Terrible customer service. Their machine messed up on me and they tried to make it my fault. But I used 3 other washers that worked completely fine! The machine gave me a f8 code which is the water valve isnt turned on and the machine cant detect a water level!!!!!! Never will return again. Screw ABC laundry

It's your average laundry mat. They only take quarters no cards. Some of the dryers don't work and they don't seem to have any plans to fix them or put signs on them. The place is a little run down but pretty clean. My clothes washed well and quickly. The place was moderately busy but I didn't have to wait for any machines. No one is perminatly their to help.

Normally this is a 5 star and completely spotless, and I have never had any issues, however in the past two weeks there is a woman, her daughter & a handful of children that have been coming here, shown in the 2 photos I posted. She doesn't care what her children are doing or the fact that they defecated on the bathroom floor instead it in the toilet they run rampid like chimpanzees in a zoo they throw their food/shredded paper/spit/garbage/dryer sheets on the floor,this family has no idea how to behave, and Management needs to Prohibited them from coming here anymore. Maybe she's looking to sue businesses like this, the children from age 2 to 12 are playing in the wheeled baskets like its their own personal playground are eventually are going to fall and break their heads open, only for their parents to collect in a lawsuit I don't know. However last week I witnessed one of them locking a younger sibling in a dryer, the younger sibling was trying to get out screaming hot hot hot..showing the burns on his hands to the Mother or Grandmother who thought that it was funny and did nothing to stop the older siblings behavior. I however thought it was neglect borderlining on abuse. If I thought the police would have gotten there before she left I would have called them so someone could protect that helpless child. I only hope the management can review the footage on the cameras and do something about it. I offered the children coloring books to keep them from jumping around this time only to be thrown a nasty look from the older 2 woman, and have the children just rip the pages out crumple them up & throw them on the floor. As I went to pick up the pages the little boy spit on me & the woman just laughed... I was just appalled. It only takes one person to ruin it for others.. I won't be going back. I did call the phone number listed each time I went there. To inform the business, of what was going on. Not sure if it helps.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this facility. I did have a problem with some of the dryers, I was a bit offended when I received a call back about this and was treated like I did not know how to work the dryers or understand that a larger load would take more time to dry. I am in my sixties and do fully know both of these things. For these reasons I will continue to look for a place to do my laundry for the time I'll be staying in Colorado.

Last time I went it was surprisingly busy, but people were friendly and the staff was very, very nice. I'm not sure I'm a huge fan of the dryers but the washers are good and seem to use much less water, which I appreciate.

If you want a place where your laundry won't be stolen when left inside the washer/dryer ABC is it. It's always super clean, and plenty of seating if you decide to wait.

I arrived here at 3pm on a Wednesday and there was no attendant, which means you cannot access the wifi password or the bathroom. My kid really needed to pee and we wanted to watch Netflix and chill while doing our laundry. The place looked clean and nice, so it's NOT dirty. Maybe new management improves the cleaning machines or something but most of the reviews that are bad are 2 years old or more. The pink awning is very noticeable if you're looking for it and parking is very nice. Im not sure what time it's att need until but next time I go I will go at 7am. They offer a cleaning service if you're short on time. Next time I'll arrive around 7am and ask them when they leave (if they have a fixed time.)

Nice laundromat to get in and out. A little small but plenty of machines. Only complaint is the lack of staff. Seems there is never anyone there. The dryers take ages to dry your clothes but at only 25 cents a cycle I can't complain. I would pay triple that if the traps were clean and it dried quicker..

Came in, no attendant, bathroom locked with a sign that says key is in the office and you can only use bathroom when attendant is present. It directly to you too other places in the neighborhood to use their facilities. A lady came by to drop off laundry, and had to leave with her laundry because there was no one to give it to. After complimenting me on my dress, alady asked if I had some spare detergent to use to save her a dollar. That was a first!! Older place, small and maybe not the best neighborhood. I won't be back.

Five stars because the machines were clean, there were many available, I felt safe and there were only a few other people in there on a Saturday. When people say a laundromat is filthy, I think of dirt. When there are used dryer sheets all over the floor, I don't think dirty. I think of all the people who use the laundromat and have no respect for the business or other customers when they don't throw away their dryer sheets. I came in around 11:30a.m. on 6-10-2017 and there were dryer sheets all over the floor. According to the sign on the Attendant door, they left at 11a.m. If that's accurate, then they didn't clean up before they left. They should have. I would recommend this place.

First time customer today. I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it.... I didn't have a horrible experience but there are better places to go. They have a sign up that says if you leave a positive google review they'll give you a free dry cycle. I'm pretty sure that's the reason for the 5 star reviews. I did see one of the owners give a new confused customer a free dry cycle which was sweet of her. The biggest downside is that the dryers are outdated. A few dryers are down for service, they don't heat very well and there are not enough dryers to go around. Also, it is pretty cramped inside the building. I didn't see anyone wipe down the washers or dryers. The bathroom is clean but the rest of the facility needs a good sweep and mop. I think they'd benefit from upgrading their dryers and having another person to help with the cleanliness. Update: I've updated my review from 2 to 1 star because the owner has stated false facts that I've been there twice. My first impression of the place was unsatisfactory and I sincerely wouldn't go back because of the outdated equipment and lack of cleanliness. I wish the owners could accept some constructive criticism. I wish them luck.

Owners mistake me for someone else. Yelling at me to not lean against a table. I sat in a chair, said she needed to wipe down that chair, and promptly took it away. Never wiped it or gave it back. Always give me tons of attitude. Never coming here again. Not good customer service at all. Always have 3 or 4 dryers broken. The times on the dryers are all different with signs that say one thing, but when you press start or shows another. Locked up bathroom all the time, can't wash my hands without asking for the key and getting glares.

The best coin op laundry you'll visit in west Denver metro. Clean, pleasant smelling, big machines, excellent prices. The change machine is full and actually works. My kids weren't scared of this place. They said, 'This laundry isn't sketchy.' The machines are fast, clean, and don't leave your clothes smelling dingy. Nice and big too!

Around the new year I called the information woman and was instructed that ABC does dry cleaning. So I dropped off a comforter, sweater and pants that I needed dry cleaning with a young woman and picked them up a couple of weeks later from the same young woman. I stopped by this Tuesday to drop off both dry cleaning and about six loads of laundry that I don't have time to wash. I do generally wash my clothes here. I said I would just call the manager The man there that day said that he was management and that ABC does not do dry cleaning and does not have the machinery to do dry cleaning. So what did they do with my comforter and clothes that they said they dry clean? Throw them in a washer???? I talked with the co-owner the evening of March 19th. She stated that she had a bad employee who she fired and should have know that ABC does not dry clean cloths and should not have accepted my dry cleaning.

ABC Laundry is the best laundromat in the area. Clean and well maintained. New management has made several upgrades and the prices are still better than most. I keep looking at other facilities and choose this one every week. Only gave 4 stars because of its close proximty to "hotel row", so many times the clientele is a little rough. However, I've had no trouble with anyone.
