This place sucks. Gave my clothes to someone else and then offered me a credit. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Started off OK, but has gone way down in customer service. Will not go back. Lost wife's dress, and was told you have to come back later, I did still no dress to take on trip. came back two weeks later and got dress while another customer was complaining to clerk for another problem. I don't pay money for problems, I pay money to fix problems. I'll drive back to Vallejo for better service, "that's how bad it is!"

Hardly ever open. Went today at 11:20 said office hrs were open at 11. Very unreliable.

Terrible customer service! Went back 3 times to pick up clothing when it was supposed to be done. Each time they said they needed more time it wasn't done yet, even when they had said it would be done at that time. Finally took my clothes with out having them done. I will drive farther to get better service!!

Dropped off 2 sweaters pair a jeans and a shirt on 2/19/19 she said it will be ready on Thursday but my ticket says Wednesday

Terrible service and horrible hours they dont open until noon and I arrived there at 12:15 and they were still closed. Very unreliable and irresponsible.

Extremely poor customer service. And the work she did was terrible. The lady that runs the place is crazy as hell! This place doesn't even deserve a star at all!
