Very poor customer service. The coin machine wasn't taking my bills. I went to the desk to exchange bills or to report that the machine wasn't working correctly. When I walked up, lady at the desk said, "What do you want?!" I told her about the machine and she states, it is for customers only. I said, "Yes I need quarters." She again stated that the coin machines are for people to wash. Did not offer any type of assistance. I then left. I'm visiting the area from out of state and just needed to do my laundry, no such luck here.

I'm surprised that the laundry machine's even work at all in this dump! They have video games to entertain you, 8 of them. Only 1 works. Tried to biy a sticker out of a machine, didn't work. Lock on bathroom door didn't work. Trash on floor everywhere. Towels in front of laundry machine's apparently to mop up the water leaking from them. This little kid is trying to drive a car video game.... nothing on the screen. Depressing laundry mat. Not coming back.

I put my clothes in for 48 minutes and they were still damp. The lady on duty would not allow me to get a refund and refused to give me the number to the manager to ask for a refund. I had a medium load and they should have been dry in 48 minutes.

All the reviews saying this place is worth it are lies. Avoid. Just spent 25$ on 3 loads and still left with wet clothes.

Need a limit on children allowed in facility. Plenty of chairs but no where to sit. Literally 8 adults and at least 25 kids. All running around acting a fool.

Washers leave clothes soaking wet, so you put them in the dryer but keep in mind that half of the dryers have a "sorry out of order" sign. The ones that do work don't dry for the simple fact that they are so packed with lint. after 30 minutes and almost 60 dollars later you tell the lady and she says we only fifteen minutes left to dry and fold, so we put the cloths back in the dryer and slowly start taking everything that is dry and start folding it with a rude a** women mugging you and throwing stupid comments your way the whole time, then when ten hits she starts turning off the lights and yelling profanities and says " get your clothes and get out" there is no sign saying when the last wash is. So, we got kicked out with soaking, wrinkly cloths. There is also no number or place to go and complain and there is no way of contacting the owners because the really don't care all the care about is the money! SO NO I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!

Worst laundromat ever.. There's an old tiny lady that works here and she's terrible. I've been coming here for a while now. I never had a good experience here. There's always something wrong with half of their machines. Tonight just did it for me. my clothes came out of the washer still soaking wet. So I complained to the old lady as always. She don't really speak English and all she said was "it's Ok" REALLY!!! Then went off and started flirting with her bf in the corner. I'm assuming since she was making out with him. But she is very unprofessional. Don't get me wrong I came here earlier hour and had 2 different Hispanic ladies that was very helpful. This old fart is just horrible. She only caters to people that speaks Spanish. They really need to fix their washing machines too. Clothes should not come out soaking wet like that.

I agree, washers leave clothes DRIPPING WET, and parents are "allowed" by staff to turn their kids loose to act like WILD ANIMALS... English is rarely spoken here!

The peple dasent stand not to put alot cloth on the dryers because day dont dry fast like that like for esample the black peple put 2 big whacher in one driyer machine

XLarge load machine fits equivalent of 1.5-2 trash bags worth of clothes depending on your preference for $6- $7. Dryers are about $1-$2 for a load but don't put large loads in one dryer because it will take too long to dry. They also have small load washing machines for $2.

My granddaughters wanted to use the bathroom and the attendant made them use newspaper instead of toilet paper and when I went to confront her then she couldn't understand English.

Be ready to stare at a dryer all day for 20 bucks your better off air drying with a hair dryer then this AC dryer. I'd probably go for a jog and then pop some quarters in the dryer and stick my head in it to cool off rather than do laundry in it.
