When I first started taking my clothes to Tide it was all good, no problems whatsoever. I don't know if there was a change in staff or a change in management but they have gone downhill. Last winter, I took a winter jacket to them for cleaning, it was returned with the lining ripped and stuffing falling out. When I took it back to the store they assured me that it was not their fault and had no intentions of replacing the item. Also, staff unable to follow customer instructions on how the customer would like their clothes to be prepared. "No crease in shorts"...sounds like a reasonable request right? It says it right there on the receipt in all caps, the employees must just not read it. I've brought this issue up 3 times and quite frankly I just can't fathom what their problem is. If you care for your items, don't take them to Tide Cleaners.

Lost 20 lbs of laundry; terrible customer service. I've used Pressbox for close to a year now. I have a subscription service and put my laundry in their orange bag monthly. In the past, it's been a decent service, periodically I'll get someone else's sock and once I got a shirt that wasn't mine (I used the app and told them what box I returned it in and hoped they'd know who it belonged to but I doubt that shirt ever found it's owner). Last week I put 20 pounds of laundry in the locker along with dry cleaning in a separate bag (as I have done for the entire year of service and as it says on the website). I have a receipt for the 20 lbs they received. They returned my dry cleaning but not the 20 lbs of laundry. Everyone makes a mistake, and I tried to contact them to see how we can rectify it. If you find their phone number, it will go straight to voicemail and basically say "use the app if it's urgent otherwise we might get back to you eventually if you leave a voicemail". So since I considered a loss of 20 lbs of laundry an emergency, I used the app. I got an auto response stating "we'll respond in 48 hours". Then I got an email from what may have been a live body saying "they appreciate my patience as they improve customer service and what item did I lose?". Item? I lost 20 lbs of laundry in a gigantic orange bag with my name plastered on it! For the past 48 hours I've sent a daily reply to that email asking for status. CRICKETS! Not one response. I understand this can happen, and I'm a pretty reasonable person. What I don't understand is that they have absolutely no customer service. If this was my business, I'd reply to an email at a minimum. I would probably email proactively daily even if I was just working on it. And most likely I'd pick up the phone and apologize and provide status or what they're doing to find it or make me whole. I will never use them again and I urge you to avoid them too. It's a shame because I was willing to pay the surcharge for the convenience too! I suggest you avoid them too.

If you’re lucky enough to live in an apartment complex that offers Pressbox, give it a shot. I absolutely love the convenience and care they take with the items. When I have items that are stained or missing buttons, I just leave a comment and they always come back pristine. The clothes are always returned within 2 days or if not they notify you in case of delays so it’s very reliable.

The service I receive at Tide is some of the best I’ve ever had! They have a quick turnaround time and your clothes come back smelling very fresh. I want to give a special thanks to the assistant manager, Rebecca. I needed a shirt done by the next morning but I brought it in too late. She took it upon herself to make sure that my shirt would be sent through and done by 5:00 that same day. Service like this keeps us coming back!

I stopped by “Tide dry cleaners” in South Jordan to see if they could get some deep wrinkles out of a few clothing items. I dryed them in a hotel dryer in Australia and I had tried everything. They took them in, and worked their magic!! In a matter of ten minutes they had pressed all 4 clothing items and they looked amazing!! I was so impressed and pleased with their great customer service. I will definitely take all my future dry cleaning needs here!!

Excellent, over-the-top customer service at this location. Aaron and his staff are always extremely courteous and quick with their wash and fold services when our business needs it. They've helped us out on several occasions to get by in a pinch when our linen demands exceed what our provider can keep up with. I'm so happy with their wash and fold service! Saved me so much time. It's kinda pricey but unlike other cleaner's they actually used laundry detergent with a scent, Downy softener and Downy scent beads. Idk if I'll use the service weekly but maybe every other week when I get backed up on our family laundry. They folded everything so perfectly and provided a cute plastic bag for the laundry to be placed in.

Took down my number and said she would call me when she found it. She went Full CSI - South Jordan, UT found my shirt via camera, contacted the guy that took it without knowing, and got it back well before the party. Love it! Date 12.7.18.

I have really enjoyed the convenience of Tide Cleaners! My neighborhood has a dropoff location and I love it! It's a pretty quick turnaround on your items and it's super efficient! Especially for me to be able to drop off and pick up on my way in and out of the neighborhood. They do a pretty great job! I had a couple of issues on my first couple orders, but Tide has the best customer service that you could ever imagine!!! They respond to you very quickly & the interaction is always seamless as far as them reimbursing or crediting my account for the issues and correcting the issues on their end. They're very helpful and super friendly. Their diligence in responding and rectifying my issues still keep me coming back! And their work speaks for itself! I would definitely say that this is worth a shot!!

First of all, I love the same day pickup. I give it 5 stars for that. I lived in Lawrence and always used Scotch which was also same day pickup if before 8am. However, I wear fitted dress shirts. Once it became winter, I noticed all of my fitted shirts were stretched. Somehow they went from a Medium to an Extra Large. All of my Express shirts were stretched and I was unable to wear them untucked. I give that a 1 star. When I called to ask about reversing the processes (and questions about how they launder shirts), the manager said, "Well, you could always wash them at home and put them in the dryer longer to re-shirk them." Wait, what? I eventually went to Hangers, which takes longer, but they never stretch my shirts. I recommend Hangers over Tide.

Tide Dry Cleaners is the only cleaners I trust. They are affordable, efficient and the staff is ALWAYS super friendly. My little sister is getting married tomorrow 12.29.18, I dropped of her dress last week and they told me they would make sure the dress was done by today 12.28.18, even though it usually takes 10 day turn around for wedding dresses. I appreciate the urgency on such an important item for an important day. Once again they just keep impressing. Just another reason to stay or try them out. I was especially impressed with the South Jordan’s customer service.

Thinking of trying the Pressbox service? My partner left 2 blazers and a pair of pants in the hands of Pressbox. Today, he received a pair of pants - but the blazers are completely MISSING! Worse still, it's merely 7pm and their customer service closes at 5pm. 24/7 service? I don't think so. We would not recommend leaving your clothes in the hands of Pressbox to have them LOST. A complete lack of accountability - something that would never happen at our local dry cleaner. Poor customer service and a lack of care for your garments.

It feels silly to write a review for a dry cleaners' shop, but I have had such good experiences that I feel I must. This place is great! First of all, the staff there is incredibly nice and welcoming. I pulled up to the door to avoid snowy slush, and the lady working the desk actually came out to me and told me to stay in the car--she'd bring my stuff out to me! Now that's service! My clothes look great, and the prices were actually reasonable. Well, except for my wedding dress. I would give them 5 stars if wedding dress cleaning wasn't so pricey. But that's pretty much true of any cleaner from what I can tell...

They can never get orders correct. They hang things when you specifically ask for them to be folded. This has happened on multiple occasions and they just don't seem to care about customer service. If I had a regular dry cleaners close to my home I would not use them.

The staff is very friendly when they come to the car to pick up and deliver your items. However, the owners Tim and Chris could use a lesson in customer service. They advertise that you can pick up your items 24/7 however, the kiosk has been down twice when I tried to retrieve my items. In addition, I had to return a shirt because the collar was still dirty and when sharing this with Tim, he was more concern with meeting the next day readiness instead of meeting the next day service with clean garments. They also advertise "done right or it's free", they never offered me anything for not being able to get my clothes out of the kiosk nor my money back for the shirt they had to redo.

I love using Pressbox. It’s convenient and their service is professional. I’m lucky that I have these pick up lockers in our building. all I need to do is just drop my dirty laundry in the locker and submit the locker number on their App. Yes, they might not be the cheapest option around here, but honestly I’d rather pay a little more so I don’t have to wait for dry cleaning place open, carry a heavy bag of clothes, walk all the way over in Chicago’s cold winter, and repeat this when I pick it up. Now after a long day of work, I can just wear my pajama and go downstairs and drop off/pick up my dry cleaning in the lobby area. :)

I called this location and described a rug that in wanted to get cleaned. I was asked to describe it, and told it would be $15 to have it cleaned. I even questioned that price as I had a comforter cleaned there the week before and it was $20. When I came back to pick up the rug I was charged $56.11 for it. I questioned why the price was different. I was told "we already charged your card and there is no way to reverse it." What company doesn't know how to reverse a charge? Do not go to this place they are scammers and will up charge you when you go to pick up your items!

Over priced with shotty work. Had two shirts “laundered” and a suit pressed and was not impressed. The shirts came back wrinkled with a large crease down one of the sleeves. The suit came back with some sort of orange cheese like substance down the left hand sleeve. I usually don’t take the time to write bad reviews but these guys completely dropped the ball.

Hyrum told us he would not charge the hand pressing charges on my Columbia shirts. However we were charged the higher rate again. Plus tide ruined a shirt of mine. It came from the cleaners with something waxy presses into the shirt. I returned it and explained but I got the shirt back with just a tag saying you couldn’t remove it. No explanation as to why and no offer to replace the shirt. Very disappointed, will not bring these shirts in again and may not return.

As this was my first experience with this place, I'll give two stars instead of just one. Everyone makes mistakes, but this was pretty ridiculous. I went to the drive-thru to pick up my two blouses and was charged $20.89, which was way too high (I did get a nice 20% off for it being my first drop-off, but still no way would that price be correct in this case). I looked at the receipt and asked the young man why I was charged for two dresses instead of two blouses, and he said it was because of how they measure the length when billing them. They were both size EXTRA SMALL shirts. Not even tunics, SHIRTS. So when I questioned him on that fact, he told me that the guy who entered in the information was new, and he would make sure he did it right next time. At this point I realized I wasn't going to get anywhere with this dude, so had to PARK and take my dry cleaning back inside to find a owner/manager that would be a bit more informed/helpful. Not what I had time for during my quick lunch break. I ran into the store owner, Tim, while on my way inside. I asked if he could help, as I was charged for two dresses but I was clearly holding two (extra small) shirts. He told me he was on his way out, but would help. He apologized for the mistake and took me over to the girl by the register and asked if she would adjust my payment. He shook my hand and gave me his card and told me "if anything else snakey like this happens again to please let him know" and continued on his way out. Like, does "snakey" stuff like this happen here often? That doesn't sound very reassuring from a store owner... Anyway, the girl was polite, apologized, and tried to reconcile the amount overpaid with the amount I should've been charged. After waiting about 5 minutes for her to complete whatever register functions she was doing, she told me it would be "about 8 dollars" that she would put back on my card. I asked what "about 8 dollars" was. Like $8.39? $7.89? I asked if she could give me a receipt then. She literally put 8 dollars even back on my card. It should've been $9.56. I didn't have time to wait another 5 minutes for her to fix that so I just left.... And hopefully won't ever return.

My first experience was amazing! I called and got a price, was charged that price and while all my blouses and dresses were folded they still seemed somewhat “pressed”. My second experience... was awful! The price had literally doubled (although they gave me the previous deal when I made a fuss), but when I got home I saw my clothes we ALL extremely wrinkled. So... I paid to have my laundry done, they clearly let it wrinkle in the drier, and now I have to spend X hours to iron all my clothes so I can wear them? I wouldn’t have to do that if I did my own laundry! I’m disappointed to say the least. I’m not rich, I’m trading money for time, I can’t afford to pay AND spend time ironing. I’m taking my business elsewhere now and I’m kind of bummed about it, but business is business.

I've been using Tide dry cleaners for about 7 years, and the service over the past few years has been disappointing. I ONLY drop off when showing a 20% off coupon (because the regular prices are high), yet 4 or 5 times they said they didn't have a coupon and overcharged me. But, of course, the manager tells me that this problem is unique to me because no one else seems to have this problem. Good to know I'm a target for your s--tty service, then. Time to find a new dry cleaner.

They close at 7:00, even though the employees were there and clearly had actually shut things down before 7:00 they wouldn’t help me. Poor Program and Service...Their coupons get sent out at random times which makes it unmanageable to use since they state that they "must be presented at time of drop off". Abysmal dry cleaners. I've used them for 2 yrs for convenience. Shirts are NEVER cleaned, just pressed. I have a nice, collection of deodorant in my pits in every shirt. They break off buttons, then charge you to fix it. Seriously, stay away. They outsource the cleaning to the lowest bidder and it's really reflected in the final result. DO NOT use them.

Tide Dry Cleaners has great prices and takes great care of their customers! I had dropped off a stack of items to be dry cleaned, and got a call that some of my items were damaged. It was two dresses and a skirt. They quickly worked to rectify the problem, showed me the damaged areas, and offered to buy me new! I sent them an email with locations for where I had purchased my items, and showed them that the skirt was no longer available for purchase, but I sent them an alternative that was close to what I had. They purchased three new pieces for me! They even dry cleaned the new pieces free of charge, and had them ready for me next day for pick up! Since I had purchased the items so long ago, I didn't have a receipt, but they said if I had, they would have reimbursed me! They were so nice! It ended up being that a crayon was in someone else's jacket pocket, and it ended up getting on my clothing. I also took an Irish linen tablecloth there, and they took excellent care of it. I was concerned as a previous dry cleaner had said they wouldn't clean it due to it's delicacy, and still yet another dry cleaner had "misplaced" the matching napkins, so I've been very picky with who washes it. They were excellent, and have everything next day! I highly recommend all Tide Dry Cleaner locations!

Completely missed promise date. I dropped off a coat on a Friday morning, was given the promise it would be ready by 3pm Saturday. Went to get it at 4 and it wasn’t there. The attendant then spent about 10 minutes on the phone with the main office, and as eventually told it was misfiled and wouldn’t be ready until Monday. I needed it Saturday night, so Monday is a total waste. My first time here will be my last. Would be much better off with people who don’t have to send their clothes away.

I have been using this dry-cleaner almost exclusively since they opened in 2015. I have lived all over the U.S. and their quality in every aspect including the store, the technology for after hours pickup, the friendly employees, and the care that is exhibited in how the garments are cleaned and packaged is among the best I have experienced. The cost is far from rock bottom, but quality always costs more in all things. I would love to see some exclusive price discounts for loyal customers that are automatically offered in my account, rather than my having to remember to bring in coupons on certain dates, etc.

5/04 They lost my gown for graduation and recovered it thankfully before my graduate walk out of state. They acted annoyed when I called in a panic to see if my gown had been brought back it somehow ended up in Logan. 5/14 My Nordstrom favorite red checker shirt (4 months old) was torn above the cuff. When I called the manager to see how to proceed she told me it was normal wear and tear offered to fix it for free with their alterations specialist. 5/23 picked up 7 items, 3 shirts I have had to repress because the back was bunched up and wet as well? 5/28 my card on file was charged 9 dollars for the cleaning of the previously described ripped shirt and the alteration Rebecca said they would cover. This location is fast and convenient the staff are friendly but I can’t go back after getting this last pick up. Too risky! I don’t have time to repress shirts like this lol. I really wanted to enjoy this service.

Will never return!!! I don’t usually post reviews but my experience was so bad I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I went to pick up my husbands clothes after picking up my kids from school. I pulled up and waited nearly 5 min for anyone one to come help me. All the while I could hear the teenage employees laughing, swearing, and talking loudly. Finally, Charlie can our to help me and I overheard him tell off one of his coworker as he walked out. I heard him say F*¥£ You, you’re a D1€k over his shoulder. Mind you, I have kids in the car and our windows rolled down. We he got to my window I looks at him and said “Do you mind? I have kids in the car!” He just sneered at me and said “whatever” and stared at me. I told him my name and he just walked off. Again I waited over 5 minutes until Charlie came out. He walked up to my rear door and yanked it open. He yelled “Move!” To my daughter, startling her and making her cry. He hung up my clothes slammed my door shut and walked away. He was mumbling something under his breath, but I couldn’t make it out. But it seem to be directed at me. I was so shocked I just drove away flustered and upset. I will never go back there again, especially if he is still there!

Would give zero stars if possible...Worst service ever. Never really thought they did that great of a job when I used them at my previous address, but thought I will give them another try...have the bag, a locker in my building, and it’s pretty convenient, as I already have an account, and updated the new address and email. Worst decision ever. They took over $800 worth of clothes from me over a week ago, and now are making me jump through hoops to find out where it is. My issues- 1. There is not a human you can speak to live. 2. Slow response times, and you have to start the inquiry process over each time, if you do not receive a solution, which I have not. 3. They asked me for confirmation of a couple things, which I complied, as this was my first order from a new address. 4. My contact phone NEVER changed, and they were able to authorize my credit card for a temp authorization amount, so not sure why there was issues there. Received no texts regarding my order to date. 5. Received a text back after several requests for updates, days ago saying my order was ready, just needed to update my credit card. OKAY? Done. 6. Still no charge on my card, and now they are ignoring my last three requests for help. Save yourself the issues. This is ridiculous. Who wants to go through this...the idea of convenience is lost if you can’t deliver. So ridiculous to think I will have to contact my attorney to get clothing back from a dry cleaning service, but I will take this all the way to court if needed. This is BS, and such a waste of time... Live humans in my future dry cleaning endeavors...

I don't usually post negative reviews but I felt the need here given my poor experience with the store and store management. I used Tide for about 18 months and would visit at least once per month. Two garments were misplaced in my roughly 20 visits. They were eventually found, but when I engaged Dustin, the manager, about a suit replacement after four weeks, it was like pulling teeth to get what I needed. Multiple emails went unanswered, he did not answer all of my questions in the emails and he made the whole process drag out for more than three weeks. Then, conveniently, they found the garment. At no point did he apologize or try to keep me as a customer. I understand things happen, but the lack of customer service was completely unprofessional. I recommend going next door to Widmer's and paying the extra 10%.

Never had issues when they were Pressbox but now that they’ve been bought by Tide Cleaners I’ll never use them again. I picked up my laundry and it came back to me folded and DIRTY! Two giant bags of laundry that was untouched by soap and water. Customer service said any smells were from the chemical cleaner they use but nope, my clothes just smelled and looked dirty. They told me they’d “rewash” for free but instead I just wasted more time and had 1/4 of the laundry returned as “unwashable” even though the items were not dry clean only. And did I get any type of refund for them wasting my time a 2nd time and not washing my clothes? Nope. $75+ and two weeks later all I have are dirty folded clothes.

Like the convenience but when my shirts were pressed they repeatedly incorrectly pressed the collars. (pressed in the incorrect location so collar was folded over not at its natural place.) Over time, this would probably damage them. When I brought this up to customer support and sent pictures, at their request, they wouldn't refund my money and gave me the "this is how we do it and no one else has ever had a problem" response. Update 5/24/2018: Initially my dress shirt and good hangars were not returned. The stains on that shirt and also 2 jerseys were not lifted. Regardless, the owner eventually found my dress shirt and my 3 good hangars. Early on Thurs. AM (5/24/2018), I discovered that the owner had driven all the way to Knightdale and left them hanging from my front porch door and with more than a refund for the inconvenience and initial frustration with the service attached to the shirt. This guy made it right and completely exceeded my expectations. I was having a really awful week, but this really helped turn my week around. There's still some good, honest people out there folks. Wonderful service in the end! :)

I dropped off a dress shirt. When I got it back there was a large stain on it on the same spot front and back. When I brought it back, they denied that they caused the stain, but offered to re-wash it free of charge. When I got it back it still had the same stain. I took it home applied some oxi-clean and it went away. For how expensive they are there should be more attention to detail. Unfortunately, they are the only dry cleaner that is the most convenient for me so I'm stuck using them.

Excellent priced dry cleaners. As of writing this, they have free pick up and delivery from my home. They also have 24/7 pre-arranged lockers for pickup and drop off. The locations is horrible during rush hour traffic. Sometimes it takes longer to turn into the facility than to park, pay, and pick up your dry cleaning; which is why I do home delivery.

They just don’t clean things as well as other places, and I was charged for an item that got tagged "Spot is to rough to be cleaned" and all of the dresses don't smell like or look like they were cleaned at all! Terrible service avoid using if you can. They lost a belt to a dress, and ruined a top, then after I emailed customer service about this they asked many times for me to let them try and fix the top. They picked the top up and then lost it. Pressbox didn’t tell me they lost it, I had to send 5 emails to their customer service looking for the top. Finally they admitted they lost it and now won’t answer any of my emails about reimbursement. I’m out $95 because of them and it’s one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Pressbox offers a great combination of convenience, affordability, and quality service. Their customer service has been top-notch. Dry cleaning for a shirt is just $2.25 and about $5 for pants--I was expecting much more given that they were a small business, operating in a city, and did 2-day delivery to and from my apartment complex. The best part that I frequently take advantage of is that they also offer coupons such as $10 off your first order, or 20% off when you make two purchases close in time. The coupon offers are what have made me a repeat customer, because they makes their pricing even more competitive. I will say, if you do have worn leather shoes, they do take longer than two days to polish them and get them back to you (but when they came back, the polishing job was excellent!). I think it took them about 4-5 days. But I was okay with that. With that said, I have also not used their laundry service. I would add that the negative comments that I have read on google have not borne out--at least, not for me in DC.

I wish I could make this story up but sadly it happened to me. Absolutely a horrible experience with this dry cleaners and actually both cleaners are managed by the same ppl so I would say the same thing about the Chenal cleaners also. TERRIBLE customer service by the managers. Tide cleaners sent me home with someone else's down comforter. Mine was a King and they sent me home with someone else's Queen.. I gave them two weeks to find my goose down comforter and give the other person I guess their queen back. Tide couldn't track it down. So I asked for a another as similar as possible to the king down comforter they lost. Printed out a page from BB&B, dropped off a 20% coupon to use.. they said they would get it ordered asap.. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything from the manager. I called and they said that it had been ordered and it has just shipped from Amazon... I thought.."you've gotta be kidding.. Didn't hear from the manager for another week. So I called again checking on it.. and well it was arriving later that day. So I asked Jacob to drop the comforter off at my office .5 miles away. He did and I opened it up and sure enough.. it was a QUEEN.. and already losing feathers... and had a stain on it. The receipt showed from Amazon for $100. (nothing like the one they lost of mine). So I take the comforter back to their store 30 mins later and told them you have two options, I need a gift card for this exact amount to BB&B or I need a cashiers check for this full amount. (sorry to the two grown men standing behind me as I spoke my mind about how Tide has handled this entire situation). Waited another few days to see how they want to handle it and the manager said well I wanted to save you a trip to BB&B so I went and picked up the conferter you wanted. I said "ok, which one...?" and of course it was one a lot cheaper than my original one Tide had lost and had bad reviews online. So after a very very long conversation with Jacob that afternoon and after he questioning my words that I wanted a SIMILAR one to the printed out BB&B sheet. They did provide me with a gift card to BB&B a week later. All of this took about 60 days to get settled and I probably wouldn't be as heated as I'm but it's been the coldest winter and my HVAC bill has been about $300 over the regular price each month due freezing my ass off at night and missing a goose down comforter.. It was how they handled the situation and how they kept screwing me over when this was my first and last experience with Tide Cleaners..

They kept misplacing my clothes. They had been warned that I was going to go to another cleaner if they kept losing stuff, and they did it again. Every time it's brought up that they lost something, they act nonchalant about it. I really don't have time to take an inventory of what I'm giving them to make sure I'm getting everything back. I wonder what else they've lost that I have yet to notice. I had really good service when I went to the Mason location. That is where they are sending the cleaning to, thus this is nothing more than a holding location. I've never been a fan in the past of dropping my clothes off where they ship it off to another location since this increases the chance of loss and mistakes. However, I moved, and Mason is no longer convenient. Also, I emailed them two business days ago, told them I would not be coming back, and why. No response.

So a few years ago I decided to change cleaners, at first I chose this location due to its proximity to my office. Come to find out the customer service is AMAZING, the manager even took the time to sew a button on my coat, while I picked up the rest of my laundry. The staff are always so nice, and unlike the guys I used for years before, they know me by name, and they have a really cool free service, they can place your laundry in a locker for after hours pickup, super convenient.

We brought a light blue jacket to be cleaned and when my wife took jacket out of the plastic sleeve, there was a pale red stain on it. I brought it back and had a call from someone who said she had checked it and it was a fresh red wine stain. she said she could smell the wine. My issues with this are: my wife does not drink red wine and was not around anyone that had red wine. The stain was not on there when we turned it in. If they had really cleaned it, would you still be able to smell the odor of fresh red wine? I would not think so. They did clean it for free, which was appreciated but i was very concerned that something was spilled on it by an employee and now they were trying to cover it up. We then brought a cream colored jacket of my wifes in to be cleaned. When we picked it up. it had four stains on it that were not there before. If the service and the cleaning were of sufficient quality to warrant the prices, I would not complain about the prices. However to charge a high fee and send the clothes back to the owner with more stains on it than when they were delivered into their care, is untenable. We will not return to Tides Dry Cleaners

THIS IS THE PLACE!!! After trying 5-6 different dry cleaners over my 15+ year professional career, I finally found one that has earned loyalty. The quality of the cleaning is hands down the best I have experienced. They have never ruined a single garment and have cleaned out some stains previous dry cleaners said could not be removed. As a single dad who travels a lot for work, I regularly use the 24 hour drop off and pick up service because I can't make it during normal business hours.. The staff is incredibly nice and recognizes me for being one of their first customers. I have recommended Tide to several other friends and family and all have been extremely satisfied. Highly recommended from someone who uses them at least 2-4 times a month!

The convenience is almost impossible to beat but I have had items returned repeatedly with stains not removed. Simple grass stains should not be that difficult to remove but on three separate occasions my items have been returned with the stains highly visible. It looks as if they did not even try to remove them. I am paying to have the stains removed and thus I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I have taken these items to a walk in dry cleaners and have had the stains removed within the day each time. I think I have learned my lesson by now and will go straight to the dry cleaners instead of trusting PressBox again.

We have been using Tide dry cleaners for over 6 months. Whoever invented the drive through dry cleaning service should win a prize, but Tide takes it to a whole ne level. Not only do they have a two lane drive through, making for fast service, but it is totally covered keeping you from the Utah elements. After pulling up, an employee quickly comes to your window. Tide provides you with dry cleaning bags for easy drop off without even having to give your info (it’s coded in your bag). We have 2 bags making drop off and pick up cycles even easier. When picking up the employee will hang the clean clothes in the back seat without you having to exit the car. Let’s not forget any regular cleaning dropped off by 8am is ready for sand day pick up after 5pm. Amazing! Service is always speedy and friendly. They handle every type of cleaning and can even arrange for repairs. Prices are good given the ease of drop off and excellent service. I highly recommend Tide as your dry cleaner!

We have been using this Tide Cleaners for two years now for all of our dry cleaning and larger laundry needs, I am very impressed with this operation. They do have drive thru service, I have always been extremely impressed with the drive thru service here. They are extremely quick to meet you at the car door to assist with your laundry needs and the level of customer service is excellent! They have great staff working here, very personable and friendly, they are also extremely efficient. The turnaround time for my dry cleaning has always been extremely short and if you cannot pick up your items during business hours they also have an after hours pickup window which I have used many times. I have never had an issue using the after hours pickup window, it has been a life save for me on several occasions. I have used many cleaners in the past and found the attention to detail here to be exceptional and better than the others I have used. They have made me aware of issues with some of my garments which is a good indication they inspect each garment thoroughly. I have found a few other local cleaners here whom have actually damaged my garments, I trust my garments are in capable hands here. We are extremely happy with the level of service we receive here and will continue to use this Tide Cleaners location. Cheers!

If only I could give less than a one for the expirence I had today. I have been taking my cloths to this cleaners for over two years with no problems. Back in January or February I called because I was not going to make it before they closed. I have the service attendant my card number and asked her to run the card and put my items in a locker. Three weeks later I got a call from the manager saying something went wrong with the system and they didn’t process the payment I said ok I get paid next Friday process it then. Fast forward to today August we go in to drop off cloths and the attendant says we never paid for our previous cleaning. My husband wasn’t aware so he gets me out of the car, I try to talk to the manager he keeps talking over me saying loudly so everybody can hear ..you just didn’t have any money. I said that’s not what happened he continues to cut me off his behavior was so horrible that my husband leaves the store several of the employees in the back are staring at him in shock. I then give him my card to run and he says this probably isn’t going to clear either. I love tide but as long as he’s the manger I will NEVER use them again. His behavior was completely unacceptable!!

So far, I could not be more pleased. I have lived in the same building in downtown Nashville for over 10 years. During that time, I have tried a variety of dry cleaners. One was destroyed by the 2010 flood. Another lost their lease because their building was torn down to build a hotel. Another quit coming and would not even respond to my messages. FINALLY, there is Pressbox. It provides a convenient drop-off in in my building. Their pricing is very reasonable, and I am happy with the excellent customer service. In the last couple of months, they’ve ruined a dress shirt, our clothing articles are returned with missing buttons (where no buttons were missing prior to cleaning), and the service has been slower and slower (waiting in the car for extended time while someone will acknowledge us). In addition, I"m certified as a senior examiner for th Maolcom Baldrige National Quality Award, and I've been a Judge for the Kansas, Missouri and USAir Force "quality awards." I have repeatedly used the Tide at Corninth as a role model of a small local retain business that "has figured it out." EVERY single "encounter" / "experience" has exceeded my expectations, which an organization can do simply what they say they are going to, doing it as they say they would do, and doing in the time frame (and cost) they promised. There are less expense laundry / dry cleaners in the area, but i have found the "value" i receive formTide Corinth greatly exceeds the "value" recieved from the other laundry/dry cleaners. Knowing my dress shirt or slacks or jacket were done by this facility actually give me a sense of confidence when i'm presenting in front of large groups of business executives. I am puzzled by some of the lower ratings....I've never experienced anything like that. The only suggestions i could make for improvent: 1. Provide me with a cardboard sign with my name large font so technician doesn't have to make one trip to find out who I am, and then a second trip to bring the closes. 2. Have larger name tags so I can see the technicians names more clearly as I like to thank people by name. 3. Have an app which would let me let you know a few minutes in advance i am coming for a pick up (or a pickup and drop off.) The first time I went to this location there was a lot of miscommunication around where my comforter was. I went to the store when it was supposed to be ready and it simply was no where to be found. After they finally located it, it hadn't even been washed. They didn't charge me however, and delivered it to my house. I decided to give them another chance and again dropped my comforter off. This time it was actually in the store when it was supposed to be but the front staff was so rude I will NOT be going back. I walked in and politely gave my ticket number. The woman working snapped at me and told me they needed my name, not the number. A man was also working at the time and proceeded to laugh at me with the woman. Never have I felt so uncomfortable for simply trying to be polite. I will NOT be going back.

I started going to this location just as they opened. The GM is very passionate about what he does, very experienced in the field, and takes a lot of time training and teaching his staff. Whenever there's a problem he personally solves it himself even if it's after hours. I only had one incident where my dress got missed when it was supposed to get expedited. He cleaned and pressed it himself and hand delivered it to me because I had a flight to catch the next day. I don't know any other dry cleaners that would have done that.

Used it for the first time and they already shrank and destroyed the knit quality of my 2 merino wool sweaters. They tried to re-process it in hopes that they can reverse the damage but it didn’t work. I am offered a compensation worth half of the price of the sweaters - which frankly isn’t enough! And I haven’t even gotten a confirmation that the cheque has been sent! I would not recommend. I’d rather go back to my trusted local dry cleaners.

Pluses, they have deposit boxes all over - which is innovative and highly convenient. The pricing isn't cheap - but it's not awful, either. Fair enough, I guess. Cons: They're not actually a great dry cleaner. They don't do a great job getting stains out. They've sent me back things with wrinkle lines pressed in. I had a pair of pants come back with a stain they did not leave with. Worded differently - if they weren't a locker in my building, I definitely wouldn't consider using them. The difference between a good and bad dry cleaner is a lot. This one is fine, but so-so. A last thought - since they've been acquired by Tide, the app has become vastly more confusing, buggier, and the quality of dry cleaning has gone way down. I don't think they remove stains at all anymore - just mark them with pins. After using them intermittently for a while, I've moved on.

I have been using Tide for about 6-7 months. When I consider all of the services I have received, posative and negative experiences and factor in what they offer that their competitors don't I rate it 5 stars. The back to black service is simply remarkable in how it can take faded out black pants and restore them to almost new. But don't expect that they're going to process them immediately when they get them. They accrue them for a week then do a bulk batch. In retrospect think about it like this the clothes are on their way to the garbage anyway. Waiting a week for them to come back to almost brand-new... give them a week you won't be sorry. Sometimes my whites return to me with fuzz on them. Sometimes the creases aren't lined up the right way. Sometimes they don't get all the stains out. When I don't agree with the result I can call in or bring it to their attention on the spot and they will resolve it. Usually by remediating it and then by refunding or no charge for the next visit. In fairness everything I mentioned in this paragraph happenes and every other dry cleaner in the world. They all address it the same way. In our area the big difference is that you are standing in the plant that is able to fix it right then and there. It doesn't have to go off and come back. Speaking of that you can pick up your laundry 24 hours a day. Nobody offers that! It is for real it works I picked up my shirts at 3:00am once. One day the conveyor caught my clothes and dumped them off. I called the number on the machine and the manager (Chris) answered the phone and came out within 20 minutes and helped me to get my clothes out of the machine. This was 9:30pm on the evening before Thanksgiving. I work in customer service in my opinion this store shows propensity to try and do do right by its customers. The biggest detractor is an occational training disconnect and the employee responds defensively. That will work itself out over time. They have something great it's going to get even better.

An absolute NIGHTMARE!!! I dropped off a suit jacket, shirt, pants and tie on a Thursday afternoon for a wedding I had on Sunday. After dropping off my clothes, I followed the instructions and downloaded the app. When I typed in my box number, the app told me the locker was unavailable. I emailed customer service as well as left a message. I did not hear back from anyone for almost 2 days. When I did get a call back, I was assured that I would get my clothes by 7:15 a.m. Sunday morning and paid DOUBLE the price for the rush. Saturday night I received a notification on the app informing me that my suit was ready for pick-up. When I got to the box, I typed in the code assigned to me and the box would not open. I still have not heard back from anyone. Every single step along the way there was a problem. If you have anything that needs a rush, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use Pressbox!

Collars were repeatedly pressed down flat and not along the seam. Contacted several times (finally using pictures to illustrate the problem) and the issue was still not resolved. The last straw was when they lost my knee high black boots. VERY disappointed and as convenient as it, we will not be using Pressbox again.

The staff at my branch (11400 s. 4000 w.) are super friendly and helpful. I've been a customer for close to 2 years now. Wonderful. I've been a Ma and Pa kinda place guy most my life. Even though this is a big chain, the local branch makes it easy to have no regrets. Kudos!

I've used a number of laundry services in Chicago and found them all to be pretty similar, with the prices being competitive and the clothes coming back in a neat little cube, feeling mildly like sandpaper and lacking any detectable laundry smell (and let's be honest, one of the best parts of laundry is the way it smells and feels). Not only does Pressbox let you choose the detergents, it lets you add dryer sheets, bleach, etc. They ask for comments about your laundry preferences and unequivocally honor them. I have my lights and darks separated, washed in the temps of my choosing, and if they ever have questions, they call immediately. I once included a jacket for dry cleaning that had a slight tear in the lining and they persistently called and emailed me to let me know and ask if it was still okay to care for the garment. The turnaround time is faster than other services, and the fact that I can just throw my laundry and dry cleaning bags in an open locker, text the locker number to them, and collect my clean clothes anytime after they return them (I've never waited more than 48 hours) makes Pressbox more convenient and efficient than anything else out there. I've also had a few side interactions with them on email and haven't experienced such superior customer service like this from any other company in a long time. The founders and staff care deeply about their business, and it shows, which makes supporting their efforts that much more gratifying for reasons well beyond that glorious clean clothes smell.

When I went into the store, there were 3 people there, none of whom were friendly or helpful The "manager" was downright surly and acted put out that I would expect such a thing. He said he had to call someone and muttered, "she needs to quit doing this." Plus, his hair and clothes were a mess...I guess he doesn't get laundry service, either.

The guy who checked us in Ivans or something seemed like he really didn't want to be there. He took our order and we had received a coupon in the mail. He took the coupon and said it would be applied to the order. We come later to pick it up and a lot of things got messed up, for starters they handed us our stuff which was just a heavy jacket and a comforter. Then also 2 or 3 other coats. I tell them those aren't ours but there was confusion because our name was on them. On top of that they messed up the order with what we did check in as well. Also, there was no recorded or attached coupon which they took from me at check in. At this point I was like whatever, let me just pay for the comforter since it was done and no issues and bounce. They only had one person in and it was a very young guy who didn't seem quite sure what to do and he was alone. He ended up calling someone and they were able to walk him through it. At this point there was a line and he looked pretty stressed out but everything was completed. I'm pretty sure the kid that checked us in botched the whole thing. The kid at pick up definitely saved the day for me. Unfortunately I am not sure I want to risk going through that again.

Nothing Correct - do not recommend First time customer, followed directions to set up account, dropped order in locker. Get a call a day later saying they cannot locate 9 custom dress shirts and then radio silence for 2 days. Apparently they find the shirts because I get an email notification with my order... except they've picked to launder all shirts and starch them, which is exactly the opposite of what I asked, i.e., special instructions to dry clean shirts and not starch. I have no idea how this will end up--will check back when I get my order returned. This will be a one-time deal as it's been a total fiasco!
