They have three different kinds of washers that only vary in price. The tubs are basically the same size. No TV. The dryers are weak and the washers barely get the dirt out of your clothes. Go somewhere else

I found the drop off service to be excellent. My clothes were folded perfectly; like Mom used to do, and well worth the price. I could take my laundry to at least three different locations nearer where I live but Arena Village Laundry is worth my business and hard earned money. I love my laundry ladies and even the owner has greeted me and offered me coffee. Your filthy sheets sound like they should have been rinsed before subjected to the staff at Arena Village. You should be embarrassed.

CLEAN and well maintained! I watched the lady running it and she maticulously cleaned the machines and kept other surfaces clean as well. She was friendly and sweet. Great laundromat.

I washed my clothes here for 6 months. And the one time I. Got there at 8:33 pm... They refused to let me use the machine. After she pointed at "her clock" On top of that.. They increased the price from 6.00 to 9.00 for large machine while cutting back the water they use. I'll never spend another dollar in this greedy ass place. And to the angry little 65 year old woman making 8 bucks an hour, tell your boss he's welcome for you costing him a customer.

A clean laundry mat with newer looking machines that does a good job cleaning heavy soiled work clothes. There is an attendant on duty that was helpful when I had trouble with the change machine due to the Dollar bill being old and wadded up

Drop off service was terrible. The attendant was rude and disrespectful to say the least. The laundry attendant got onto me about the sheets I brought in telling me they were disgusting and that she didn't have to deal with it. Yes the sheets were dirty, it had recently rained and my dogs got mud all over them. I told her I didn't realize that she didn't have to do dirty laundry and that I would take them back and that she could have just let me know that nicely. She continued to tell me how gross my laundry was and that she was going to charge me an up charge of $20 extra dollars to do them. I again asked for them back and she refused and said "well, I'll do them anyway. I just wanted you to know there is an extra fee" I will never go back here. I refuse to give business and my hard earned money to people who don't respect others.

Best part is that they still have a few top loading machines, which I prefer, plus they are cheaper bc they're smaller for small loads. But they clean better. Front loaders barely spin dry, and dryers are turned way down, so it takes a lot of $ and time to dry.

The prices aren't that cheap at minimum $2.50 per wash, but they get the job done. The place is clean, and there's always someone working in there if you need change or help with a machine. Several restaurants in the same shopping center for a quick bite. Safe. Not open late.

Surprisingly, this place is very hospitable. The owners are amiable and like to have conversations with the customers. The washers and dryers are plentiful, and there is a great size and expense variety.
