept going on and on about abandoning my clothes. I just wanted your machines to work and i wanted dry clothes lady! The attitude and the threat of locking me out well before your closing time was totally unnecessary and unprofessional.

Their super helpful, humble, the washers & dryers work very well and most importantly they are affordable they have proper size washers and dryers 4 comforters rugs Etc. I've been going to this place for over 2yrs and today was the last straw! Their employees allow the trashed bums to hang out in there and beg for money and cigarettes and if u say "no", they get an attitude! One of them came in three times to go thru the garbages and beg for smokes and then when I got up to check my laundry, he took my chair and my magazine. He was trashed and not doing laundry and the others weren't doing laundry and the girl working there ignored it as did the man that worked there right after they opened one morning. I WILL DO LAUNDRY ELSEWHERE!!!

I called in advance because I saw complaints about WiFi an was told there was WiFi. When I got here the password I was given didn’t work and the staff told me there were multiple networks to try and there is only one. When I told him he basically shrugged and said they have good days and bad days. I would not have come today, in the middle of my work day, had I known I couldn’t get my work done while the machines ran. Now my stuff is already in and I have to wait it out and waste my work day. Not thrilled. Other than that, this place takes its job seriously, the staff are always attendant and friendly, and I love that I can pay with my credit card.

Will never use this laundromat again. I came to this place, the woman cleaning the washers saw me put my clothes and my baby's blankets in the dryer I left and came back an hour before the posted time they were supposed to close only to find the place was closed and locked with all of my stuff still in the dryer. Very inconsiderate place of business and caused a great inconvenience to me. Will not return ever.

One of the only ‘mats in this part of town and they have big washers so it’s not 1 star. But there are literally hobos sleeping in the shop and dudes smoking tweak and pan-handling outside. I’m used to the burbs so maybe this is just standard m.o. in the city but dang, not my first choice...
