When I walked in to this dry cleaners I thought I was in the wrong store. Beautiful open storefront . What a great way to drop off your dry cleaning. The young lady that helped me was extremely helpful. I came to pick up my dry cleaning using the drive-thru. I got fast friendly service. I will be back thank you.

Terrible service and immature owners, do not recommend I got a dress dry cleaned and noticed that the leather lining had been damaged. I went back to the dry cleaners to see if I could get compensation for this damage, but the owner wasn't there. I left my number so that they could contact me, and we could resolve the issue. I never received a call back which resulted in me going back to the dry cleaners at least 4 or 5 times. I left about 3 different numbers and even tried calling them, but they did not bother to try and resolve the issue. The only time I was able to communicate with the owner was when the employee working at the dry cleaners called her and passed the phone to me. Even then, she insisted that it wasn't their fault and that the care label had the wrong instructions. The only thing listed on the care label was to have it dry cleaned which leaves the type of treatment completely up to the dry cleaner's discretion. Overall, this was a tedious and frustrating experience. While the employees there were very apologetic and courteous, the owners seem to have a knack for unresolved complaints.

I called for fixing the issue and they said they will check and get back to me but they never contact me. So I keep calling them few more time and finally they fix the issue but they never contact me to explain the situation.

I have always been extremely pleased with the quality of work and level of service provided at Benchmark but was absolutely blown away recently thanks to Christy. I was a bridesmaid and was playing with fire by waiting until 1 week before the wedding to get my dress hemmed. The wedding was on a Sunday and I was told my dress would be available Saturday. However, I didn't realize that Benchmark closes at 12 on Saturdays. I was in Fayetteville and got a call from Christy at Benchmark at 12:30 double checking if I needed the dress for Sunday since the store was now closed. She then went out of her way (after hours I might add!) to meet me in Springdale and bring me the dress herself! Truly a life saver!

Almost 3 years ago, I moved from Chicago to NWA and was on the hunt for a great dry cleaners. I struck gold stopping into Benchmark and will continue doing business with them because of their first-class customer service. This is a wonderful example -- This evening (Monday), I made it 5 minutes before the store closed. My fiancé needed 2 of his suits cleaned by tomorrow. Long and short, they had already picked up the garments for the day and it would be Wednesday before they'd be ready. However, Olivia went above and beyond and said she would personally drive them over to their plant and make sure the suits were cleaned and ready by tomorrow. Thank you Olivia for being a solution provider!! I can't express how appreciative I am for Kristi and her staff. Thank you ladies for all you do!! Your hard work and amazing service doesn't go unnoticed!

Good drive through service, but they make mistakes from time to time. Be very specific on what needs to be done on each item of clothing when you bring it in and check the receipts before leaving.

This is THE BEST dry cleaning service I have ever been to. There's so many great dry cleaners but I throughly enjoyed taking my clothes here for almost three full years. One of the staff members, Kristi, is super amazing. She always made sure everything was done in a very professional manner. My clothes came out very clean and there were never any issues. Very courteous, professional, personal and friendly. The service is exemplary. If I return to the area for business, I will most certainly utilize the service again. I absolutely recommend Benchmark for your dry cleaning needs!

Used one of the two locations weekly since 2010 and had great service every time. I've had one shirt lost and they refunded the price of the shirt with no questions asked. I would highly recommend!

Just moved to rogers 2 months ago. Im a procrastinator anyway long story short I needed some clothes for the next day. The first two places couldn't help me. I called Christy here at benchmark and she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They had my dry cleaning ready at 630 am the very next day. I told Christy about the bad reviews and she seemed sincerely concerned about it. Just want everybody to know how great and nice Christy at Benchmark is. Five out of Five

This was my first time using this dry cleaner. The price was fair, but my clothes were late being ready for pick up. So, I will try them again and report how they are then.
