The 50pd driers do not dry well and definitely wasnt 50pds in it. Place was dirty and bathroom could definitely use some work on it. Had 0 toilet paper except what was used in a laundry basket with no trash bag in it. Prices suck!

The worst laundry mat I have ever been at. This is second time. The first time I gave benefit of doubt. I will never service this place again. It is filthy dirty.

Machines eat your coins and jam. The dryers require the same amount of coins to start but run for different lengths of time so you have to constantly add quarters to dry your laundry. There’s never anyone in the “office” on site and the call center number they give you for problems doesn’t take your name or number down to return your call. Then we you call back upset they want you to leave a note in the “Suggestion Box” that’s packed full of other people notes and proceed to inform you that a refund of the money you lost will be mailed to you after a few WEEKS. Place has terrible management and customer service, I’ve been using them for weeks now for work related laundry and my employer and I will NOT be wasting anymore time or money here!!!

Soap dispenser took my money then said out of everything I pushed to get soap and kept my money. Place was filthy and all torn up

Random Acts of Kindness goes a LONG way to me and mine. I would like to inform anyone looking for a place to do laundry to give your quarters to this Place as the owner here is a very VERY kind man. We travel a lot and do laundry all over the country. It's rare finding anyone willing to assist a stranger with doing something and not asking for anything in return, but this place blessed my family today! The up keep was bad. Someone needs to do cleaning throughout the day. Definitely needs updating with the money they charge. Take pride in your place of business for those that support you. Hire someone for cleaning. DIRTY SMH NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

No coins in change machine, dryers not working proper, put $1 in one dryer to find it don't work and spent $1.50 in another just to take home wet clothes and hang them out to dry...... Searcy needs another laundromat

I would not use this laundromat, if it wasn't so convenient and close to my home. Many of the dryers don't work. It isn't maintained well at all. It's dirty with dryer sheets and lint all over the place. And, the bill changer only gave me three quarters for my dollar. Only good thing besides it being convenient is that it's open 24 hours a day and right on Kiehl Ave, so police are usually driving by frequently; therefore, I feel somewhat safer.

Extremely filthy building, the entire place is dirty and out-dated. The bathroom was so dirty it wasnt usable, human excrement smeared on the walls. Sucks to have to 'clean' your clothes in such a dirty place. PLEASE clean this place up!
