I used this service this week and was so pleased!! We had mountains of sheets piled up and were eager to find a service to help us get through all of this laundry. It was super easy to set up: I clicked through the website and selected the type of detergent I wanted (hypoallergenic, unscented), then selected my pickup and drop off times. Pick up was effortless and drop off worked super well! All of our laundry is now done and folded. What a lifesaver!

I've been a customer for years, and the couple that own and operate this business are the most wonderful, helpful people. The laundry can get busy at times, but the machines are in great order and condition, and the dry cleaning services are top notch. Never, ever had a problem, even with some delicate fabrics. Great customer service, always and smile.

In my opinion, they represent one of the best services in the city. I was doing a medical training in LA. I spend one month in this marvelous city. Then when I decided to pack I realized my luggage was a mess including my clothes. All of them were dirty with many residues of food and oil, even blood. I'm a medical doctor and I usually don't have to much time to do many things. So, I called my best friend and she talked to me about Laundry Bubble. She used to send her clothes to this laundry every month until she decided to move 6 months ago to Miami. She highly recommended this place because you don't need to worry about anything. The pickup and delivery are included! And I really have to say this service is awesome! They have pickup service. So I sing up online and they were at my house on time. I sent all my clothes. When they bring me my clothes they looked better than before. No spots, no blood, all the delicate tissues were in order. They bring a very good service and excellent work. It was my first experience but was one of the best experiences in laundries. The people working in this place are very kind and helpful. They do their best job with the heart. Their service is impeccable, and they provide the highest quality of care of the clothes. The price well, it is not expensive if I compare with other laundries. They take care of your clothes because they really know their jobs. The delicate clothes are treated with a special care to ensure this type of clothes retains the best quality.

I organized a pick-up from 7pm to 9pm, no one showed up. I booked another one for the next day, waited at my place for someone to come, same thing, no one showed up. I texted the number provided on the website, no answer. Worst service ever will never use.
