I am in the construction business and we build salons all over the country. We build an average of 30 per year. We install a double set of washer/dryers in every salon we build and although we had never purchased anything from PWS before, we heard about them because they could sell us washer/dryers with PayRange already installed. The sales rep was super responsive up until just after we purchased the double set. Shipping took forever so we had to reach back out to see when they were coming. Then they arrive damaged and packaging was missing so they had huge scratches on them. We had to take the bottom metal piece out and hammer the dent out of it just so the washer could spin.
So we send the pictures to A____ and rather than asking for entire replacements which we should have done, we just asked for replacement doors since they were so scratched up. This was January 8th. He apologized and said he would send them right out. We wait a week and check again. He says, "The parts just arrived I will ship them out tomorrow". We wait another week. Then I ask again. Nothing. So I start calling the company, of course no one knows exactly what I'm talking about so I get passed around and promised that something would be done. After 3 phone calls I'm told the request has been escalated to the CEO or whatever position they have. Next day I get an email apology saying he's waiting on the parts department. This was 9 days ago but it seems like we're finally getting somewhere. Then silence, no tracking number, no order. 2 days ago the salon owner calls me to ask when he's getting new washer doors. I call the company again and get nowhere beyond 'we'll take a message'. Then I reach out via web inquiry. Still nothing... We will never purchase washers from this company again.

My apologies for the delay in this but its been a whole confusing issue on how we take care of this. Our parts department was not wanting to send parts through them to resolve this damaged new equipment order as it is not a warranty issue. They neglected to tell me their unwillingness to do this so it has caused this to drag out. I got with the purchasing manager and we had to put this into the manufacturer as a damaged order. Anyway to make a long agonizing story shorter. We have ordered all three parts again which are 804083WP washer door, D511636WP dryer door, and 804617W bottom panel. I am so sorry for this mix up and delay but these parts should arrive to us shortly. I will keep you updated as well as CC you in on any emails regarding this.
