A little high on the price side. Delivery service allows convenience of picking up but the return delivery driver is not considerate of the consumer experience. Clothes left on the door handle making it impossible to open the door from the inside. No one knocked on the door either before delivering.

I just wanna start off with that this is my 1st time as a customer to visit the Orange location and I do have to say that walking into this facility everybody greeted me with a smile made me feel welcome which is an amazing feeling when you Walk in to any business makes you feel appreciated and everybody was very friendly it was definitely a great 1st impression but I am not new to this facility as a business I have been doing business with Kona since 2010 or 2011 We had a person come into our building to promote Kona with the cards that are called the MVP card and I did take advantage of those they have great discounts off of your items that you bring in and I have bought many of them in the past Have bought new ones gave him out as Christmas gifts and recently I bought a few more online and since I use Kona quite a bit that the coast a Mesa location is where they take in are items and they do get sent to the Orange facility to get cleaned and shipped back to the coast a Mesa facility so no matter where you go you will always be treated with a smile all staff that I have been over my years lucky enough to see on a regular basis they know you and very friendly I have had only a few mishaps throughout all these years which is incredible and you know just walking in and/or calling letting them know what the issue is they just take care of it and I believe it's how you come into the facility if you're upset angry yelling I don't think you're gonna get the same because nobody deserves that no matter what if you just can let them know what's wrong they take you serious they listen to what's going on and they've always been able to resolve any issue but I do believe that all these years I haven't had but a few things happened so all in all no business is perfect but these guys do a really good job in for any reason you are unhappy with maybe the items you brought in they will do it again if you ask them nicely but nobody deserves to be yell that nobody works well under those conditions so if anything happens just let him know given the opportunity take care of you so I can tell you that I'm an extremely happy customer I take advantage of those cards because I do use them quite often they do save you money but they also great gifts to give out Thank you very much to Kona and all the present employees as well as all the past employers that have gotten to know I will continue to do business with them because they know how to treat the customers and Alison not to treat your personal items with care just like they do with you give them a try you have nothing to fear but a great experience I believe the owner couple times that things have happened he was very very nice take care of me and you know he is a very pleasant person to speak with and you ever get a medium you understand why I say hes a very nice person

First time bringing my work shirts to Kona Cleaners. I used their current Yelp deal which is $15 for $25. Upon arrival the girl who checked my stuff was very helpful. Since I was a new customer I had to fill out some information. Once I was done with that she went to ask if I needed any areas of my shirts that require special cleaning/attention. I told her the areas and she took a look and stated they would add it to the invoice. She wasn't able to quote me right ok the spot but upon taking a small glance she guesstimated an amount. Now the part that really took me by surprise was when she said they would all be ready by today after 5 (dropped off 11 shirts 10/6)! I was expecting my shirts to be done by Thursday, maybe even Friday! She stated the shirts would be ready the next day 10/7 after 5pm. On top of that, they send you an email with your invoice don't you can see ahead of time how much it will be. You can also access your shirts on their website and it shows the detail of each shirt that you dropped off (brand, pattern type, color, etc.). That's even a greater plus because you can keep track of your stuff and I believe you can add a credit card to pay prior. When I sent to pick up my shirts in Wednesday the lady who was helping me, Jazmin, was very nice and friendly. Although it was my first time there she treated me as if I was a regular. All me shirts came out great!! A+ for their work and customer service. I definitely will make thins my go-to place for all my dry cleaning services. Thanks Kona and staff!!

The first few times were great however recently they’ve been messing up my dress shirts. Even though they’ve attempted to redo them, the shirts are still stretch out along the cuffs, and collars are still wavy. Not sure if my shirts are now permanently ruined. I liked their quick turn around but may have to look elsewhere due to my damaged shirts.

everything is so amazing about these cleaners. I had a horrible time with my past cleaners, they ruined expensive down comforters. I got three of them back looking like they put them in the washer machine and it was all lumpy so sad. so I find Kona and they were so helpful and informative that I picked them right away!!! they even made the comforters look better than when I dropped them off. its so convenient that they offer drop off and pick up services at no extra cost!!!! like who else does this?! These folks are friendly, they do eco-cleaning, and most importantly, they are good at what they do. Anyone can clean a pair of pants, but if you hand them an antique silk tie and it comes back looking like new, you have a keeper. Service is always very friendly no matter who is on the register. Our clothes always are ready very promptly and look wonderful. It's a longer drive for us to get to the cleaners but was not happy with the service that was available in our immediate neighborhood. So we tried Kona and have been very pleased with it since. They did a wonderful job with our Chinese quilt as well. Plan in the future to entrust them with our down comforter. Mahalo! Had our down comforter and cover cleaned. They did a wonderful job and very quickly so we were able to get them back before we left on vacation. We take all our vacation clothes there and they are finished very quickly and in excellent condition. We even had a pair of shoes they fixed up to look like new! Always very friendly service, they remembered our names after a couple of visits and treat us like valued customers. It's a little bit out of our way to go there but the quality and service can't be beat after dealing with local cleaners that were less than satisfactory. Highly recommend Kona!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst place ever. They raise the price. Then if you have a discount it just brings it down to their regular price. They quoted me a price. Went in there to pay and it was $20 more than quoted. Also, my blanket and bed sheets didn't even come clean. Definitely don't recommend this place. Also, let the girl know I would not be back in and she said 'okay that's fine'.

I enjoy that I get an email when my clothes are finished and never have to wait more than a few minutes when I go to drop off or pick up. My clothes always are finished in a timely manner and look great. I would recommend Kona Cleaners to everyone because they always have great customer service, quick turn around and good communication.

The staff is helpful and friendly, and the services are reasonably priced. The dresses I had cleaned came out great. The only issue was with the zipper replacement on one of them. When I got the dress home, I noticed a run in the lining. The zipper also gets stuck every time I go past the seams of the dress. I think the thickness of the fabric in those spots is too much for that lightweight zipper. I would like to continue going to Kona Cleaners for drycleaning, but I'm on the fence about getting future alterations done there.

The desk told me they were, but they could not find 2 of my 12 items, and I waited 20 minute while they looked for them, only to be turned away and told I would be notified when they found them. 3 minutes later I got an email saying they found them. Not a great use of 20 minutes, but they did a great job on my clothes.

I dropped off a formal dress about 20 days ago and when I went to pick it up they stated it was ruined and they thought someone had contacted me. Later in the day the manager contacted me and asked me how much did I pay for the dress and I told her that I purchased it over 6 months ago and I tried looking online to purchase it again but no luck. She asked me for an estimate and I said I believe it’s worth 50-65 dollars. She said they can offer me a 75 cleaner credit. Are you kidding me? They damaged my dress/property and offered me a store credit. The person I spoke with said she understands and can she contact me next week.

I had a dry cleaner that I liked when Kona in Orange opened. I did not use them for a long time because I was happy where I was taking my clothes, even if it was out of my way. One day I was running late for work, and did not have time to go (to my regular cleaners), so as Kona in Orange was on my way, I stopped there. They were cheery, polite, efficient and less expensive than what I was paying elsewhere! I love the email option for receipts and the reminders that my items are ready. I have had one item altered and they did a quick and professional job. I have to admit I felt guilty leaving my regular cleaner, so I went back after my 1st experience with Kona. Why am I paying more and it was taking 5 days to clean a jacket when Kona gets it done in 2 days for less money? Kona, you have a new "regular" customer, who is very happy. Thank you!

So far we have for one resin or another had to move from one to the next , This time Kona Cleaners opened on Baseline in the Whole foods center . This is so Convenient for us in Claremont .
