Not as busy as others in town, which is a plus in my book. Only drawback I have experienced is confusion on how much a wash costs. Keep dropping in quarters until it starts pushing water into the drum. Since it's continuous coin feed instead of set number of quarters slot & push, communication about how much money to insert, on the machine, would eliminate this confusion.

They have quadruple, triple, double, and single load washers. There's a coin changer on site. They sell detergent and softener, and even something cold to drink. The staff are very nice and friendly. The place is kept clean and decorated nicely, and they offer complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi.

I was pleasantly surprised with Mountain Home Laundry. There are lots of machines, plenty of seating, tv, wifi, and an attendant who can sell change and drinks.

Quality really depends on who is working. A certain employee is a little testy with customers. Also, I think they could benefit from a janitorial position. Definitely needs regular cleaning.

The owners hired the absolute BEST person for the job!! DINA provides excellent customer service with a smile!! I showed up this evening at 7:20 to have my bedding laundered, also needing to pick it up before closing time. Dina went out of her way to make it happen!! She showed kindness and empathy for my situation!! You don’t run across many people these days with her kind of attitude and heart!! THANKS DINA!! I would recommend this business to anyone as long as she is employed there!

Best laundry around. Has a bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, and coffee. The staff is friendly and there are many washers and dryers. Coin-operated. Quarter machine available. And it is always staffed.
