They do not deserve one star, but it's the only way to share our review. Save yourself time and money, go to Northside Laundry. This place has the worst wash, dry & fold service and even worse management that won't take responsibility for their mistakes. After asking if they could wash a down comforter, we dropped it off with them. Their price board even shows that they charge and additional $10 for Goose Down. When we back to pick it up, it looked like it was burnt and the smell was disgusting. The management knew and asked us to get a replacement cost. We offered to have them send it out to a dry cleaner to see if they could just clean it, but the management said they'd just as soon replace it to get them quotes, so we did. Then they left us waiting for about three weeks with us making multiple phone calls to them and were told to email them. After our third email attempt to get this resolved, we finally received a simple reply that stated that they would take no responsibility since there was a tag suggesting that the comforter be dry cleaned. First, if this is their policy, then why wouldn't they explain that before washing it? There was no disclaimer to sign or sign posted stating this. In our opinion, we dropped off a comforter that had been washed at a laundromat previously without issue, so why would this company be any different? In fact, having owned multiple laundromats in Florida that offered this service, I knew without a doubt that this was possible, because I had washed other people's down comforters and never had this issue. Realizing we were dealing with unreputable people that were unwilling to accept responsibility for their mistakes, we picked up our comforter and took it to Northside Laundry. The staff there is much friendlier and helpful. They washed the comforter twice and it was back to good as new. Had the management here just tried anything, to resolve this issue, we wouldn't be writing this review. Instead, they took our money, failed to try to fix the problem they created and hid behind a tag. Worst customer service and quality of service ever.

So, it wasn't the cleanest with kids running around and screaming unsupervised. Then, you have the homeless sleeping there. The machines looked like not cleaned out, kinda high on machines, and people just leave dryer sheets all over and don't pick up. Lots of TV's, and play area nice. Lots of machines no waiting but it's the environment which I give a one star.

The name says it all! The machines are very quick and gets your laundry super clean! The facilities are also very clean! One of the cleanest Laundry places I have ever been to! I would definitely recommend!

OWN IT

They cool just some people goes there and trash the place. But I know they clean there place. I really think kids shouldn't be allowed in there because some people just let there kids run around and make the environment less enjoyable. It's not the kids fault it's some parents just dont act like they even care

Clean and machines work great. You can withdraw money off your card instead of having to leave to get money off your card if you didnt bring enough cash. Friendly staff

A place for all to wash what you need, good dryers and washers from small to big loads. They even have s drop off dry cleaning for your convenience. Have children bring them along, they have a play area and a TV to keep kids occupied. Need a snack or want to kill some time, how about a game or read a book. The place is clean as well. Wash what you need in a clean, safe place.
