I've been using them for decades. You might pay a bit more than so-called "discount" ($10 off $30 order) cleaners, but the ROI is in the counter service and the exceptional way they care for a customer's clothes. I've never had to request a re-do; I've never had to tell them NOT to starch my pants. There used to be a lot of good hometown cleaners in Memphis; sadly, this is no longer the case. It's best to stick with the ones who don't get bought out or change ownership every couple of years. Mercury Valet is tried and true.

I brought my favorite jacket over to this dry cleaner (it was an expensive one too). After I picked it up, I noticed that the collar that did not have any crease and was able to stand up was pressed and was folded into a very disgusting old fashioned style. I brought it back to the dry cleaner. They said they would fix it, but I picked it up again and the collar was still folded. Anyone with a sense of fashion would know that collars declares your style. They did not have any respect of the style of my jacket when dry cleaning it and was folding it and adding creases irresponsibly. Now I can never wear this jacket again and I absolutely hated my experience there. I'm never bringing anything to them because I do not trust them to clean my clothing without ruining it.

I gave them my pants to dry clean and remove stain of coffee, they gave it back with a big white spot instead of little stain, when I approached them about it they were very rude and literally throw my pants and me outside and told me I’m not welcome there! They are very unprofessional. I know it might happen but they can take responsibility instead of accusing me of lying and get rude to me.

Mike and his group are a fantastic place to take your dry cleaning because they take care of your clothes AND you. I needed something on a Sunday and they really got me out of a jam. I also love the same day service that you can't find anywhere else that I know of.

Be careful of this thieves and don’t be fooled by the UT discount they offer as I did... Damaged my pant during dry cleaning and made a big spot on it and instead of accepting responsibility and giving apology, accusing me that it existed before !!! Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful toward customer.

I've taken shirts and suits and everything was OK except for last time, when they stained a new white shirt with what looked like grease. It wouldn't come off and they ended up paying for its original value. I wouldn't be so mad if it hadn't been that I was flying the next day for a wedding and had to buy a new shirt that same day. Not going back.

We have been loyal customers for about 2 years now and not going anywhere else since we moved to Memphis. Recently I found out (after 2 ruined sweaters) that they do not listen to what you ask. They clean clothes according to the label. I specifically asked them to clean these items by dry cleaning and they ignored me. If nothing has happened I would have no issue with them, but something did. They refused to compensate me for either item. I am very disappointed and will not be giving them anymore business.
