There are pretty strange smells in a few of the washers and dryers-like someone who works around cars or pipelines did their wash there. I only do my comforters here. Frankly its worth the drive to Broken Arrow in Oklahoma and use Liberty Laundry. But alas this is all we have in Ft Smith.

I was just charged $49.38 for washing two sets of twin sheets and two twin comforters. (The comforters were light weight). I was told they only used two front loading machines to do this. I think that is over priced for this service. I could have purchased these new for that price.

De soda machine is usually busted someday I'll learn to bring a drink with me but they're nice about getting de soda which costs a dollar for all de trouble to get it. There's not really anywhere else to wash clothes 1/2 de people in my hood that I've met wash clothes here or wash in de tub & line dry. It's a public laundry mat with that comes risks-it maybe best to choose de extra rinse cycle & spend de quarters on an extra dryer spin on high heat. It's well kept on de top view but I'm not sure if or how they disinfect de shared surfaces such as laundry baskets you may dump your clean clothes that may carried de last persons dirty clothes or tables for folding clothes from one house to de next which maybe have chicken pox or allergic to de soaps or dryer sheets used from de last in de machines or where people sit from one place to de next or what they're wearing how long it's been since they were able to wash clothes or how or why they're washing clothes at de laundry mat. There is adequate seating, they do service laundry, magazines to relax, outside smoking, can buy soap there & is friendly. It's a little pricey.

The people that work here are fantastic. It's vary clean . I personally love the drop off service . I did the math I can drop off my clothes when I come home from Trucking ruffly 12 x a year , and it's still cheeper than buying my own washer and dryer. It would take 3+ years to equal what a new washer and dryer cost . Plus I really hate doing laundry.

Laundry mat is clean has carpet. I washed 3 loads in a hour. English speaking attendant on duty. They have laundry drop off service. The dryers got hot and clothes dryed fast. 5 star for laundrymats.

I have visited every laundrymat in a 25 mile radius, this place is by far the best. The equipment works well, the prices are reasonable for "do it yourself" or "drop offs". It is clean and there is usually an attendant on duty. I wont go looking again, Im staying here!

I ran into this place on accident, it is the best laundry in river valley. There is a WiFi but you gotta steal it from the fort Smith police. Staff is kind, no vagrants. VA hospital around the corner, car wash a mile away. This is the perfect place to wash your clothes. I go here every month and have no complaints in 30 visits. I have no experience with drop off service.

I use Marks Laundromat when I’m working in Ft Smith. I drop off my clothes and they are always folded and ready the next morning. They do always ask if I would like to p/u the same day. Great service and prices are fair.

Fort Smith hotels seem toiss opportunities when it comes to added on services. This AM I had to handle my own laundry service, since Holiday inn Express, doesn't see a value in same day service for business people staying at their hotels. I had to find a place. Mark's Laundry has great staff. The woman who helped me was a straight shooter and offered a couple of solutions. I highly recommend their service for laundry.

Didn't have the correct change. So i put 8 dollar coins into the machine that only required 7.25 ...when i asked her to replace the 3 quarters the lady was quite rude and said no....so i will not be using this place again
