I asked for military creases and the first time I took my uniforms in they did an excellent job. After that, it was awful! I'd go to pick my clothes up & there were no military creases pressed into my uniforms or the creases I had prior to taking my clothes to Top Line were pressed out. I'd leave my clothes to be fixed, I'd go up there three or four times and it was always the same problem.

The only thing I use dry cleaners for is my cold weather comforters etc. I have used two dry cleaners in Conway before (Quality Cleaners and Model Cleaners) and they both give you your clean comforters back neatly folded and zipped up in a bag. Topline don't do this and I was really disappointed to find this out when I went to pick up my FOUR winter time comforters to the tune of $119. They had them draped over hangers like they were dresses and covered in unsealed thin plastic. Right. Great. So what am I supposed to do with this? Fortunately, we still had a clothing rail in my minivan from our last house move three years ago, so I had to hook that up and then attempt to get my clean comforters hung in there without them dragging on either the ground (in the process) or the floor of the van (covered in dog hair and dirt). I then had to tie off the ends of the plastic bags to try to avoid my clean $119 dry cleaning job getting all nasty as it dragged on the floor of the van. If I hadn't had a van with a clothing rail knocking around inside it? What would I do? Throw them in the back seat? In the bed of a pickup truck? Just what do these people think I am supposed to do with unbagged and unsealed clean queen sized comforters? This is what I PAY for when I pay $119 for dry cleaning. Handle and bag my stuff for me. Now my husband and I get to spend an hour this weekend bagging them up in the zipper bags that I **PROVIDED** them with, which they did not use but simply gave me back along with my dry cleaned comforters. Won't be back.
