These guys are the very best cleaners I've ever had. My husband and I use them weekly as we are both working professionals. They offer free pickup and delivery with a very small minimum. They are always courteous and helpful and whenever we need to make changes to our pickup or delivery location they always go out of their way to help us. Also anytime we want something done a special way, they oblige without question because they really do care! And their prices are fabulous!!!

I've been using impressive cleaners for over a year but I just tried their new pick-up and delivery service... It was amazing! they picked up on Wednesday and dropped off on Friday, there was a mix of dry cleaning, laundering and hand washing so I didn't expect it so fast! I will be doing this from now on out! Note: they are the least expensive option in Denver BARNONE!

If I could rate them a zero star, I would! Will not be returning as the people that work here are unprofessional and rude! They do not care about their customers and the owner is a jerk. I had a problem with a suite they cleaned for me and it was worse when I picked it up and when I call about it he said nothing we can do and hung up on me. I returned to the business to show them their mistake and the owner was there but refused to speak with me. He ran to the back and would not discuss this with me, what a coward. Made my credit card provider aware of this and thankfully they refunded my money and placed a chargeback to them.

DO NOT use this service, unless you do not care if your white shirts come back with black stains. I took two brand new embroidered polo's there, unwashed, and when we picked them up, the black piping on the color had bled onto the balance of the shirt. When asked about this, we were told the fabric was defective. I also bought six other shirts exactly like this for my employees, who washed them at home, and no problems. HERE IS WHAT IS WORSE, they charged us full price to dry clean and ruin these shirts, and would not refund our charges to clean the shirts. We called the manager, who gave us the same story. I was a $35 week customer, now looking for other cleaners (and i also get to explain to my owner why I have to order more shirts). The owner of this cleaner should be embarrassed by his management team. I certainly would be.

This is by far the best dry cleaning service in the area for the price. You won’t find a better deal than this. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and get to know you by name after awhile. No frills, low cost dry cleaning service.

James and Al quite being such goons. I guarantee you only post when you don't like something. Impressive cleaners has worked well for me for a few years. Haven't gotten a black mark on a white shirt and it's a dry cleaning service so...I drop my cloths off and don't expect to get treated like I'm at the Hilton. I then I pick them up the next day and for the price, it has worked well.

After 2 attempts to have them starch my shirts extra heavy and press my sleeves. They still dis not press them nor starch them.... then finally said that you can not starch 65% polyester uniform shirts and they do not press sleeves as that is a custom press job.... I paid 15 for them to do nothing to my shirts ad they were already cleaned.... Only reason they have a 1 star is because you cant give them 2 stars.... when askwd why after both trys they still are not pressed or starched I get a snooty attitude and asked what do i expect for $3/shirt Never again.....

The quality of service has been great, the timeliness has been great and you can't beat the cost. I was paying quadruple at another cleaners down the road. I highly recommend.

'Impressive Cleaners" Yeah, it's impressive how bad this service is. I took them 5 shirts and they had to redo 4 of them. Two brand new white dress shirts from Macy's at $69.50 a piece and they ruined them. One had burn marks on the pocket which they claimed was just water marks from too much water. I would have had to re-iron them to wear them. Their excuse was that they don't press them as that cost much more. After two tries I told them to forget it. They insists that customers pay in advance which I have never heard of before. I think it's because that's the only way they can get paid due to the lousy service. The employees were cracking jokes and extremely insensitive to my issues. They should all be fired as they have no idea of what good customer service is.

I was delighted to be a long time customer,. Loved the service and the wonderful care they took to insure the right care for each item dropped off. Now, their customer service is to the point that I was admonished because I wasn’t pulling the clothes out of the bag fast enough, “Just dump them , OK?” I was asked to repeat my phone number multiple times and was told, “Just give me a name, OK, the number’s not in our system”. Amazingly, once I provided the name, the exact same number I’d provided over and over appeared. It’s crazy how that happens! Then a beaded dress, which has been cleaned there multiple times, really threw her for a loop. Apparently, beaded apparel can’t make it through their process and I should sign a waiver. I mentioned it had been cleaned there previously. She told me it had never entered their store, ever. The front desk woman assured me that it was pretty much a guarantee that the beads would come off, thus the need for a waiver. I decided I wasn’t up to having my dress ruined, so took that one back. I’m hoping the other clothing I left there will survive. I’m under a time crunch, so they can hold my clothes hostage this time, but I won’t return. And their prices have significantly increased in the last few months. Which explains why it was so easy to find parking out front, something unheard of when they provided top tier cleaning services. I might have provided a previous review singing their praises, but everything changes. PS, We are in the system under my spouse’s name, so my name won’t show up in a database search. I just noticed a negative review was tagged as “false” a few reviews back, because that name wasn’t in Impressive’s customer list.

Used the pick up and delivery laundry service and basically just paid them to ruin my clothes. They managed to destroy the fibers and caused significant pilling to everything. Owner does not respond to address the problem.

I took a white blazer in perfect condition. When I picked it up the next day it had big black stains. I told them and they said that that was already there which was not true. They took it one more time and the stains where still there and the manager said that they were already there.She was being so rude trying to say that the stains were there when I brought the blazer, they gave me like $6 in my account which is stupid my blazer was RUINED and it was worth more than $6. DONT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING WHITE

I’ve been using this cleaner’s for a while and always appreciated their services, but when they debuted their delivery service it really sold me. It’s so convenient to take an extra errand off my list and the clothes get picked up and delivered right back to my door. The best part is that they even send you a text to keep you posted on the delivery status. Only downside to delivery is that if the weather and roads are bad, you have to take that into account, but overall I really like this business and their work.

I drive fromFt Collins to use use Impressive Cleaners! Great Value and less expensive including the time and gas. Burke cleaners cornered the market here in the Ft Collins Area and they are 3x's the cost!! Even other dry cleaners in Ft Collins use Burke to clean their customers clothes!! Will keep driving to Denver as long as impressive costs are low! Quality has been great as well! Thx!!

Miss ALEX is so wonderful, I have mobility issues and she always helps me bring my laundry in from my car. And when it’s ready she hangs it up in the back my car for me.
