I have to say I am extremely impressed! This was my second visit to the coin laundry and I was a little confused with services and crystal helped explained everything and helped to start my load. She even offered to help when it was done. My first visit wasn’t the best a woman named Cherl helped me and she seemed moody and was making comments about coloreded customers who were laughing and doing there laundry. I will return, but only when crystal is there to help me!!! Thank you crystal for the pleasant experience at coin laundry! God bless!!

If you are a person of color the laundry attendant feels she needs to instruct you on how to go about the process of washing your laundry. I was told to get my clothes into washer before I get coins, I have been a patron for over a year and I will never return. The place lacks the personality that attracted me. Maybe it was because I was the only person of color there. MBA ACCOMPLISHED.

Started washer on hot ! Left for moment , come back, washer almost done, noticed washer was put on cold!!!!!! Just the old man owner was there working on a washer two washers down! Confronted him with no caring response!! Think he was trying to save money, cheat the customer!!!!! Watch your back and washer's don't walk away!

This is one of the worst laundromats in this part of town don't go here unless you're poor student or a drug addict. Saw someone shooting up in the bathroom and the only worker Herald smoking pot outside. When he wasn't obsessively cleaning every surface . There were also two half naked people running around the parking lot. This place gives this part of Colfax a bad name. Don't go here!

I drive past 2 other laundromats to go here. All new machines, clean and spacious environment, and friendly staff. They're now located between the Dollar Tree and H&R Block and are completely remodeled. The only bad thing about it is that it's on Colfax so sometimes you see some weirdos walking around outside. They do have every size washer and lots of space. I also like how they rewards you $ for using their loyalty card. I wish there was something like this place closer to where I live but until then I will be making the drive because it's worth it.

This is a very clean laundry mat the worker was friendly and cleaning the whole time we were there she keeps her place looking good and it’s like doing laundry at home. Love how it’s decorated with all the laundry mat pictures and sighns I recomend this place 5 star for sure.

I wish I could give this place no stars honestly. I just moved to the area and it is the closest laundry in the area. My boyfriend put a load of laundry in this morning, and I went back to put the clothes in the dryer. As soon as I walked in, I was asked if I was doing laundry. I tell the lady yes, and she's like "Well where are your clothes?" I understand her job is to be laundry security, I guess, but she made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and unwanted. There were plenty of shady characters in the laundry mat at the time, and I didn't see all of them walking around with clothes, but I'm sure she didn't ask what there intentions were in the "laundry mat." At this point I refuse to do any further business with this place, as my money is not welcomed, where I am not welcomed.

Clean, bright. Plenty of newer equipment available even on a Sunday morning. The friendly attendant was busy wiping down & monitoring machines. The place is well kept with washing machines that hold from two to six loads; averaging same cost per load as other laundromats. Extra charge for anything but cold water.

I like this laundromat but one bad thing is because its on colfax and the transients or drunks are always in here or outside begging for something and with young kids, i bring my daughter she tends to get and feel real uncomfortable other than that most time the attendants are nice .

We have been here 4 times, the customer service is always pleasant. Machines and store are clean. Frequent customer incentive and free WiFi is a plus.

This Wash House...not the best. Small, crowded, broken-down, and at times a bit creepy. It's been about a year since I last been there though. They could have made some improvements with the new Coin-op opening in the same center...but it doesn't look like it.

I have been coming here for years and I only had one difficult experience. When that happened the owner/management went above and beyond to make it right. They have the most affordable and thorough wash and fold service you will find anywhere around. I would absolutely recommend this laundromat to everyone!
