I’ve been a return customer at this facility for a year and a half, doing all of my laundry bi-weekly. Today I was scolded for leaving my laundry in the washer for a mere 10 minutes after the clothes finished because there were two families who brought in dozens of loads and were complaining that they didn’t have the entire facility to themselves for their last minute errand. The workers here clearly couldn’t figure out how to handle the situation, and instead directed their frustration to anybody else who didn’t immediately switch their laundry the second it finished. Poor operational procedures, and incorrect way to handle busy times and customers. Lost my business from this point forward.

Very clean the attendant was very polite and helpful vending machines with drinks and snacks TV books magazines it makes doing your laundry not such such a tedious job you don't have to just sit and wait I highly recommend this laundromat and they also have pick-up and drop-off servicewhere they would come to your home to pick up your laundry and drop it off when it was done or you can bring your laundry in there and drop it off and they'll do it and then you go pick it up you tell them when you want it and you'll have it ready for you and they're open 24 hours

We have been traveling and we have to use laundromats in many states and cities. This one I would rate the best. The personal is very friendly and helpful. The machines are newer and clean. They were all working! Infact the lady wiped down all of them while we were there. She swept the floor and washed the windows. Today we had a great surprise as they gave everyone free drying until 4 pm. What a surprise. Thank you for the experience.

This is the perfect place if you want to get in and out and have a lot to clean. The ladies working are helpful and running around keeping the place clean and dryers attended to. Love that there is no charge for dryers. It motivates them to keep them working great unlike most laundromats. Always love a win win! The 4 star is cuz the customers coming in and out are interesting and overload the machines with chemically loaded detergent...so your clothes will smell like the persons detergent before you like it or not. Life in a RV.

We travel all winter and go to a lot of laundromats. This one was clean, had friendly staff, working machines, and the pleasant surprise of free drying. The machines are constantly wiped down after use. Very impressive. As soon as you walk in you are asked if they can help.

Convenient location. Prices are average. Pretty shady customers...never saw anyone smoke meth in a parking lot until a couple weeks ago Won't let my wife come here alone. Big middle school field a Ross the street is nice on weekends to ho play soccer while waiting. Free wifi, adjacent EZmart for snacks.

This is the best laundry mat EVER. A soon as you walk in you see bright light SUPPER CLEAN and stainless steel top of the line washers every machine working you don't have to wait for a washer, TV WIFI EXCELENT PRICE . Very clean and very comfortable. New washers and dryers. Not a bunch of broken down equipment and coin sucking machines. I was impressed how everything was clean, working, and I don't have to spend tons of qtrs to dry clothes. That is a big plus for me. They are the HILTON of 24 hr laundromats. This place is amazing. I am on vacation and needed a place to do my laundry. The owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Other laundromats and laundry services should run from these guys. Cost is great, all drying is FREE!. Don't know how they do it, but they do. I WILL BE BACK

It was okay. Nice newer machines. Looks like some buildup around the gaskets that is visible and could be cleaned - but I’m also not a washer technician, just a spectator. 1st dollar got me a soda, then lost $2 in the soda machine - but middle of the night and kind of thirsty so I landed one on the 4th dollar. Nice large dryers - super clean. Not the worst laundromat I’ve been to, not the best. The change machines accepting $10 bills and $20 bills is kind of nice. I’ll probably return to clean my comforter again.

Very clean, super nice operator, washer prices vary depending on size of washer and soil type. Free dryers if you use their washers. Plenty of rolling baskets and folding tables. Television, seating, change, detergent and snack machines available. Would use again.

It's clean here. Usually not very busy. Always plenty of washers and dryers available. Dryers are free which is awesome. Never had any problems here till my last visit which has still been left unresolved so I'm only leaving two stars. I put a $10 bill into their change machine and it only gave me $5 in quarters back. The attendant on duty spoke very little English and I'm not fluent in Spanish. I explained to her what happened and she told me that people always say that but when the owner checks, the money isn't in the machine. So that tells me a few things. This happens frequently and isn't taken seriously. The owner must not have any interest in getting it fixed. The attendant took my name and number for the owner to call and refund my $5 "IF he found it". I've never heard from him. I will be getting my quarters from the bank or the grocery store from now on, so I'm not being swindled out of my pocket change. Will change my rating and review if this is resolved, because other than this one incident, it's really not a bad laundry mat.

Machines are okay but they NEED to clean the soap and fabric softener compartments on ALL the machines. Someone clearly felt like I do about it and cleaned ONE machines compartments, thanks to who ever you were! I’ll be here twice as long so that I can use this one machine but I’ll feel better about the final product. Comfortable building, cleaner than the other area laundromats, $2.50 basic washer size and .25 cent dryers(new dryers).

We had a ton of laundry from a week of vacation camping...bedding, towels, clothing, etc. came here and got ALL our 7 loads of laundry, 5 loads in the huge washers and 2 in the small washers done and the drying is free! VERY clean facility and very nice service! They will even give you either a small or large laundry bag to "stuff full" of your laundry and they will wash, dry and fold for a very reasonable fee, they write a ticket for you, and you pick up when it's all done! AMAZING SERVICE! We will be back for large loads for sure! !

This place is expensive and doesn’t wash clothes well. Dryers are only free Monday-Friday from 10-4. The spin cycles on the washers don’t work well and clothes don’t get washed as well of other places. I assume they started letting dryers be free because you have to spend more to dry your clothes.

I already went to both places Sugar creek and olive laundry both place the lady alway on there best cleaning and disinfecting machines. machines are new and working so clothes will always come out clean. Dryers well there not free no more but no other place gives it free or there new like here. Also my mother used the pick up service on this pass cold winter it was good she staid home . A plus for pick up service
