I am not happy that I was quoted one price over the phone and then told that it would be more once I showed up to drop off my item. I told the lady when I called that it was a full size comforter and she quoted me $13 - did not mention that it may be more once they "look at it". I specifically called for cost comparison and decided it was worth it to drive out of my way. The attendant was rude and could care less about the situation; I ended up paying $16. Just be aware of their low price get-you-in-the-door tactics. There is nothing special about this comforter to justify the extra $3 to clean it.

It's been a long time since I've been to a laundry mat... So I didn't know I didn't need a roll of quarters to do laundry lol. Now you can use your card or the tap to pay with your phone. This is a well maintained laundry mat. Also offers dry cleaning.

Has enough washers, yes. But don't accidentally leave a sock hanging out causing the washer to spill water. As the old rude lady who works will talk about who stupid you are in Spanish and disrespect you. She has no sense of professionalism and does not care for the customers. As she several told me she doesn't care about my $4 several times and talked to me in a disrespectful manner. I will never spend my hard earned $$ at this laundry place again!!!

Lousy place. I washed 6 loads of clothes. Not enough room to fold them. Some lady just brings her laundry to where she sees me and she plops her laundry down. Manager or whatever she was super very rude because I moved the ladies laundry to where her half was and Heaven forbid I knocked her iced coffee on the floor. Won't ever go there again.

Staff is friendly, they keep the place clean, they fix broken machines immediately, they have plenty of seating, vending machines, tv's and they are always right there if you need anything. I hate having to go to the laundry mat but at least if I have to go, I have one like this one to feel comfortable in. Thank You!!!

I don’t typically write reviews at all, but this place inspired me to share my 2 cents. It is hands down the best laundromat I have visited across the nation. Although it is rather small, I have never had to wait for a machine to be open. They have machines of all different sizes and prices seem competitive for the area. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have refunded money that had been eaten by a machine and one lady even brought me out a ziplock bag to put all of my quarters in as I was getting change. There is a small area to sit and watch tv and for kids to play, magazines to read, and vending machines for drinks and snacks if you want something more than the free water and coffee they offer customers. You can also use a credit card on their machines so you don’t have to lug around a bunch of change. The best thing about this laundromat, at least in the summer months is the air conditioning. It always seems to be kept at a comfortable temperature. It is immaculately kept and they do offer full service, dry cleaning, ironing, and pick up in addition to their self serve facility. The only thing more I could want would be for them to stay open later, but I understand that staying open late at night could cause some problems. Maybe closing at 9:30 contributes to the general feeling of safety in the environment the business provides as well.

Very clean For a laundry mat this place is clean. The woman working was very nice and hard working. Dryers took about $1.00 to $1.25 to dry our clothes including heavy jeans and bulky towels. If we stay in the area again, we would use this facility.

I asked Manager why their dryers weren't working that well, so he thought it would be ok to open the dryer and use his dirty hands( he was cleaning, replacing lights, ceiling tiles) to see for himself. He offered to wash the towels again, but if he wiped his dirty hands on my towels right in front of me...

This laundromat is awful! The owner and sister treated us like we were some kind of criminals for using the bathroom! My moms gallbladder had exploded while we were washing clothes she was in the bathroom throwing up and the owners sister came banging on the door acting like my mom did something wrong! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!! It was something out of our control and instead of understanding they treated us like criminals and sat there bad talking us to other guests!

Started a no playing policy for kids, unless you are here way in the day hot water runs out and the staff offers no solutions or renumeration. Has enough washers and dryers to get in and out fast.

While traveling for business for 6 weeks, I needed a place to drop off laundry and pick it up either same day or next day and I used Austin Bluffs laundry 3 pr 4 times, friendly, great service, and the laundry wash and fold service was excellent 10/10. Hands down the best laundromat!!! My mom would do her laundry here when I was a kid and 15 years later, I'm still a loyal customer. I love the renovation and the new upgrades on their appliances. Even the employees there are wonderul and so kind! I don't have any worries dropping off my comforters to be cleaned or even doing my own laundry over there. It's reasonably priced too!

I didn't know what I was doing, and the patrons there were very helpful, guiding me to which machines and telling me about using cold vs hot water etc. This is the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to. They also have a kid area which is so great. There's a little sitting area as well. Make sure you wear warm coat though because it's by the door. You can also buy snacks. You can also get coins and some machines you can use your card. Excellent!

I can’t remember the last time I had to use a laundry mat because I own a very nice washer and dryer, unfortunately my dryer isn’t working and the repair company is taking forever to fix it. Thank goodness I came across Austin Bluffs Laundry! I have two young children so spending hours at a laundry mat isn’t ideal but luckily they offer an amazing AND affordable service where they pick up, wash, dry, fold and deliver your clean laundry back to you! Paul was very friendly, prompt and had my over 20 pounds of laundry returned to me in less than 24 hours! If I ever need laundry services again, I will definitely be using them.

I have never had a particularly enjoyable visit to a laundromat, nor did I think it was possible to actually enjoy a trip to one. this place is great! clean and up to date restrooms, clean facilities, lots of machines and they all actually work! the list of positives is a long one, so ill leave you with this, the trip here from Ellicott to do laundry when my washer broke was well worth it!

This makessay my 6th time having put my clothes in the dryer and they did not dry. They were on 6 different machines. I asked the lady if there was something wrong. She said no more than 1.50 in the laundry and said there were signs on the machines stating so. I took a gander and only a handful of dryers have this "SIGN". So with that being said I will no longer take my business here.

Clean facility, clean machines, and nice, helpful staff. I found and used this laundromat based on Google reviews and am very glad to I did. After 2 weeks of traveling, we had a lot of laundry to get clean. I was able to find 4 large capacity washers next to each other (a near impossibility at other laundromats I've used in the past) and got it all cleaned and dried quickly. While there, I watched one of the staff ladies sweep and mop the floor and empty the lint traps. Compared to most other 'mats that have no attendant, cleaning service, or even staff of any type, this was like going to a 5 star hotel. This business is highly recommended by me, for what it's worth.

It's okay, it is just a laundromat that I go to when needed. Do not find staff friendly but okay, I guess if you don't have any problems, by other peoples standards. When I have been there they seem to use up a lot of their equipment for doing others laundry, leaving inferior machines for walk in patrons. I haven't been here since black machines were added.

This is the cleanest, nicest, coin laundry I’m aware of and the machines are excellent. I put three pairs of denim jeans in the dryer and all three were dry with three quarters which in way faster than the laundromat I was going to. Highly recommended!!

Our home washing machine broke recently and the repairs on it haven't been going to plan. So after a month we finally had to go to the laundromat. I have never been a fan of laundromat in the past, typically dark, dirty, no available machines, but that is not the case at all here. Easily one of the nicest laundromat I have ever been to, well lit, very clean, tons of available machines, and very friendly staff! Will definitely be coming back here in the future if our home machine continues to act up!

5 stars because they r open til 11pm!!!!! Facility was clean and I went late so no one was tthere. Had it all to myself. It was nice. The washers start at 2.25 and go up to 6.00....they do not have top laoding washers. They have updated machines, good vending machines and they even had a childrens movie on built in tvs around the facility. I have zero complaints except for the distance from my house. It IS worth the drive though.

My girlfriend left her phone behind while washing a comforter. It was stolen in the 45 minutes we were away. We were able to trace it to a nice upscale home not too far away, but the people at the home would not answer their door for us or the police - despite being home (I heard them inside). Sorry to make the laundry post about thieves, but it happened there. I guess it was our fault for forgetting the phone, but still, it is aggravating that with a dishonest act, someone can cost another $150 in insurance copay fees. Maybe the phone could have been saved had the laundry employees answered one our many calls we made when we realized we had left it behind.

The lady was really rude to me. I showed up in plenty of time to finish by 930. I even used SEVERAL driers I effort to reduce time and told the lady her response "you finish when we leave!" I will drive further away from now on. Never again!

Handycaped parking is right out side the main door. Plenty of washing machines to do all types of laundry including large comforters and blankets. Dryers do work well they are hot or miss on the temp if you are looking for supper hot. Attendants are very helpful in locating empty machines, detergent, or change. Plenty of tables and carts.

Washers take you're quarters and the Asian lady working complains when you inform her of the washer taking your money and it not working. Dryers are terrible, hardly work leaving clothes wet. Dryers also stain clothes and Asian lady working does not do anything about ruining your clothes other than say its you that did that. If you like getting stains from dryers and having to pay twice as much to wash you're clothes go here most definitely..

Wow... Most sophisticated laundromat I've ever used! Clean, professional attendant willing to help, several ways to pay and convenient. Large and extra-large washers/dryers available at reasonable rates. This visit I used the larger capacity machines to clean a comforter too large for my machines at home. When I was growing up we regularly used a laundromat which was a facility of essentially home-style washers and dryers. I will definitely come here again!

Plenty of washers and dryers at a low price. Washers range from $2-$5 and dryers usually only take $. 75-$1 to dry a load. There's a variety of washers too to fit your needs. This place is so much bigger and spread out. The lady that works here is always soo friendly. She keeps the place clean too. There's a small enclosed area for kids to play and watch tv which is super helpful for me, a single mother. The temperature is always cool inside and not humid or hot like most laundromats I've been too. I stopped going to the laundromat on union and academy because this one is soo much better!

I’ve been coming here for the last few years and I’ve been happy with them up until this point. I came in to wash a small load of laundry and I put it in the dryer for 42 minutes. When I come back (I was sitting outside) the door to the dryer is open and my clothes are still wet. Now I know that 42 mins is more than enough because I have dried bigger loads with the same time. So I call the manager over to let her know that it didn’t dry my clothes and hopefully she can help me by relocating me to another dryer and compensating the time lost. It was a $1.75 that I put in. She immediately became defensive and saying that she came around at 6:10 and it wasn’t going. I PUT MY CLOTHES IN AT 6:30 and CAME BACK AT 7:10 - 40 minutes later! Of course, nothing was drying, but she did not understand that and repeatedly kept saying that she can’t do anything about it. She put ONE quarter and said there I help you. I’m really really disappointed. I’ve seen many people get upset when they’ve had an issue because the managers did the same thing to them that she did to me. I love coming to this location, but the lack of customer appreciation and service is disappointing.
