WOW!!!! Who ever thought of a "Very up to date laundry" is a Genius!!! They have free Wi-Fi they have chargers to charge your phone in case your cell phone is running low battery....they have a kid area with iPads for them to entertain themselves and they have a little area for the kids to watch TV very very impressed. I will definitely be visiting the laundromat in the future again!

We used to love this place, even though we had to pay extra for hot water and to get a card, we didn't mind it because the place was always clean and we'll kept.....however now this place is a dump, there are 3 other laundry places closed by that r just as dirty and cheaper...and what makes it worse is that crazy homeless walk in and out of the bathroom constantly! I don't feel comfortable or safe coming here at all.

I've been doing my laundry at the Lucy's Fluff N Fold anaheim location since they opened. My experience with this laundromat has always changed to the better because management and staff strive to improve the facility and provide their customers with the best service. They go above and beyond to make the laundry cleaning chore a pleasant experience. The store has state of art machines which are card operated (bye bye coins hassle), they have I-pads and TVs, and recently they installed a charging station for electronic devices. I like the place and I definitely recommend it.

The floors are clean, they accept card payments, and have many different washers and dryers for different needs. One star for the cleanliness of the washing machines. Mold growing on every single one of the detergent dispenser. I asked an employee and she said it's okay and just closed the lid. Every single washer has mold.

The washers and dryers are quite efficient the water hot. I like the convenience of using my atm card. I would have given Lucy's 5 stars if, I hadn't been assaulted by the beyond porta potty stench in the bathroom that you must pay to enter... Seriously I have never used a porta potty with a smell that rank granted I haven't used many... But come on man...

I love Lucy laundry mat not only is it walking distance but it's always clean I love the fact they have tv with movies that play English an Spanish! The new charging area for ur phone is the best !!! Recommend it !!! I usually go late night and even the lady that cleans before closing is super friendly!! Good jod

This was a cute, clean place, makes laundry time pass fast and smooth, the lady at the counter was so polite and super helpful, we are saving our laundry card for next time we are in town, I'm from Portland but I will be doing my laundry here next time I'm on vacation. Very recommended.

They always do a good job with the fluff n fold, but are practically never open when they say they are. It always takes me like 3 times of trying before they're actually open when I go, and I always go during their posted business hours. Pretty annoying.

This place is way to small and way to busy the machines are fairly new and the water is hot drying times are good i suggest to anyone doing laundry hear go at night when its packed because i wont be there. the machines don't accept quarters you have to buy a card for two $ then add whatever money you want to use. the problem with this place is that they wont give you any money back in case you dont want to come back or are moving whatever reason other laundromats will give you back any balance you dont want to use but the will return you two $ deposit. This place when you ask for your money back the look at you like get the hell out of hear were keeping your money this place runs a big laundry service also and they have no problem using half of the machines for there service.

I really like this laundromat. Only downside is the machines sometimes hold product from the previous user, so make sure to check before you put your clothes in. Especially if you have sensitive skin, and have a specific detergent you use.

Wish that there was an alternative to the card system for people that don't come here on a regular basis. It's also missing power outlets for when you bring your own laptop which to me is a common thing to do. The advertised 'high-speed wifi' was rather slow and even got disabled by the administrator after transferring a few photos from phone to laptop. There was no one to ask either.

This laundromat is pretty nice, relatively clean, and is card operated. (but the temperature inside is getting a little warm) They have a couple TVs and a couple iPads. Many different sizes of washers and dryer‘s. It cost a little bit of money to use the restroom But with the low level of supervision it’s understandable. Lately it’s been very hot inside like they don’t turn the air-conditioner on anymore.

Love the cleanliness and services this laundromat has. The employee there at the time was really nice and the free WiFi and chargers is a big plus. My only nit pick is that the prices are a little more than average but I think it's great anyways because of the excellent machines.

The washers are great, but the girl and her boyfriend that were there today were playing loud hard core rock with horribly explicit language and children were present. I asked them to please turn it down so it wasn't within gear shot of the kids and they told me U could go somewhere else. I'm spending 60.00 to do laundry and yet I can't get respect as a customer?

I hate doing laundry. At Lucy's they have AWESOME Electolux Machines. Sorry Lucy if I got the name wrong. Lol but it seems like I'm in and out of there in no time. My clothes seems cleaner and softer. Glad there's a Lucy's close by.

Clean laundromat with new machines that have a reloadable card system. I like that I can pay with my debit card instead of having to bring quarters! Also they are open late.

I was impressed when I first went to Lucy''s Laundromat. It is clean and modernized. They also have a service that allows you to leave your laundry and they can clean for you. The also have WIFI which you can use while in the facility. You can use a laundry card and reload it using a credit card which makes it efficient.
