Robert was right on time. Measured and gave us estimate within 10 minutes. He went right to work and finished our home carpet 1044 sq. Ft.in about 1 1/2 hour. He invited us to view his work and he explained his company and how Chem Dry works. Very personable and efficient. He did what he said he would do. 24 year old carpet has never looked so good! Robert is the absolute best...honest, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. I was getting my house ready to list on the market in a few days. At the last minute I decided to move my cedar chest out of my bedroom after I had already paid for someone else to clean the carpets earlier that week. There were quite the nasty dirt lines where the chest had been on Sunday. It's now Tuesday. The photographers were coming on Wednesday evening. I was panicking. Then I remembered that Robert cleaned my carpets a couple of years before and had been impressed, so I took a chance and called him on Tuesday. He showed up at 7 am on Wednesday and cleaned the traffic areas in the living, dining, and master bedroom in less than an hour. Carpets were brand new again and I wasn't late to work! Thank you Robert, I'll never call anyone else to clean my carpets again!

This company is excellent example of a local owner-operated business that provides personalized service of excellent quality. Robert expertly cleaned my wool rugs, and took extra care with a silk rug that I was worried about. The rugs looked absolutely new, with no running of colors and with a pleasant clean smell. Every single stain was removed and I was able to put them back in the house within an hour. I am so happy, and would not even consider using anyone else.

Robert did a good job, my neighbors have used him many times and he cleaned my leaving room without an appointment because he was next door on a Saturday. ChemDry is the only type of carpet cleaning service I ever use. It does a better job, dries much faster than steam cleaning, and does not leave a residue to attract dirt.
