The people that work here are very nice. I've used them about 7 or 8 years now and they knew and remembered my name within a month. Also, they have never lost a single item of clothes in that time, which is more than I can say for many other dry cleaners.

I've used Oak Forest Cleaners on several occasions. They are always very friendly and professional. I had a dress cleaned that something was spilled on that I thought would never come clean, but it came out like new. I have also had alterations done and it was completed when they said it would be and was perfect!

Great service, I love the fact that you can get an electronic notification when your garments are ready. Charles and Patty have great customer service and the cleaning and alterations are second to none. Pricing is very competitive as well.

I walked in Oak Forest Cleaners on Markham thinking I was going to be satisfied as a customer. I took some white jeans in to be cleaned, no starch and no crease. When I came back to get my jeans they had a red substance on them, they were creased and they were starched. So I had them to redo the jeans. When I came back for my jeans again same problems. I needed those jeans for a trip so I said forget, I'll just iron the creased out. When I go to put my jeans on I can't fit them. They shrunk my jeans. I talked to the owner or manager and we measured the pants. The measurements were shorter than the size on the pants. He said so! I'm NOT going go to replace your jeans even though we messed up on the ticket up twice. His employees and customer were looking amazed and I've also seen and heard him talk down and bad to his employees. Very bad customer service. He said he didn't care about my jeans and he's not going to fix the situation even though we messed you jeans up. This cleaner will not fix a problem they caused. DONT GO!

Having traded with a different cleaners some ten years ago, when I made the decision to move my business to Charles and Patty Enderlin's Oak Forest Cleaners, this was the best decision I ever made from a laundry, pressing and cleaning they have done with my personal items. Their staff is always very friendly and helpful every time you walk into their 2 stores. They great you by name and truly have your best interest in mind. They do a fantastic job of pressing men's shirts without a wrinkle and no broken buttons. Wearing clothes that have been laundered from Oak Forest makes even someone like me look good.
