When this establishment first opened I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the quality of the equipment. I will admit, my last few visits it has appeared to decline quite a bit. Recently this past Sunday I was there and it was unbearably trashed, just filthy. While washing, I experienced an issue with one of the $7 washers and it stopped washing. I had to transfer my soaked towels from one washer to another to complete the washing cycles. I called the number listed on the door of the establishment to make them aware and at that number no one answers nor are you able to leave a message.
Sunday morning, I came to google frustrated and ready to express my frustration through words. Upon coming here, I realized there's another number listed. I called this number and sent a text to the technical support number and within an hour I received a reply. I respectfully expressed my concerns and frustrations to the gentleman with technical support and arrangements were made to rectify the issue. I met up with technical support and my issue was taken care of and also the washer was fixed; turned out there was something lodged in the drainage system from a previous load.
To the owners, I would suggest being a lot more connected to your establishment and the things that go on within those four walls. Try not to wait until things get so bad that it leads people to want to leave a bad review.
I previously made it up in my mind that I would not patronize this establishment again, however after the speedy reply and attentiveness to my issue I am willing to give them another try. The laundry mat is in a great location and I would love to continue to use the services, however it has to be brought back up to better conditions.
