Overwhelmed by the great service! I dropped off a one of a kind Dior suede coat as a last resort, The coat is chartreuse green and was covered was with lipstick stains from my daughters photography class shoots. Rytina was very clear on the expectations that with the stains would be a challenge and could not guarantee the results . They were also upfront that the cost would be $140. Since I as prepared to trash the coat , I figured I would invest in the $140. I just picked up the coat- every stain is gone and it looks brand new! Thank you Rytina - and standing ovation to your suede and leather cleaner!!

We’ve been with Rytina for a few years. They do a wonderful job with our clothes and their customer service is impeccable. We have them deliver and pick up from our home which is not in a convenient location. They have always come and gone with no hesitation and with a positive attitude. We have an added complication with our dogs where many other companies make us lock them up on their days. Not Rytina! All the drivers took the time to get to know them and we never have to worry. Dropped off some suede pants this last Tuesday and specifically asked the cashier when they would be ready and she mentioned that they would be ready today aug 22 @ 5pm. I called around 3pm since I was nearby to see if I can pick them up or if I should return at 5pm and they had not even started on them and said to come back tomorrow. I told her I needed them today since they had told me they would be ready and I have a flight to catch at 9pm and could not wait. She then went on saying the excuse of how their machine had been broken and that was why they hadn’t started on my suede pants. Super unprofessional that they didn’t even call to notify me that my order was not going to be ready by when I needed them, I could have gone to another dry cleaner if I had time and if they were honest. But now I have to figure out how to get my work pants dry cleaned before my flight that leaves at 9pm.

Dangerous service drivers. Probably shouldn't have your guys blowing through stop signs and tailgating people in company vehicles. Almost rear ended the truck ahead of me by trying to get ahead in a turning lane they were both going into as well. Not a good look.

They've brought back to life old garments and stained table cloths. They have meticulously cleaned and pressed everything from dress shirts to blouses while replacing buttons now and then without saying a word or charging for the additional service. Overall great experience with Rytinas. They picked up my comforter and delivered in within a couple days and I am very satisfied with thier quality of work. I rated them 4 stars because they are double the price I have been paying elsewhere and as convenient as that is, it's not worth the extreme price difference. Other than that great experience.

Hands down the best dry cleaner in the area, by a long shot! Their professionalism, customer service, quality, and attention to detail are top notch. The staff is always extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are properly taken care of. The owner, Katy, plays a daily role in the business, even after 30+ years, and it shows! Rytina Cleaners restored a silk blouse that had been ruined by two other cleaners botched attempts to clean it. I used Rytina Cleaners 40 years ago and now am happy to make a 30 mile drives back to have quality cleaning again!

They have a very nice place and do a fantastic job. However, for the everyday Joe it's too high of a price. I had two shirt laundered, a two piece suit and a dress dry cleaned. It came out to a little under $80.
