BEST LAUNDROMAT because they accept CREDIT and EBT CASH, you don't find these options ANYWHERE ( been to a few laundromats this past year ) 8 load washer 8.75 which is reasonable, huge parking lot and its kept clean the bathrooms are always clean no more to be said. The worker TT shows patience and gives informative information every time

This place has very large washers for a good price . They have everything to fit all of your laundry needs. The dryers work really well and hold a lot. Well maintained machines and laundromat with very courteous workers. There’s plenty of parking in the front and back, plus they sell a little bit of everything just in case. I love the concept of this place. Also very close to the store Incase you need to get some shopping done while doing laundry. Pretty neat place.

The ladies that work here are always working hard! I've never walked in and saw a worker not cleaning something or doing laundry. Staff is helpful. Machines are new and wash well. Free dry with wash, HOWEVER there seem to never be any free dryers available every time I go, but then again I'm going during the busiest times. There is a pay-to-dry area as well. There is a children's area with 2 flat screens showing children's shows. Several more flat screens around the rest of the place. Upbeat music playing constantly. Plenty of folding space usually. Free wifi. Clean restroom. Snack bar with chips, candy, slushies, and even hot food. Vending machines. Drop off and delivery laundry service available by the pound. Laundry soap, fabric softner liquid, bleach, soap pods, dryer sheets and laundry bags all available for sale. Best laundry mat in the area hands down.

Internet is great here. Employee are constantly wiping, sweeping and always around when you have a question. This is a very well kept laundromat place. There's a ton carts; I never had to worry about finding or fighting for a cart. Best of all FREE Drying

I attempted to go to this laundromat however the outside of the building was crowded by people. Cars were parked all over the place making driving up to the door nearly impossible. There were homeless people hovering, trash on the ground. I couldn’t imagine what the inside would be like based on the type of clientele that were loitering at the door and in the parking lot.

I am new to the Sacramento area so of course I had to find a new place to do laundry. Love laundry is just the place for myself and family. Laundry itself is already a stressor so add two little ones to the mix and you have a headache lol. It was nice knowing they offered so much. From the full snack bar to extra laundry items I was set. I was able to get the girls a snack so that they could watch tv and chill out for a bit. It was helpful and made things a lot smoother . I will definitely be back. I love the concept and the fact that the place is huge.

Love's laundry is my favorite place to wash. I have been coming here for over 2 years. I keep coming back for size of the machines and for great customer service that is ALWAYS provided by TT. She works hard and never stops moving because she is always helping a customer and keeping the place looking great and organized.

Love Laundry is the best thing since Cotton Candy, I kid you not!!! The facility is beyond clean. Don't get me started on the staff especially Suzanne...they go out of their way to accommodate your every need. It doesn't get any better than this. I've also used their drop-off services. My Mom was very pleased. The clothes came back so clean, nice smelling and folded to the "T". The pick-up and delivery services were 5 stars also. All I can say is I don't worry so much about not having a washer and dryer anymore. Not when I have Live Laundry!!!

Our washer crapped out, so off to the dreaded public laundry we went... But it wasn't that bad! The facility, machines, and bathroom were very clean. A six-load washer was $6.50 with free drying! They have on-site staff, and they were very friendly. I even had the bathroom door opened for me. They offer Fluff N Fold service, sundries, and have a little snack bar. There were a lot of tvs mounted and the music was fun. I would give it 5 stars, but there needs to be some seating outside of the kids' area. Lots of machines, 8 loaders, free drying, and chips. Not too shabby for a place most people loathe. Bonus-A cannabis dispensary and restaurants are close by.

Love this place! Lots of reasonably priced machines that take coin or card, free dry, lots of baskets, always an employee on duty and keeping it clean. They have soaps and things for sale in case you run out and they have a snack bar and kids area. They also have free wifi and TVs. The ONLY down side is kind of limited parking but I love it here!

Just yesterdaty I was at star bricks. and threy where l replacing a majority of their ouluts with cover plates. To avoid the public from using it. What was the last of the of coarse you can use my free USB outlet equipped plugs. And The Iplace is so clean, plus not to mention the plenty of character atmosphere. From the very friendly and and helpful employed. To the walk-in Vault still in tact apparently was preciously used as the vault her bank. Ive never seen anything like it. It hopefully wont change the phone friendly environment. That the rest of the of community could follow more chareger friendly environment

I have washed here couple times and it’s huge so I never had a issue finding a available washing machine. I did have a issue with sliding my debit card but there’s always a attendant working and they were kind and handle my issue promptly

I used to like this place for washing big items, but like everything in South Sac eventually, it is turning for the worse. Hard to find an attendant if you need one, the Wi-Fi is mostly non existent, someone stole my laundry today and the attendants, two of whom cannot carry a conversation in English shrugged their shoulders at me and the third was too busy managing what appear to be her two children she brought to work with her to assist. People smoking dope in the parking lot, cars parked all over the place ignoring parking spots, blocking access to doors. Parents bring 6 kids with them and let them run rampant through the place. It's just devolving into another bad business in South Sac. Shame.

Very clean washers and dryer's at a very reasonable prices $4.75 for a 3 load washing machine and $9.00 for an 8 load washing machine. Also at love's laundry they have a drop off your laundry and it's pay by the pound. They do it for you and you pick it up the same day! There's a snack bar with hot food and on the opposite wall a room where you can purchase everything you need to do your laundry. There's more then 6 flat screen TV's with just about everything someone can watch as well as good music playing. One last thing, it's true free dryer's! That's right "free" yes they are very clean and work very very good. That is the place to do your laundry if you don't have a washer and dryer...

Horrible customer service. My child threw up and instead of assisting me, they handed me a towel to clean up the mess even though I was still busy taking care of my own baby. Also, I got there before 8pm and the place doesn't close until 10pm. The attendants there were already cleaning and getting ready to shut down many sections of the place just because they cleaned it early and didn't want to have to reclean it. This includes whole sections of washing machines, the children's area, the bathroom, etc. I've never come across such horrible customer service before.

The attendants who work here are very nice and professional, I was sort of confused on which machines were which, but when I asked the lady she kindly guided me to which machine would be best for the amount of clothes I had. I've been doing laundry here since they first open. I wouldn't change it for any other place. They have everything I need here from laundry detergent, softner, bleach and plastic bags, let's not forget all the goodies and drinks you can think of at reasonable prices. Our kids don't get bored here they also thought of our little ones with a place for them with a tv on cartoons all day for them. Sandra has fantastic customer service skills.

First time as an adult at the laundromat: -I thought it was 'laundrymat' -You can use your debit card. -I have no use for these quarters now. -Someone come get these kids. -A customer brought a birthday cake in here. Why, I have no idea. Seems a bit unsanitary. -My clothes were washed and dryed in a total of 35 minutes. -A woman (queen and bad a** b****) is hauling in her baskets of laundry all while carrying her baby. -Overall, not as bad I thought it was going to be. 9/10 would recommend Love Laundry.

The environment is safe, and the ladies who work here are very helpful. The only downside is the soap price is high but they sell pods and single load soaps for a dollar so that’s good for people like me who can’t afford the big quantity of soap.

Best laundry day in my life. The attendants were friendly and helpful. It's clean. Lots of room to move past other people doing their wash. Free drying. Reasonable pricing for wash ESPECIALLY when you can dry for free. TV with closed captioning and decent upbeat music. Small charging station for your phone. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Nice clean place with friendly employees. Snack bar, vending, TV, change, credit card readers. Free dry with wash. Across a low traffic street from gas station with even more snacks and drinks, incl. single beers in case you want one for later.
