This was once a great place and I had been a customer for more than 10 years. There is now a new owner. The employees are no longer as friendly as they once were, the prices have gone up and it takes longer to get your clothing back. I drive right past this cleaners every day for work, but I'm now going out of my way to take my clothing elsewhere.

We have been going here for over two years but today that is going to change. Just left the Rogers location and you have a gentleman that seems to have been spent there from the owner and he is standing in there questioning employees and yelling at them in front of customers!! It made me really uncomfortable, and if this is how you treat customers I will no longer go there.

While the employees were very friendly I was quite disappointed when I came to pick up my order and it was almost double the price of what I had expected to pay. I had called around checking on prices to launder and press dress shirts. When I called Spiffy they quoted me $2.35 per shirt. When I dropped the shirts off I didn't confirm the price but didn't feel I needed to. The gentleman looked at the shirts and gave me my receipt for pick up. What I was unaware of was that their pressing machine is too big for any shirt size medium or smaller so they have to be hand pressed and that cost more. I've lived a lot of places and have never run into this. There are machines that are adjustable but Spiffy doesn't have one. When I picked up my order the gentleman told me I should have asked about the price for my size shirts. I had no idea to even ask that question nor was I asked what size shirts I had when I called to get a price. I don't feel that this misunderstanding was my fault and thought that Spiffy should have eaten the difference in price. They did not. Needless to say, I will not be using them again.
