They did not announce that they were closing Fayetteville AR locations and continued taking clothes. So now they are refusing to give back clothes and have a letter saying that they will call and let owners of clothing know of a proper place and time to issue back clothing..

I NEVER do reviews, and by that I mean this is my first. Comet Cleaners took wrinkles out of my suit that were there for 4 years that other cleaners could not. They also sew in patches for ROTC members and military FOR FREE. I could not think of a better cleaners.

They do a decent job. I have had my clothes go in here a lot. They don't remove stains very effectively but I have found for the price they are better than the majority of other cleaners around town.

Did not remove stain on dress shirt as they said they would. Girl at desk didn't make note of stain on paperwork when I pointed it out so I could see this was not a priority; if it came out, great. If not, too bad. Not worth driving back to cleaners to get refund or redo. My biggest complain against this company lies in the receipt they give you when you leave clothes. The receipt does not show number of items and types that you leave. If they lost a shirt, how would you ever prove you left the shirt in the first place?
